 Solving Conversational Distractions


Why I Believe Audio AR, Not Video May Mostly Have The Most Social Value With Time


    This is my ye old site I've moved from WordPress 020 JUNE 30th. If you like, all future updates are here.           


  Conversational distractions are estimated to be draining 57% of the money in the economy. If you don’t want it to be draining your business, here I offer a combination of three things,  AN, Antinoise with a new method of AN I’ve discovered plus how combination with AR "Augmented Audio" may much boost your reception.   



   My idea was to first remove all the external noise, with jamming and shielding combined with my improved method, this is the AN Antinoise and this is unobtrusive in the conversation and more reliable and durable than expensive AN; but much cheaper! 


Then the use of AR Augmented Reality takes the external words being said and essentially filters in any words you may like, and by configuring it with AI  chatbot you are inspired think of just the right words to wedge in the conversation for good habits like via the web or other source.    


I had known for a while as I’ll say, that there is some cheap AN that really does work. The problem beyond this then, is about listening. If I want to be a good listener and be polite so I don’t lose my relationships but can’t hear most of the good words in conversation, this would never work with someone like mom, and what about that darn feline, dogs have owners felines have staff!    

 

 AR and speech recognition would seem to be much reduced without a way to block all the rest of the unfiltered sound with the AN so you can then use the AR to listen more on your terms, to listen more as you like, and in more inspirational ways..      

      


More About AN and AR combined below. The more basic AN sound attenuation method I discuss here involves a combination of both shielding and jamming;    For shielding I use three things; special earstops combined with wax for a real tight seal.    In addition for jamming to limit distractions I use special earphones (“Aftershockz”) that are around the head and in front of your ear. They send the sound through the side of your head and blend with the wax and plugs without a huge loud sound, they go inside the plug and blend there with the sound. These are something like an earbud (I once tried stethescope plugs with the small area with the sound plugged in via earbuds on the outside. Compared to the Aftershockz and the wax with the earplugs, this was almost worthless, it had to be too loud so it wasn’t as worthwhile as this.). 


   For shielding, I’ve found with much experience that good noise attenuation can be had at a store like Goodwill, yes Greatwool or Merely Amazin Wool at any rate!    I bought some coats with the poly end ties that are about the size for a real good earstop. These are  also called cord stops yet they have a line to cinch the coat and you can simply sew a shoestring around your shoulders that has the ends tied to both plugs and through the holes in each plug, and the knot that makes it so you won’t lose them in 29 years, is sewn also and I wear my plugs non stop.. (The smoothness and solid shield this allows are both much better for comfort and sound stopping than anything else I’ve seen in 30 years!)    This way you never lose the stop, a real issue with ear attenuation, it’s no good if you can’t find the plug if the dog is barking. 20 years ago I woke up! Once more there was noise in the middle of the night. (Studies show if you hear a truck roar by it raises your blood pressure for hours even if you’re asleep… The noise may be causing you physical and emotional harm.)    


 Second, for a good shield I combine the plugs with denture adhesive, the brand I like best is "Secure" as you can imagine with denture adhesive this is safe on your skin while some brands actually aren't, like Polygrip because they use zinc and mineral oil. Secure uses only three ingredients one like chewing gum and another is carboxymethylcellulose a food additive widely used and also tree gum. I tried polygrip for a while but it made my ear hurt and Secure doesn't. It stops high frequency sound like the higher levels of speech and forms a real seal, and if you think of earwax, you may remember some events with the way it stops Spot or at any rate conversation with the gossip up the road well. As I say the problem here isn’t having the best shielding around; it’s also being able to have a conversation via the AR. I’ll show you how in a second. 


   

 You don’t have to remove the stop to hear some of the conversation as I say below because you’re using the word filter and you can use it continuously while you read your readouts with the word filter and the words filtered out so the problem of loss of seal is solved.



Even so some experts say not to put anything so deep in the auditory realm if you can’t remove it so you should proceed with caution and I’m not a hearing specialist. This works for me and this may not work for you so I can’t guarantee this is of value.   

  So here are the two first steps to  viable AN for speech cancellation; ear stop toggles sewn together on the line around your shoulders so they’re always in easy reach combined with wax or something like it that forms of excellent audio seal of approval.. Irregardless ignore this wordstop!      


   This is the first phase of cheap simple AN for editing the audio, first the wax, then the plug.    A way to much boost the shielding I found is to combine shielding with the plugs and wax with jamming around via Buetooth head phones called Aftershokz, these go around the back of the shoulders with the solid band and up and over your ear on both sides with the sound travelling from the outside of these “earbuds” into your ear from in front and outside your ear.  


  This provides the jamming. For conversational distraction, you’ll find you need both shielding and jamming for complete attenuation when you like..  In my early research of years I was often detoured by this problem; all the early methods I used to jam the sound otherwise were loud as the sound and this is “a constant loud noise” hardly much improved over, noise!    The beauty of improved shielding by the plugs and wax is that if you use the Aftershox like from Amazon for long term audio relief, you only need about half as much jamming to stop the distraction, and the sound of the FM foam I use blends in with the sound not so much in the ear where it sounds MUCH better. We lived by the shore in the tropics (like 3/4ths of the world does now) so the constant sound of waves is soothing if not too loud. This sounds like a low level like a waterfall, not a huge roar. (Even so I recommend that you see your audiologist before you try this).    The source of the Aftershokz audio is just from an FM foam recording from my boombox to the SD disc of my durable MP3 player, mine is an LG 500G and it costs about 10 or 20 on EBay. I got a lifetime supply like for 100$ I was so impressed with the durability, and neat features like Bluetooth like for dubbing this or other recordings. Another way this works well is how you can play music at whatever volume you like. Aftershokz have a great inline volume boost you also have to charge but in my opinion it’s well worth it because mp3s are tough to get with more volume. You really can completely jam out conversation with these, if you’re willing to go a bit deaf like in the old days, even so moderation is common and hopefully uncommon sense for you. You do this at your own risk.   


 The issue of durability is important for viable AN since if you had an old cassette it would last 3 months not 3 or even 30 years. I recorded just a half hour FM loop and then dubbed it to other LG 500 G’s fast and easy with Bluetooth, I have one or two LGs devoted just to the FM jamming so if it unrecharges, I’m also cured of falling asleep a month.  


  You may think the Aftershokz might not work or be worth the 30$ or so. To prove this, simply put in the wax and plug, and start chewing gum, this makes a loud enough sound inside you can hear like 1/6th of a conversation or other sound where you may want more control.

 You have real control of what you are listening to because if you want to think of what you want to say on your end of the conversation just rest a bit during the conversation. If they say something just ask them to repeat it if you didnt hear and listen while you’ll be able to consider more carefully about what the speaker may be saying so you get to listen more with care as by the word filter method see below.

 Indeed, I use unflavored gum (flavored gum may be poison if you ask me while I chew!) for any short conversations where I want control like e.g. in stores (did you know in R and D, 3/4 of those who go in stores feel good, but only 1/3 leave feeling good.). Like if the boss says no headphones on the site, or like you go in the library, and you hear awesome shushing sounds! (Aftershox beam the sound inward, so even in a library the FM sound can’t be seen anywhere from A to AZ..)    For sound attenuation like all day, you may get tired of chewing in an hour, this might harm your teeth, so here the Aftershox may be the best way for more soothing relief.


 And unlike clunky muffs you can sleep without the earcup and your head up above the cushion.    You may wonder why I say this reduces 99% of noise when the jamming via the headband is with considerable sound.

 This is because noise in physics is defined as changing sound. The sound is somewhat up, but the noise is much reduced. For conversation, this is more than enough. This is why it’s good to make the FM recording to jam with a cheap voice recorder like the LG 500G has this way it’s more smooth and random, so it sounds good and not so rough.    Here a PS seems just right right away why wait?  


