HOW TO SAVE MONEY USING ACTIVIVE

Activive is Great! Better than a sign that says, Caution skin irritant! Dermal use only! Activive has the problem that it's dispensed by a dropper, so to avoid risk of spills, I recommend putting just some in one of the more empty bottles for use each day, Activive costs just 25 a year for complete relief from even CFS. I use 1 12th as much as they recommend with no problem.  So when I bought my first 50 dollars worth I used used it up in just two months because the jug is narrow and about 4 inches, easy to spill. Finally I sighed, "Real Relief" and it just was gone in just two months. When you reach out to pick up the bottle to put the stopper in, be sure to open your hand more slowly and with care to not tip over the bottle which must be vertical. If you use this method of loading most of the empty jug with just some Activive for day to day use and the rest stored in the refrigerator with it you won't lose a whole years worth of Activive at one spill. When you use the reduced amount up, just carefully pour just some more in the jug and continue. The most you spill is a reduced amount. The jugs can be coded with tape. Be sure to always pour and load the drops slowly. In order to use the Activive from the bottle you have to put the bottle on a level shelf and then I drop the drops in the palm of my hand and then use the Activive. My more advanced method is to keep the Activive in a larger like poly jug with a top, open the somewhat larger bottle, put the lid of the larger bottle on the shelf then open the Activive carefully with both hands one for the stopper, one for the jug, seperate them after squeezing the dropper twice to prime the Activive and get it into the dropper, then after holding the Activive in the dropper up to the flat jug lid top, measure out your drops in on the larger jug top. Next carefully close the Activive bottle to the stopper first using just two hands! Finally pick up the lid and run your tounge over it to get the Activive in your mouth never spilling a drop. All this is much more audible than one hand clapping and you may give a standing ovation to you if this uses no more than a way to always save dropping it if you like.

As they say in the instructions it's important to take your Activive at the same time each day and at the same dose, changing the dose time won't make you edgy, even so constant dose and time are best. This is why I use two hands, first I count the drops before I use them to try to always get the same dose, so a shelf is needed to put the bottle on and the risk of a spill here can be reduced by using the Activive slowly with each go round so the risk is reduced more yet of the spill.

Unlike something like a vitamin for energy, Activive is a complex formula and there may be the risk for whatever reason the Activive company might go out of business. You may find Activive makes it so you can go back to work after CFS and completely reduce your weariness for any other reason, so it's precious. In order to safeguard your future you may want to buy like a 10 year batch to make sure you have enough which would cost just  250 or 200 since you can buy more save more heat!

When I got my first batch, I was at the higher 12x dose and I would take the Activive with me out in the heat for emergency power, this was when I spilled half of it when I would take the Activive. It turned out a much lower dose is good enough, and it says on the instructions to keep the bottle cool like in the refrigerator. Thus there's Good News about solving the fatigue epidemic! There's no need to bring the bottle with you even in the heat, heat is bad for the herbs in Activive, and there's no risk of losing a years or month's worth if you always take even some Activive each day both morning and night as recommended.

A trick I use is to take a bit of ginger (the cooking herb, as in gingerbread house) with the Activive, ginger improves the absorption of all other herbs taken by mouth without interaction with them (it improves absorption of chewed food swallowed and digested, by way of the liver), plus ginger helps the liver 8 ways, and relaxes the body 7 ways, it's The Wonder Herb That Makes Us Wonder why they use the wonder drug in the ER. Because ginger is a muscle relaxant it's good for the eyes (like in your eyebrows) to relax the eye muscles with computer eyestrain where they over tense up. And good for any problem where the muscle is over tightened up. The good thing about ginger with Activive is it creates feelings of well being while reducing fatigue. It's great for computer eye strain, a muscle relaxant that you can just put in your eyebrows to relax your eye muscles without getting in your eyes if you add a bit of water.