 As I was saying above speech to text seemed good, right just type in the words to filter out and jam the rest. This seemed good with new voice recognition. I found an app with viable word filter “Voice Notebook”, a Russian based app and it seemed my years of search were over. However it turns out speech recognition isn’t yet up to the task here in 2018. I just seemed to get conversational confusion.     

 

    PS. Here it is September 2020 and speech recognition has improved enough in 2 years to make this method, SR combined with AN now as viable in conversation as a person who knows basic language talking with with someone who knows more. No doubt it will be improving...      


While real augmented reality like this is on the way, here in 2025 you can actually now Buy products like the Vuzix Ultralight or Transcribe Glass which can now use speech recognition with replacement words so you can listen to kinder words if you like.  This maybe useful for people who are dealing with those such as those who want to criticize an unhealthy ways that are of reduced value.. this is a form of AR augmented reality and it's considered to be perfect for people who are living with events either caused by distractions or people who are tedious and often repetitive. 


 The speech recognition with the custom word replacement list of these glasses can also be used with creative aps. And I think of this like my music marms used to say about recordings for musicians.. they're more valuable not as a crutch but as an inspiration for more creative and beautiful events.

As AR becomes more powerful I can imagine where it would size up any situation where you want answers and suggest to you the best answers it can arrive at, A sort of conversational bodyguard or guardian angel.

Currently a $2.50 piece of software can out compete every Grand Master in a chess match


    I can think of advanced features beyond improved SR e.g. identifying who said what in the conversation,  being able to read the filtered enhanced words back as audio,  viable offline language pack so web distractions are reduced, larger word filter list {see below for for what I think may be good ways (Comedy Machine link) to choose the best e.g. rhetoric words for this list}, cheap simple video glasses to beautify the neighbors and neighborhood if you want and so the pet won't wake you up with loud slurping on the Scooby snack, and you can see what who says. 

   ANC or noise cancellation may soon also improve by the supercomputers. It's believed they may be in reach from 7 months to 8 years.    Even so I found a way almost as good or more than the rest!    If you try the chewing gum method with the ear stops above and perhaps wax (I also found this may not be necessary if you just use music jamming or the foam station at the right volume) note that if you have a source of jamming sound with the shield method of the earstops and so on, it really makes it your option if you want your conversation to be trimmed down more to a more basic level, part of it you can’t hear, the “add on” stuff that may not be so worthwhile, and you can listen more as you may like (remember conversational distractions are costing the economy big bucks and physical harm) by the following trick;    First note how chewing gum with the earstops really blocks speech well. Best is that it also allows you to listen through. That is when you stop chewing, you can hear good enough to understand what they say. Yet when you want to consider more your own words and dreams or visions, you simply chaw on your cud a while! 


  It essentially allows more area to get your words in edgewise…    You may find this is so. Loud music stops the conversation, often not a good idea..We have to cooperate in civilization….. and even so a lot of us wouldn’t mind if our own dreams and visions were were just a bit more in the conversation.    As I say chewing gum or loud music are not for long term health, chewing gum might make Ohio weigh more! The smooth FM foam and the earstops and wax seem viable for like background sounds like sirens.    


  

You may know about personal fans they work but you have to hold them up to your head and I got tired of doing this.. When you buy two of the fans they have bands that are flexible so you can position them just right on your face and this jams out a lot of the sound in summer..





In the winter if you want a warm hat close to your ear a second method to create jamming sounds like this is by using the same ear stops from the cord stops, I took a winter hat that was insulated and waterproof and on the inside of it to vibrate against the ear stops I took two pieces of shelf liner like Contac my hat sewed on each side to vibrate against the ear stop when I move my head. 

 While it is the custom of our people physics is a fickle fizz science at times so it took me years to realize that a higher pitch frequency actually shields speech sounds better, unlike the lower frequency of vibration of the first earphone method above. This does reasonably well but you have warm cozy ears and no pain with the band pressing your ear without the wind whistling through one side and out the other like the landlady wears! She has awesome earwear..


The main problem was Secure denture adhesive unlike other methods of forming an ear stop that worked including petroleum which is a great ear stop but it's poisonous and also an ear stop called Ohoropax made in Germany from 1910, the Secure denture adhesive method inside the ear stops stays cleaner and doesn't make your ear itch. 

The main problem with Secure denture adhesive for an ear stop for me was that it has chewing gum is one of the ingredients and it gets so solid after a day or two that it is really tough to move that a knife from my ear stop and it clogs up the ear stop with more and more of it. AI says that there's no known way to soften chewing gum.. even so for this type of denture adhesive I found with a bit of experiment that all you have to do is soak it in baking soda and water and it winter so and this wondrously softens it. And even makes it reusable so that you save money it's about $7 a tube and this also makes it cleaner because the baking soda kills germs.

 

  I've tended to graduate away from doing using the Aftershox because they are noisier and the noise of too much music may cause as much harm to health and comfort as the neighbor playing their stereo to begin with. Certainly jamming the noise when it's still loudest and having that option may be more efficient than continually listening to the same neighbor, named you!

When you combine this with the ear stops and the adhesive you can have a dramatic influence on what you listen to in a conversation; you go in the store and you can hear what you like more often!  

  

If you use this method you can go in the store and come out feeling as good as you go in like the three fourths instead of the the rest in the study who were more uncomfortable presumably and this can improve your comfort basically doing business which obviously... has real value!  

  


  Because this is a mechanical and non cyber method, modulating the sound by jamming and shielding, it means that it looks quite unobtrusive like wearing ear stops and these are good enough to do this because they're real durable and they give the vibration sound with the nylon or polyester fabric.  

  


As far as I can tell this simple kind of method can have powerful influence on all kinds of relationships.  

  

Not just business but as they say good fences make good neighbors and most people are our neighbors including our relatives and other associates...or even just for neighbors who turn up the station..  

  

If you have disputes you're allowed to change your reaction at least if you do it  well enough, and a good way to change your reaction is often to build a good enough fence that also allows others to reach you but more on your terms.

 


When you want to listen so you can be considerate of both you and your neighbors.. This seems to be an easy way to understand most of the conversation yet not be run over sometimes by sometimes unprincipled people. Certainly while this isn’t a guarantee of value in life, it can be a real help improving the probability of your ideas being heard more often if there is doubt. 

 I've seen commercials for banjo music called the marriage saver and while this may have major value for all kinds of relationships keep in mind that experts don't recommend use of speech recognition for any important conversation though.


 Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to talk and so will others. We’re in some discomfort and with no guarantees in life. God may give us the picture but I don’t expect him to paint it.   


 

As much as I know the above is real AN. The only other way in my  years of search was over the ear clunky gunshot muffs with earstops like R 34 NRR, or AN headphones which even if viable for hundreds is still going to meltdown and it’s not so easy to blend in, like why the boss wonders! So this method of jamming and shielding is a real way to solve this first phase of “cheap audio AR”. 


Most AN costs more than 100 and didn’t work for me, and methods like soft earplugs seem more than a complete ShamWow. For me the clunky ear muffs that crash in a year (AN Earplanes for 70 at 17 a use!) were just foam junk that was a clunk.. Only R34 or higher is of any value and the above method is more blessed than anything even an oil rich cheese sandwich!      


  And if you like some music, you can listen to a second set of phones around your ear with a second audio source. Even so while research shows listening to music like when you read doesn’t improve memory or concentration, leaving earstops in also increases noise sensitivity.


 So I imagine using speech to text with the custom edits and then text to speech to listen as you like through the phones, this may be a cure for lonelines!..And of course for common loud noise you can wear usual type AN headphones over the earstops.


 The method above is mostly for more conversational control, like around the house or like for visits. 


     This is great for relatives who come in from outside and try to be perhaps impolite if I also make sure I have more of lots of good  words saved up. I say, “sure I agree”, and then go ahead and do the right thing. If the opportunity is reduced for some behaviour, the behaviour is reduced more to that degree. If you have good intent you will be alright.     

    And this has a second valuable use, that you can actually hear your music when you listen to your mp3! The sellers of here through audio phones like the Aftershockz say to listen to them with ear stops in and believe it or not this is how you can hear the music pretty well .


I went through several of the gyp volume booster amps and they're good at volume limiting you know I got one that said it was a volume booster and sure enough it lowers it to any volume below the volume you usually listen to it. These gyp volume boosters like the Boostaroo which were expensive like $40 or 50 or more unlike the Vox are good at lowering volume of conversation like with the automobile amplifier  since  this was too loud at the lowest volume setting to be as comfortable in conversation..              

      

      

        

    I only use my my Aftershocks for visits or appointments like this. Since they cost 100$ for two pairs you may want to only use them as a dedicated machine so they last indefinitely. I had my first two pair and they both crashed the same day after a month and a year. The pair I bought for 50$ I had tied around with duct tape with the other pair so both were in tandem around in hopes of better comfort and looks, but the second cheap (out of box Ebay) pair crashed, no power, gone after a month. So I tried to cut the wires to remove it and this cut the wire of the second good Aftershokz pair and both pairs were gone the same day.        

 The second brand name good pair had a  three year warranty, and they might have endued ten years. So I don’t recommend taping them. I use this method as a dedicated option, as in for appointments or visits with relatives..    If you buy the Aftershokz from the site with the Aftershokz name it costs a bit more but they have the 3 year warranty and they might last for 20 or 30 years if you don’t damage the wire and use them for social use not music as I do. 


   In addition, they are loud enough to hear music so I’m going to buy more, and I always have two pair on hand for social events and the third pair is for music.    Indeed for music they may be an investment in headphones that wont damage your ears with volume since they are bone conduction phones and they are loud enough to hear (with the plugs in, right!) as they reverb and rewind around in your head, whats an earbee worth, listening to solid gold beeswax blend audios buzzing around!


  If you want to tape them with duct tape, I recommend that you use a base layer of paper tape so they can be more easily removed if you ever want to, sooner or later even if after 20 or 30 years, one or the other will crash and you want to save them up!    The paper tape base layer duct tape method is really great to tame wire clutter in general like charger wires and can be labeled and won’t damage your wires, simply use scissors and cut outward. Even so real caution is advised with wires like Aftershokz or other headphones might be advised. Best for this might be small bungees or hook and loop.    

  

    Wired phones seem optimal for audio. I went to the Aftershokz site and typed in wired, these are not Bluetooth and while it’s often of value for sending documents I’m not a Bluetooth fan about using it for audio well earfan earcooling audio, jingle bells, jingle bells! My bluetooth always never connected up half the time, not good while the relatives are watching me with a fine toothed brush!   

    If you are a boss and reading this you may like using these methods to save 57% of your employee money lost to conversational distractions, after all you are the world’s nicest boss right.. I’ve seen audio systems for 10’s of thousands that may not do as well as these methods of shielding and jamming for 20$..Even so AN combined with AR seems best…   


 How To Use The AN Method As Above With Audio AR Augmented Reality..    By this I mean, AR using a speech to text app to edit out what you should have the option of deciding might be conversational spam or not. Simply find software with a search like “blacklist for words” or something like “word replace” “speech to text, custom dictionary” or "speech to text word replacement"  in the Google App store or elsewhere. Many of these apps are cheap or no cost.   The Google speech app works for iphone like 5 or higher ios 9.0 or higher. One good thing about the Google translate (English is where you are perhaps) is you can get the language packs, a download goes anywhere out in the country of rural languages that makes it so you don’t have to have a cellphone contract or risk harm to your cellphone by malware if you use it just for this purpose. Like 1/3 of cellphones and computers are removed to trash recycle each year because of problems like malware. This can be expensive and without the web connection, the iphone might last 30 years and not cost like 1000. 

 Another advantage this has is reduced risk of web overuse or  something much like autism, it’s reducing grey matter and neurotransmitters. Research shows in surveys 1 in 5 say they use the internet “almost constantly” and 27 million are estimated to be internet overusers in China. I believe this is mostly due to slow modems and this creates randomness which is known in to cause gambling overuse behaviour. So to limit any risk I use my mouse and Wifi wire in the Timer box I got on Amazon for about 60$ as I say, you can Click Here or see link at end of page about this important method of saving eyes and other value like weight loss!  



  Of course, about speech recognition this isn’t worth much without a viable speech AN method, a net isn’t much for fish if all the fish go by.  As above however, using the shielding and jamming method is an easy solution I’ve devised, this is real AN for speech, higher than NRR 36, unlike any other method for speech since AN doesn’t work for speech as you may know since AN only finds sounds that are slower and more regular at lower frequency. Speech is higher, faster and it changes more so the AN in use won’t find and stop the speech.  


 

 TWO OTHER OPTIONS


You can buy a landline phone with an out jack. You plug this into your cell phone to reach the speech recognition there with your custom word list. A more advanced way to do this maybe to take those custom word lists and use an AI bot to convert those words into random jokes or other witty words you might want to say. AI may be great for tedious events and perhaps for tedious people too.


 You can also do the same thing perhaps for portable speech recognition.


 If you can't do this yourself and it may take advanced knowledge of programming in electronics, you might consider having a prototype made by companies in the business.

Currently you might get an electronic prototype made for perhaps $1,000 for "discount" prototyping. If you like them a lot and a lot of people would love to have a landline phone (so hackers can't tamper with it) like this I presume, it might be good to go into business selling these prototypes instead of just the "one off" which is "an assembly line of one!" for just $1,000.   

 There may be a huge market possible for this. You might have all of them you want and you can bring the price down for yourself and others by having the prototype business make them for you on the assembly line.


The way to achieve this may just to have a cheap prototype made of a machine like this. This is just the start..soon almost anyone be able to buy these machines cheap.


  This is not being unkind, not finding the bad words as often you're also finding the good words and you can find the good words as much as you like more often!


 And in the future by the simplicity of word block and higher speed chips, no not chips off the old word blocks!… there may be as much value for most who use it as the change in computer illustration from the 1990’s to 10 years after. Remember computerized art then? It was like cardboard cutouts, yet by 2010 it was amazing.    Keep in mind that super computers are being built that may solve both speech recognition and sound cancellation in just a few years. By Moore's law chip speed has doubled each 18 months but these super quantum computers may multiply this by 100s of times. 

 

 If you are involved with speech recognition, you might want to link these computers from the heavy lifters up on Olympus to your machines.  The code used for Voice Recognition here in 2020 "as I speak" uses only 100,000 bits presumably to optimize value for use online. I would think if a lot more code was online the developers would use it.     

         

    This may be of real value for some of us who use words! Huge money is involved and this seems how it may be. It may be real mews if your cat reads Meow TV and it may be here in awhile.  


  Lance Winslow in his future concepts site (Ezine Articles) says the AR eventually may be so real you won’t even know you’re not in the city in the country. 

  So stay tuned to AR it may be soon that the great value of Custom Dictionaries are viable as you see on this site. Addictive behaviour, bad behaviour, debt, pleasure in life, all may be improved with AR. 

Epictetus in ancient greece was saying, “It’s not what happens in life it’s how you change your reaction in 2500 years!” While he was calm and waited, here in the 2000s if you’ve waited is a way more swift and swooft solution than they had in ancient greece! 


 My belief is if a lot of the famous musicians or the people in Congress had AR this might match reduce their stress and their debt would go down. "The right to own thier own words has been something more recently that only the rich could afford." Control is a major advantage if there's doubt. This is why I think a machine like the phone version of AR like this may be a huge hit. There may be huge numbers of people who would like to listen to nice words in their conversations most often.


  “When AR becomes Viable” what May be THE BEST CUSTOM WORDS? CONSIDERATIONS..   


 Words, are the custom of our people! so it is said in folk stories,  and it’s interesting what kind of words you want to to replace the words with.  It’s been said that everything has a bad side and a good side and this relates to the ancient science of rhetoric which Aristotle believed was is a sister science of Truth. The great method of the ancient Greek  speakers was to use this idea always in hopes of finding their own good side of what was being considered it’s always there and it’s sort of cosmic.