ABOUT XYLITOL, FLOURIDE AND ACTIVIVE

Activive is somewhat expensive. So far the longest I've been able to make it last is 6 months for the $25. A hybrid plan is to use reduced Activive with a cheaper energy booster like grape extract, which has safe nonedgy energy and an amazing customer satisfaction rating of almost 5 out of 5! The cheapest sttimulant non edgy stimulant I've ever seen good for CFS is green tea, just pennies a month, be sure you get decaf, bad for your heart if you stress it constantly though you lose weight.

FLOURIDE

Earl Mindell in his book Prescription Alternatives says that flouride was originally used as rat poison and the airplane and chemical fertilizer industry found an artificial market it for by a flawed government study in the 40's. The study used just a few villages, a nonrepresentative sample, but  the other village had roads with reduced dents! He says that although there is a small amount of it in food, more than a trace amount is more poisonous than arsenic. In both flouridated and non flouridated towns, the decreasing rate of tooth decay has been the same for 30 years. Dental hygiene, nutrition, and access to dental care have improved. Studies do show a strong correlation between dental health and the economic status, the poor have more dental problems even with more flouride. Japan and all the countries of contenental Europe either stopped flouride or never used it to begin with. Australia and New Zealand are discontinuing flouride and a New Zealand study found no correlation betwen flouride and dental health. Flouride with solid research been found to increase hip fractures by 40 to 60%. More indepth studies have found that while flouride does indeed increase bone density, it makes the bone more brittle, it's poor quality structurally unsound bone that's more prone to fracture easily. So  much flouride is in the food chain we get more than the recommended dose just by eating a regular diet. Flouride is a potent enzyme inhibitor and interferes with many enzymes in the body, causing gas pain and bloating in the gut, it also reduces thyroid function and it may also damage the immune system, increase risk of heart problems and incidence of cancer.  30% of children in flouridated countries have flourosis, a permanent change in bone structure that is seen as discoloration white chalky patches on the teeth and brittleness. Flouride is absorbed right through the mucous membranes of the mouth, so you don't have to swallow the toothpaste or mouth rinse to get too much, as those who promote flouride say. The best way to avoid flouride is to stop all floridated toothrinses and pastes and get a reverse osmosis water filter if you're at risk for osteoporosis and you live in a flouridated community. Reverse osmosis is the only known way to remove flouride from water.

So much for flouride, it's not the way to a word of more breath, ahh.org!

With CFS even so you're more at risk for dental woes. I searched for 4 years, of moderate or more severe pain and discomfort, trying all sorts of breath rinses, reducing sugar with sweeteners like stevia, or even aspartame, brushing 8 times a day, flossing, I even tried dental plates I made to seperate the food from the teeth while I chewed. Finally I tried xylitol, and a few days after all the discomfort was gone! This may apparently cleanse deeper into the tooth, there are literally miles of dentine, tubes in your tooth the bacteria dwell inside. It completely stops dental pain! Or at any rate it may stop it from progressing PERMANENTLY! It may work for you if your gingivitis is not too progessed. As I say on my page there's more to it because as it turns out xylitol is complete or as as powerful as xylitol combined with probiotics, BEST YET by the special method I describe on the page.

Thus the real dental program may not be flouride, toothbrushes and floss, with ongoing pain, and a 1000$ dental plan (often just a toothbrush with many businsses) and the risk of never coming out of anasthesia, (1 in 100 so insurance is real high, higher with CFS presumably) rather I like sweet sugar to floss with just a few times, and feeling stronger all the time and fit to win a marathon while having weight reduction and no blood sugar risk..

IS Xylitol SAFE?  A Look at Advantages and Disadvantages, plus my more advanced method. (You may find Xylitol isn't completely powerful, though for me better than all others in 5 years of search by far.)

Wow what a spin brush where you spin around and around in celebration, no more tooth pain, I eat whatever I want, just so what's good for me. The good thing about a good sweetener like xylitol is it can be used to eat more healthy chow you couldn't otherwise eat without taste discomfort, and thus to also reduce salt fat and carcinogens, ect.. If you like stevia, the best kind of sweetener is without dextrose or honey powder, both are as bad as sugar for you about the GI.