 The easiest form of rhetoric there is has been considered to be name-calling (dysphanism) and almost anyone can think of a bad name to call someone if they think they’ve had bad luck. This can’t be obvious because it would often be illegal so often the name calling to the extent that they are present like when bosses are yelling at you are often concealed as a pun.  

 So it’s often important not to just consider the good side and bad side of words like synonyms and antonyms you can find in a thesaurus but also to consider pun lists that lead to words that are on your good side of whatever you want to improve. 

 I use this to also improve habits so I’m not learning a lot of fat jokes or anything harmful  and the good side of my mores for all my neighbors, associates, and realtors!    Also it’s highly important to be able to Find comedy and cheer in what is being said..  my hopes are to find the good side and probabilistic contradiction in what’s being considered.

  Conversational Distractions At Work    


While studies show 20 percent of employers think conversational distractions are a problem, 70% of employees say they think so, and it’s easy to see just adding the “Conversational AN” and AR plus a bit more like a complete omission of the comments some employees might make e.g. about embarrassing or offending  habits to the other employee on the job in the cubicle as they say to another in the office may be of great value. 


 (“They say” sometimes though not always, is the worst liar in the world.). This level of filter would perhaps not just remove some of the bad words from the readout, this might remove all the words by that author, U R the editor!


  Use of biometric sensing, by the speech ID to see who’s saying what may be the only other way to remove the worst of these type of events in the office with the science here in 2018.  While the puns can be removed, problems that are more complex like with “content” can’t yet be edited this way, since current technology doesn’t well filter for content other than puns or like curse words. 

 This method of speech print ID would be most viable for more complex events, so the employee could either be instructed how to remove what they want for maximum office comfort, or employees could ask the employer, who would make sure they had the bosses interest also in mind and also weren’t removing the more valuable events.    I understand that business is worth it to bosses, (what’s worth the rent, right..) and with the more recent cutting of costs most are involved in, the employer may think if it’s them or the employee whose business comfort comes first, then the conversational distractions are for the employee to pay if in doubt, and this is breaking no law. 

 Even so employers are only reacting to the change and they would often like to more have the employees comfort in their reach, since a healthy business also is made strong by healthy satisfied employees, reducing problems like employees changing jobs out of disdain for the noise. Each reemployment often costs businesses thousands for training costs. The real reason conversational distractions are costing businesses so much is only because employers have no alternative before methods like I speak of here, not because they weren’t hoping to find them. 57% is a lot of business and the golden rule isn’t just about gold, it’s about life.   


 Conversation Distractions In General    


 I once read in Reader’s Digest that “they often expect a holiday like the first Thanksgiving!” where “a bunch of strangers sit around and act like savages” I think they say this because the automobile makes even relatives strangers, so they act this way more often than otherwise they would.    “The absent are always wrong” is the old saying, and this may be the cause. Yet in a conversation as in chess, the most common tactical method by far is the “pin or pun” So if you simply edit out all the more unpleasant words before the holidays or other such events, this will take most of the bite out of events like this. Even so deleting all the words of some of the people you see by the speech ID wouldn’t be the golden rule, A dog needs to bark for good health, and your brain gets exercise by being at least as wise as the dog, what dog rhymes like you in Nashville! 

 For more offensive events like at the holidays with antacid (remember her? She’s uncle acids wife!) the best method might be to use the speech ID to find the ant or aunt (I luv Aunt Bee) and then build up the filter with the speech ID and the wordblock list for that special relatives words you improve at Christmas.

 Most verbal traps are puns or cliches, like stock scenes in movies. Even with the worst verbal events, the words are often simple. A velodrome is a velodrome, a velo wheel is around the arena!


  This is because the idea is that common words are more than enough to often cause stress to the defender and harmful events like of behavior have been found to be as stressful to the brain as physical pain.  I would think this method of viable AR and AN might save more marriages and business relationships than the house that cash built, and research shows the holidays it seems are when the most weight is increased.

 If you look at pets, the deeper in the city and the more noise, the more overweight they are. I realized my cat was overweight if I had to lift the cat up on the pet treadmill, and it was too heavy, and I jog also and cheer up the feline!  

 

  For the most powerful use of this method speech recognition might find just the right words for your special relative you love the most and other words for your business associates. These methods may help you find comfort with relatives who agree, and strength with people who disagree. 


   About this AR/AN method I just say if someone asks, “I’m a bit deaf”, but this may be improved over deafness which Edison liked, the outventor said it let him concentrate on his labor of love. He had the idea for WWW, As Seen on FM!    Audio AR like this may involve more than just replacing words, it could be used with a comic in place of words like fat or dumb or “luxury sized or a good cure for insomnia”, Software these days enables comic creativity where the two machines improvise comedy based on what the other machine says. There are all kinds of other words that may help sooth your listener, science, the good words you want to send (euphemism you can find them in a thesaurus) or whatever you or they find of value, all the good in life for you and the world is what I dream of.   


 Soon there may be video editors that automatically may beautify your neighbors if they seem hostile or ugly. It’s been found that the road you live on influences how much you weigh, so this may be of value for neighbors who feel bad, essentially a way to enrich any neighborhood.  



  It’s been said by a rich lady, one of the Vanderbuilts I think (I know it must be true!) “the city would be alright, except there’s so much you don’t want to see, and so much you don’t want to hear” Then she goes back to her rich estate in the country. For the rest of us, soon there may be audio and video much like the rich that adds to our strength not causing harm..    



In a way, the above about audio AR is a sort of truth accentuator. 


 Brain sensors that find who's telling the truth or not though may have an even more dramatic influence on society.  MAKING YOUR OWN BREAD; AVEMAR AND CRYPTO.. Tips and tricks for Making Your Own Avemar FWGE..

Avemar (or generic brew name FWGE)

is a sort of brewer's event that has the toxicological profile of vinegar or bread, somewhat like beer, since bread is "brewed" much the same way!




Essentially a special form of sourdough bread, most people got enough in the old days when cancer rates were far lower.



  Now the price is 100s or more a month, if you want to buy it from the Avemar vendors in Hungary who haven't lowered the price perhaps due to proscription from the government. At any rate you can make your own far cheaper as on the racehorseherbal site provided as they say, you don't use yeast and instead use natural bacteria that sail all around us, airships and landships and the bread may be a airship area to land these good germs that help us make the brew and so we don't harm Avemar's patent rights.


It was discovered on Easter Sunday and this is why they call it Avemar "Ave Maria".. she was a short saint at any radiant!






Avemar reduces many types of cancer more than 60%. Many cancer doctors recommend that anyone with cancer be sure to take Avemar. I think of it as wondrous for both CFS and cancer and if Covid also leaves the immune system damaged it may be valuable for this also because it completely repairs even a severely damaged immune system. 


 Most insurance won't pay for Avamar yet even while it's subsidized in Hungary at $2 a month where they discovered it. One reason to consider Avemar is because two-thirds of cancer drugs are themselves carcinogenic. Chemotherapy and radiation often harms cancer as well as the immune system so the cancer comes back stronger in a few years. 

 A major advantage of Avemar for cancer is that it resists cancers ability to take over the immune system itself. Of course the 60% figure for reduction of many types of cancers has more worth if you combine it with more traditional health care.


 My sister and other people I know had Covid three times but I've only had it once even with my immune system compromised by CFS before that and years after I had started buying Avemar. I've had cancer for 18 years and while I was in pain when Avemar was more expensive and searching for a way to alternative health boosters, once I started to take the Avemar my pain completely stopped after about four months and I haven't been in pain since.


  Immune boosters are also energy boosters by way of nourishing the body and the immune system. Unlike most stimulants these give energy not by stressing other systems of the body but rather by giving nutrition and healing inflammation. 


 Like with Covid most people with CFS have a lot of viruses in their muscles and elsewhere. With a strong immune booster your immune system can go in and remove more of the viruses, some of which may cause CFS.



Both with long Covid and four out of five getting cancer and a long list of other health issues most will have including cardio and blood sugar which are with major inflammation events, Avemar sounds good.


You can make your own Avemar FWGE for about a dollar a month or so, and while it had gotten "cheaper" on eBay at the cheapest recommended it was still about a hundred a month. Currently on eBay it's going for at least 130 a month. It was a wealth health miracle!


 Originally I was thinking of making my own Avemar. I read about how on a site called Denver Naturopathic. At the time, I didn't have a lot of money to spare, I wonder why? because of Avemar, and I got the impression that it was really fickle and expensive to make my own Avemar. 


 It seemed abstract and abstruse and seeming to cost hundreds and the risk would apparently be about the possibility of it all just turning to vinegar and there goes a week making the Avemar.


 Even so, all the while, it's costing me thousands and there was no definite apparent road out of this bit of healthcare dent or healthcare pothole in the road!


 More recently I went to a site called racehorseherbal with step by step instructions about how to make my own Avemar. (You may want to save this page offline to a disc on a separate machine that's not online and also save the racehorseherbal site the same way for security in case the internet might not do well, this is a method for any valuable information that you might want to save by saving it offline, yes, crypto is valuable cash!)

 This seemed to be encouraging enough so I looked at the list of what I needed to buy and I started doing research. It's a bit abstract but with a bit of practice maybe two or three go rounds you can do it without any problem. The two errors that I made when I was was that I put the pot on the stove too hot and it got it up to 160 degrees which stops the Avemar brewing, and the second or third time I forgot to put the starter or the sourdough bread ingredient in the wheat germ on the second day as recommended.

 Think of it as riding a bicycle, but the wheels are more round..


After you buy your supplies, Mason jars untoasted wheat germ, wheat flour sugar etc, You want to start by hey! making your starter.

This has the following pattern; days 1 to 3 2 oz of wheat germ 2 oz of wheat flour 4 oz of water and a spoonful of sugar You stir this together and divide it out  once a day.

Days four to seven to finish the week you only use 4 oz of wheat flour, with 4 oz of water and the spoon of sugar, not the wheat germ! And you this twice a day not once.

You want to memorize both of these methods for days one to three and four to seven.

This is important because if you don't get it right it'll just end up with vinegar.

Finally to brew your FWGE itself

This is rather abstract and tedious so I recommend as with stuff that is abstract and tedious "what is it"? Right! check each step three times..



For days one to three you count the starting day is one day so if you're starting on Thursday, wait 3 days and change over on Saturday to the wheat flour and not the wheat germ but with the water the same and the sugar.

It took me like four tries to get this to work and each one taking a week and more waiting.

The first 3 days it's easy just once a day but in order to remember days four through seven that you use two halvings of your starter, To remember this in the morning at the start, I keep the starter on my stove on the front burner.

To remember if I've changed the brew as I should or not on days one to three where you only change it once you just put it on the burner in the morning and put it to the left if you've changed it, and for days 4 to 7 where you have to change it twice, in the morning it's on the burner for the first change it's on the left of the burner and on the other change it's on the right of the burner, this makes it so you can know if you've changed it or not, And this is real important or you'll just end up with junk.

Racehorseherbal recommends to shield the pot with a cheesecloth between halving each batch (once a day for the 3 days and then twice a day for the rest of the week).. other sites say you can use a dish towel You can buy these at the dishcount store!

As I say it took me go rounds to make my second batch of FWGE.

Mostly the problems were about sometimes changing it three times which is too much and didn't take and also because my pots and spoons weren't that clean..


To disinfect your stainless steel pots which have a handle (I recommend these because you don't spill it much, even so when you store your FWGE or starter in the refrigerator be sure to keep the handle inward and also inward when you have it on the stove so you don't accidentally drop it out of your refrigerator while you do things like access other food or clean it).

 The trick is to wash your utensils U use like with warm soapy water and then boil them on the range. Some sites have recommended that you also boil the mason jars that I couldn't figure out a way to do this without a giant pot, so I assume the other method they recommend of just washing them on the inside with warm soapy water and then shaking a lot and drying them out thoroughly and letting them air dry, is good enough.


After you have your starter and reach and it's stored in the refrigerator and has doubled in size with bubbling evident, Here's the quote from the racehorseherbal site about how you finish up by making your FWGE itself on days eight or nine or whenever you have the sponge..


"Producing a Sourdough Fermented Wheat Germ FWGE..100 grams of raw wheat germ into a glass measuring cup.  It will be approximately one cup in volume.  Next, place the wheat germ into a vitamix mixer along wi a quart (1000 ml) of distilled water and blend for 3 minutes on high speed (20,000 rpm).   If you don't own a vitamixer, then go for a kitchen food processor or blender, blending a bit longer, 5 minutes or more.  If you don't have a blender or processor, then simply hand shake.  Pour the finished solution into a 2-liter flask or large jar with lid secure and fermentation lock in place.   Make sure your fermentation lock has water in it to make it air-tight.   Let it stand for 12-24 hours at room temperature.  This will help macerate the raw wheat germ into the distilled water--allowing the wheat germ nutrients to infuse into the water before it is inoculated with the sourdough starter.

  This is the time if one was following the patent, one would add 33.3 grams of baker's yeast, but that would open you up to patent infringement.  Instead, we will get around this by adding one cup of your previously prepared sourdough starter which is a lactobacillus culture as described earlier into your wheat germ solution. Stir and let stand for 18-24 hours at approximately 85º F, slow stirring constantly, easy, if you are using a hotplate / m stirrer or hand shake every few hours otherwise.   


You should see volume expansion and bubbling when the bacteria starts working. After the 18-24 hours of fermentation, you will need to boil the mixture to stop the fermentation process and further production of harmful enzymes."


 About making your own FWGE of this type I wanted to buy a breadproofing box or other method of keeping my brew at a constant temperature of like 85 degrees like on the racehorseherbal site. Also recommended was to buy what's called a hotplate and magnetic stirrer combo. This is because on the last day after you spend about eight days making your "starter" (the starter is a source of the good bacteria that ferment or or cause your wheat germ to turn into Avemar FWGE you only have to spend the 8 days making the this "sponge" just one time, you store in the refrigerator for long-term use) you have to spend 18 to 24 more hours slow stirring the brew at 85 degrees all the way through. 


 Supposedly the advantage of doing this is that you can sleep well. Sad Mousemas..Not a creature was stirring  but yes we have have a blender! The hotplate stirrer does the stirring, but I was using the alternate method they recommend of shaking up the brew by hand every few hours instead because as far as I could tell the hot plate magnetic stirrer just didn't work. I saw no evidence of spinning motion at the bottom of the large mason jar with the FWGE (Avemar). Instead it seemed to be burnt and brown on the bottom of the jar.  I assumed it wasn't working and instead went back to the first trick I tried for temperature control.


(The racehorse sites uses a Nouova2 hotplate stirrer. The one I bought was cheaper. You might try the Nouova2 if like mine the cheaper one didn't seem to work. Even so you may also want to especially find a stirrer with a thermostat I'm not sure that they make with a control, lab nerds are so dum! This would make it so you don't have to watch for keeping it at 85° for hours and hours in the more tedious heat. The cheap stirrer I bought had no control for heat.)


 As I say you spend about eight days making your starter. This might sound a bit tedious but it turns out all you have to do is do a bit of pouring and stirring just with four ounces of wheat and four ounces of water and a bit of sugar. (If you don't have measuring cups, a good trick is just to find a jug that has the known measure like you've bought at the store and pour the water into a transparent jug and you mark with a marker on the side. You can do this for both wheat and the water with both at four ounces and wash when you're finished the wheat has real adhesion. The large mason jar I bought has lines on the side for both milliliters and cups so this is quite helpful too if you buy this kind of jar. For this however the best method I found is to just buy some cheap poly measuring cups you can get at the discount store.)



 This only takes 10 minutes twice a day so it's really easy for those days as you start up. See racehorse herbal for the details about timing different times for some days. No neigh like a horse!



 And with the next step on the eighth day or so you use a blender to grind up the raw wheat germ (untoasted like Bob's Red Mill, Amazon) this takes only about five minutes. You measure this out with the mason jar as directed by the racehorse site.


 You have bought a simple mason jar with a hole where you put the brewers valve on top.


 This makes it so your wheat germ ferments anaerobically. Once you have your sponge in reach, this step takes about a day but all you have to do is wait like 24 hours once you've set it up.


 In this final step you want to keep your FWGE near to 85 degrees for 18 to 24 hours for one more day while you slow stir. 


 There are three possible ways to keep it at 85 degrees for 18 to 20 hours I tried. 

 One is to buy a bread proofing box which supposedly keeps it at constant temperature programmed. The other is the magnetic hotplate stirrer. Both of these methods failed for me perhaps because of bad engineering by the vendors. As it turns out neither is necessary. The bread proofing box I bought started just once and the button was so flimsy it wouldn't press again or start. This cost me $45 on Amazon.


The second thing I tried was a magnetic hotplate stirrer. This is supposedly the major event in laboratory stirring machines. The electric broom is making quite a stir and the electric spoon is sweeping the nation!


Not this! Supposedly it uses a magnet covered with plastic and it spins around by the magnetic field below it under the hot plate it goes inside the jar from the base. At any rate I couldn't tell if it was even stirring. 


 Better safe than sorry after waiting days and hours, so here I went back to the method I used the first time I went through all this to make my Avemar FWGE.


 Basically as I say you need to keep it at 85 degrees constantly while stirring or shaking it every few hours for perhaps 20 hours. 


 The first time I was also trying to keep my thermostat of my house high enough up but my heat pump doesn't allow this, so I go down to the store near where I live and I'm buying like a food thermometer but it costs $6 and I'm low of money at that point after buying the bread proofing box and because of Avemar! What causes this! And then one of my sweet angel neighbors pays that $6 perhaps so she can buy her own stuff at the store! Thanks for saving me up also!


 My third method was just to put the large mason jar with the FWGE in a larger stainless steel bowl with water in it. This is the method that I currently used because it's simpler and because it evens out the temperature for hours.


The first time I was heating the burner of the stove underneath it and watching the 85 degrees by the thermometer while removing it from the water and shaking every few hours. 


 I recommend using an old-fashioned electric clock (for timing how often you shake the jug) with the wire so no cyber surprises. I set mine to two hours before 12 and time out to 12 o'clock so it goes two hours automatically before I reset the clock and I know it's reached 12 o'clock for another go-around. Unlike a usual clock set to the time at the time, this makes it so you get a more reliable simple way to time your jug shaking and your monetorization of how you monitor you're brew of 85 degrees. Even so for best results you also want to set your phone clock so you can double check like while you're more audio than visual. I use this to make sure I'm doing it well.


 After both the breadproofing box and the magnetic hot plate stirrer had failed and after I realized I didn't need them I also realized I couldn't use the thermostat of the house it was just too hot, and not hot enough even if so. And partially my Avamar had failed because it got as if with a mold in it after about a week (more below for preservation of your FWGE)  I was also using the water in the stainless steel pot on the burner with the thermometer tied with the line to the handle on the side and dipped down into the water as well as taking out the mason jar with the FWGE and shaking it every couple of hours.


 One problem is how do you do this for 18 to 24 hours straight?


General temperature control about brewing your own FWGE is one problem but staying awake on the eighth day in the night as you watch the heat and if make sure it doesn't burn or is too cool this is the other main event you want to solve about making your own FWGE. Below ...more details about temperature control.

Be sure not to put the stockpot on the hot burner other than like a half an hour to reach 85° inside. If you leave it on the back burner like to add heat it can go up to 160° and your Avemar is golden, but you can't sleep on a solid gold cushion even of cash saved. Always leave it on the front burner with the heat radiating in the pot from the side, other than the start this gives you a regular even heat you just modulate with the thermometer and by setting the stove temperature higher or lower and or pouring cool water in your pot and or move your pot nearer farther from the burner.

 


 At first I thought I would just stay awake all night as much as I could and while I stayed awake up to two o'clock and then I would fall asleep the first two times, this still wasn't like 18- 20 hours of shaking the jug two or three hours at a time.


 The second time I tried this I decided to use caffeine etc like using some fitness boosters I had tried, to help me but here again I fell asleep past two AM and when I would wake up in the morning after about five more hours of sleep I would check the temperature and it was often 95 or 75.


This would even be with the magnetic stirrer all night.


 Now I realized like for the third time if I start like six or seven in the morning (mark the hour you start on the post) on the weekends I can go all the way through to 6 pm and and more hours to midnight for 18 hours total without having to stay awake each night. Of course if you wake up at six o'clock you can continue until two pm in the morning like with caffeine and this is more like 20 hours.


So all this is viable without paying $85 like I did for the breadproofing box and the magnetic hotplate stirrer neither of which wowed me.


 I bought the cheapest breadproofing box I saw and as I say it crashed but if you bought a more expensive one for like $100 you might get a quality one that would work. Even so you still would need to shake the jug even with the box and the pot of water on the stove with the heat in with the thermometer is much cheaper. The best which haven't tried yet may be a quality hotplate stirrer like the Nouova2 but you want might a more advanced machine here.

 I would recommend that you buy two each of the following, for example if your mason jar crashes you will have another one without having to wait like a week from the internet. So all you need to buy are large mason jars mine cost about $25.. brewer's valves for about $12 (I bought mine with the lids with a hole built in so I don't have to drill it without a drill) whole wheat flour, wheat germ, all for about $12 each on average and sugar which you may already have, spoons and measuring cups might cost you 10 and a food thermometer for about five dollars from a more anjel neighbor you may have also at the store. 

Maintaining Your Starter.

 It needs enough oxygen to breathe.

If your starter begins smell more like fingernail polish remover, shows few bubbles, or is so thick you can't stir it or or does it doesn't smell enough like sourdough bread or doesn't regularly rise and fall in size as you feed it, it's time to give it more breath, yes it should smell!

 You want bubbles when you stir it and you want it to be the consistency of pancake batter. These are signs of worth.


 If your starter is too thick you may want to add distilled water or other water.. I personally use Ellis water which is considered to be with the hydrogen bond angle changed so it's like water that was used in the 1940s that has a lot more oxygen supposedly..


Some say this is maximum bogus science but I disagree with this because I tended to get regular energy after I took it.. and there are several other reasons I believe it might not be bogus.

 Basically I bought the Ellis water for just two dollars for a sample and supposedly this is where if you add the two drops to a bottle of water it converts the whole bottle to Ellis water.

So at least I don't have to buy anymore, even if it's not real!

 I asked the AI of search engine Bing if this might be more viable for making this sour bread starter and the AI said it might well do it and even asked for me to let it know how it turned out..

 So adding water is one way to keep it from being so darn think you can't stir your bread brew well which is not a good sign.

 Another good way to help it is to stir it after you remove it out into some heat for a while and if you see bubbles Viola Vwahlah! What does a poodle say in France! Voofwah! Voofwah! 

When you transition from Avemar to making your own you may want to buy Avemar from eBay and have it on hand, while you're practicing to learn how to make your own so you have a backup sort of safety method, this is recommended if you have cancer. While I've later found some sites that say that your starter is a relatively hardy little beast that has resilience so it doesn't matter 100% how you treat it so you generally brew it reasonably well, even so I recommend taking like 2 tablets a day while you practice using the brew to make sure you have it right, this will only cost you 25$ a month after you might buy your 600 tabs of Avemar for 130 or so. I tried it on and then off for like a week and as you are more savvy in the brewers biz you can then just stop taking the tabs. You don't want to be weaving in and out of stop signs in a Bud Light costume, how could you!


 You may also want the large stainless steel pot, and some other mason jars with a tight lid you can store your FWGE in because bacteria may make it spoil with an air bubble. For these jars I don't pay $25 each I just recommend getting ~1 liter glass jars for storage of my FWGE at any rate like I bought for six dollars worth of pickled eggs I got at the agricultural supply stores, are so Flavorich! (This is the only way I can eat eggs I think "Eggbeaters" are just yuck! A high-rise helicopter hen house is best!)

 For maximum spoilage reduction it's recommended that you remove air like in these "mason jars" by dividing your Avemar so it's not sour.


Temperature Control


While I don't have a breadbox or a magnetic stirrer I do have the stove burner for heat. If you do it yourself with this following method, you saved $100 though and as you'll see it's reliable..


As I said I tried to turn the thermostat up to 85 of my house but it just wouldn't do it and even if it did it would be misery for 18 hours.


As it says on the racehorse herbal site you may have to do a bit of improvising for temperature control. One of three or four ways they mentioned are the hot plate stirrer, the breadproofing box, or even perhaps making your own breadproofing box out of a styrofoam cooler, a light bulb, wires and a thermostat. 


While this is cheap, cheaper yet (without a bit of Amazon weight) is to use the stainless steel bowl and simply put your large mason jar holding the FWGE into the water on the burner of your stove.


 You watch for a while as it heats up so its time to start telling the time for the 18 hours.


Your house thermostat is perhaps around 70 degrees and then the trick is simply to top up with the bit more heat to 85 degrees with the mason jar inside the water inside the stainless steel pot. I've tied the food thermometer to align to the handle of the pot on the outside with a bungee and a clip and put the thermometer sort of floating in the water with the readout above the surface of the water where you can see it well.


 To maintain the temperature at 85 degrees the water is a good modulator. 


 By this I mean once you've got the heat generally of the water to about 85 degrees and your house is about room temperature you can remove it from the burner and use the burner like at medium high heat so that it's radiating into that water of the pot which is keeping your FWGE at 85 degrees with a bit of practice.


 If it's a bit too hot reduce the heat of the burner, turn the thermostat of the house a bit or just move it a bit away from the burner like on your other burner, and vice versa so with a bit of practice you can easily learn how to keep the temperature about 85 degrees for hours without effort and doing this so there's as much heat radiating in is out from the burner it's easy to keep your FWGE at 85. Also if it's above 85° add a cup or so of cool water. The water stabilizes the temperature more if you keep it with about as much heat out as in once you've brought it up to 85 degrees.


 Boiling The FWGE


This is the last step recommended by the racehorseherbal site after getting your sponge ready for eight days and after the 18 to 24 hours of shaking and stirring, to remove harmful enzymes.


When boiling the FWGE be careful to constantly stir and scrape the bottom of the pot (like a usual pot with a handle so you can remove it easily). Keep the heat as low as you can to bring up to a boil like to lower medium/medium heat while stirring constantly. This makes it so that the bottom of the pot doesn't get burned even though I had to do this in the middle of the night and if you burn it a lot since it's pretty much carbon based you'll give it a bad charcoal broil flavor that lasts for weeks. This part of the improvement only takes 10 or 15 minutes but you want to do well about carbonization!


 I thought of using the starter with much better flavor than the brew but it turns out this isn't real FWGE. For improving flavor I highly recommend a sweetener like Splenda Lohan/ erythritol it has no few side effects and is most recommended by doctors and it's sweet, a real value for sweeteners!


Caution! If your FWGE is too sour or has no bubbles it may have turned to vinegar. I once changed the starter three times instead of two times that day and I wondered how would know if it was still viable but if it's real sour you'll know you failed. And you have to wait another week to finish it. Vinegar taken over time can cause liver and kidney problems, so you may want to make another batch.


 You do this at your own risk and while this is a possible option since it might make it a lot easier to stay with the FWGE brew plan I can't guarantee value. Even so if saving $130 a month sounds easy, this may be more so yet.

 Preservation of your FWGE


 Spoilage may be a major problem with Avamar and it has awful flavor once it gets sour. I think it's not a coincidence the vendor sells Avemar freeze dried.


In addition to preserving your FWGE by drying and blending in with celery seed, it's recommended on the FWGE site that once a week you discard your "starter", sort of like pancake batter, the source of the good bacteria you continually maintain in the refrigerator. By this method to maintain your starter and keep the bacteria continuously fed and energized, you discard half of the starter like I do each Saturday and blend in with four ounces of wheat flour, four ounces of distilled water (no sugar as by traditional sourdough brewing methods in this phase) and then you simply cover it put it in the refrigerator for a week at a time watching for bubbles and for it to double in size. I found that the starter discard you otherwise toss out itself tastes real good like sourdough bread but this this isn't real FWGE and can't be used for like immune boosting. 


 But it has flavor I love and it's good to have extra starter on hand. This is easy to achieve, you take your starter you may otherwise divide at the end of the week and with your divided starter simply add the  wheat water and sugar to both and you've cloned 2 starters so you won't have to wait another week if you've tossed out half of your first starter for more.  

  While I haven't tried it for preservation you might also consider buying one of those vacuum bag food sealing machines for $40 you see on Amazon. 


Cheaper might be to try buying a water bag like used to store water in the heat in the summertime to have enough for hydration. You could buy one of these for just $30 on Amazon, like for example the Platypus, or the one I bought called the Aonijie which only cost about 13. The idea is you might burp out the air like with the food sealing bag machines. These work for water. I don't know if there will be safe for using with FWGE however or safe for your herb.

 

On the racehorse herbal site they say you must discard your Avemar after 5 days because of spoilage, so I thought I would have to make the Avemar once a week, but I found that actually it lasts for about at least 9 weeks, so I make 2 large mason jars batches with each go round of the two day event (once the starter is viable which takes a week) but a two-day event is with just one day of watching the pot and it's only stressful at the end of the evening staying awake till 2:00 PM. The first day of the two-day event of making your FWGE only takes about 10 minutes to blend your FWGE but even so I'm trying to brew two large mason jars of it at a time with hopefully more than 2 months worth of Avemar at a time. This about Avemar at any rate may be by way of the actual product and maybe not how well it works. You have to be the judge of this and this site is not medical advice.



"Extracts"


I don't recommend those gyppy "FWGE extracts" you see on Amazon.


They advertise them as concentrated extracts when they taste nothing like Avemar and if you're risking this to defend against cancer it can be a costly mistake to trust them. I tried two of these, one is Diatom rx and the other is the Monoherb brand "extract". On eBay you don't see these cheap extracts from India or China, and none of them make any promises against cancer which of course they all would if it really did work without a lawsuit.


My main consensus about all this is, it's easier to make your own FWGE especially if you use these methods, than to spend 100 to $130 a month.


Even so if you have to stay awake from 5 AM to 12 PM watching the brew, since the hotplate stirrer was a clunk and also you may not be able to make it keep more than 9 weeks before you must file in file 13 bit bucket! 


Fear not..see the racehorseherbal site for more how to, like about the science. You may want to use both these sites in combination because as you see above I offer methods here that may have practical value in addition to the racehorse herbal site methods where you can save money etc like not buying the breadproofing box or the stirrer. As you see you won't need them and this will save you at least 85 dollars. You're not risking your order not coming through which could be kind of stressful if you don't happen to have another $130 to pay them 129 dollars in profit that month. And by making your own FWGE, you save $120 or more a month indefinitely.


Dosing

The racehorseherbal site recommends 17 g a day, and this turns out to be about one cubic inch of liquid Avemar, or about three caps from a juice jug.

I found that making Avemar by the above method actually does make enough to last for about a month although it may be sort of sour later on. The racehorseherbal site recommends discarding it after 5 days but it seems viable for 9 weeks.

I consider it important to have real Avemar on hand and continue perhaps even at lower dose with this for most optimal value and more security and practice. Even 2 tabs of Avemar a day only cost 25$ a month, a cheap "cost for more insurance".

 If you have much more than thousands to pay for "Avemar" Avemar the above is an easier way, you can afford it..


 Here I discuss ways to hopefully earn a lot with altcoins even if you "got In late". Cheaper than The Dieter's Jukebox..Uses of Timer Padlocks;


These padlocks cost about 10 or 20$ on Amazon or eBay. 


I found they have real value for three things; saving money week by week, reducing computer overuse, but also for weight control. One way you can use padlocks when you're on a diet is to also time out your money so you can't go to the store to buy more food. 


Surveys show that conversational distractions are costing the economy 57% of its money. And when people go in the store 3/4 say they feel good but only 1/3 leave feeling good. Even dogs and cats the further in the city they live the more overweight they are. So since the store is where food is bought I believe this may have major influene on weight. To reduce the influence of the store I use three tricks, I tied cord stops like from cord stops you buy in the store in outfits like coats and sew them around my shoulders with a line so I never lose them and then use them for ear stops. Second I plug in the earstops and inside them I also use Ohoropax ear stops and they've been in business for about a hundred and ten years in Germany. Ohropax are made from petrolatum and beeswax and and they work especially well combined with the third method which is just to choose some non-sugar chewing gum and this jams out most of the sound except when you stop chewing so you can hear just for a second. Even so no gum in my audios!

For using the timer padlock one good trick is to buy food at the store only when you have money but to keep yourself from buying too much food like at the restaurant you simply time out your cash for days at a time. 

 For the store one good way is not to listen as much to what people are saying in the store and just pay them and do  business although of course you can say nice things as you are there even though you don't have to listen. Above all else I should be kind, and I know I'm not allowed to not have a good sense of comedy in life. Best is not to feel bad if someone is impolite in stores. (Comedy is great to share. So I have built what I call a Comedy Machine. This is a book, like a paper computer with pun lists and stores of comedy that also allows use of the machine to find the most verbal solutions like the good side of the conversation, since there's a good and bad side for all there is in the world we see. The realist removes the opportunities more for criticism and as an optimist I like to be kind and comical. 

 As I say the store tends to be stressful and even on the best days sometimes it can be like this so another good trick is to only buy just some treats for food to keep you more alert. But when you return to your house be prepared to time out this tempting food for a couple of days.


 


 

 To distribute the food evenly count on buying both staples and more nutritional treats. Be prepared to time out the food especially the treats more on the days right after you've gone to the store to buy the food and if you have money you can time it out also so that later in the week you have like one treat a day but no more than one also for the first part of the week. 


 I eat to live I don't live to eat. So Encyclopedia Americana says for good health there's a need for a source of animal fat in your diet each day. For example your brain is two-thirds fat.


Even so you tend to associate fat to strong flavor research has shown I think so! And so I had this love of powder milk, it's got a great flavor unlike any other dairy dish and it's got a lot of fat. This can be good for your health if you do it the right rate not to moo or no. What I do is time out my powdered milk in a backpack with the timer padlock for about two days at a time. But if I go to the store sometimes because I'm hungry without the powder milk I'll get some other tempting food as a treat and return from the store, and there's sometimes I'm thinking about the things a cashier might have said that I didn't agree with, I think this may be the source of a lot of the feelings of discomfort people have leaving the store. A store is not totally a place where you find friendship, in a way it's a cheap relationship to do richer business because the people don't know each other so they're just not as true as often to the relationship you would say than relatives. It's good to return back to where I am! Right! Relatives are here for as much! At this point I take the tempting food maybe eat a bite and put it into the satchel with the padlock for a "cooling off period". This takes the stress off the temptation to eat that tempting food.


 But in order for the food like the powdered milk also not to interfere with this, and to evenly distribute the tendency to overeat and thus reduce it, I also check the day when the powdered milk will be in reach, like say two days usually and then perhaps time out that tempting food for the third day so it's not on the same day as the powdered milk. You want quite a bit more timing out than you need for the maximum "value and safety" of your weight control. This way you stay ahead with more time not eating than you have eating. If you feel that you've eaten a bit much why not say you're sorry for this if you like and time it out perhaps an extra day right after that so you're getting the habit of resistance.


 You can use the padlocks to take both large and small bites out of any tendency to overeat. The way I can work this out is to time out more for days when I buy the food from the store with larger timer bites but also smaller bites like an hour and a half for later in the week when I'm eating more the staples. So I think of the timer padlock is both a powerful way to get into more general area I want about food but also as a precision tool later in the week you can practice with to also limit food here.



It's surprising how many times I thought I was hungry that I wasn't. Research shows 1/3 of the time people overeat and think they're hungry, they have thirst. 

 The timers can be used to set a real and definite boundary and with practice you get the feel for limiting your food just right. Generally you want larger times like days for the tempting food but also when you're using your staples  later in the week it's good to take smaller "random timer bites" out of your appetite so you're in the habit of observing the boundaries of your appetite. 


This made me more conscious of when I was eating or not eating and this makes what was otherwise perhaps a sort of superstition "or a blob" of exact knowledge about my intake of sugar fat and salt where I wouldn't know what I was getting about my food level, and edits so I'm more in control.



While generally I'm eating the staples like  from my pressure cooker I often find I've timed out the tempting food, then a couple of days later noticed at the time has expired so I open the box and at this point it's not like huge temptation because enough practice will make it so it's not tempting.

Instead I think of this not as a problem but an opportunity to delay and put off being fat "thin definitely".



  Ideally since the timer padlocks are now cheaper at $10 each on eBay you could just buy one for each day of the week, and buy your pouches duffels or backpacks to put them in. I got some good duffles at the government surplus store near where I live for 50 cents each or sometimes a dollar or so.

 An even cheaper substitute for pouches is just to take large wide mouth plastic jugs with a screw top lid and punch holes both through the lid and the side of the jug and then just put your food or your cell phone in this jar, loop your padlock through the holes and set the padlock time.

 

 For timing out food I don't recommend putting perishable foods in the refrigerator with the time padlocks because they crash. This doesn't work with the $10 padlocks although you might try it with the more expensive $25 ones, I haven't seen about this yet. Another way to time out food in the refrigerator is where you put your food in the pouch, lock it with a conventional padlock with a key and put the food in the pouch in the refrigerator, then take the key to time it out and put it in a duffel and then using your timer padlock to timeout the key itself and thus the food in the refrigerator.


Using Timer Padlocks for Computer Overuse. 


This is a fast growing problem at all levels of society from the richest to the poor. 57% now have computer overuse problems. But the solution here is simple, you merely time out your router or your mouse in a duffel with a timer padlock. Here you may want the more expensive $25 one with 99 days because the cheap $10 ones only have 99 hours which is not enough for 168 hours, a week's time. (The $10 padlocks are good enough for food because usually you only time out for four or five days at the most except if you have a lot of food. The idea is to buy the healthy perhaps tempting treats when you go to the store as well as being careful to buy more staples than this and then taking your tempting dish and dispersing so that you only have one tempting dish a day with the timers and so it's never more than enough to overeat on that day. 


 If you feel tempted to go to the store and buy more food just time out your money for that week also. As you go on your temptation may reduce both with the computer and what you eat and you'll know more and more you're in control.)


  I time my internet use for just the same days of the week in a regular rhythm. This may be valuable so you can be oriented to where you are in the loop each week. 


This is because a lot of people find their computer disorienting both about time and value and knowing definitely what time it is in each loop both for computing and for resting may have value for like brain health because your brain at least knows when the rest or the exercise may be. 


 I make a list for my searches while I'm offline and this is good for cutting and pasting into the browser once I'm online and this helps improve searches for more efficiency.


 While timing out your router is good for getting in the general area for like five days a week like I do, I've also sometimes found at first that when you're offline with your cell phone you're also tending to overuse sometimes. 


 It's still somewhat habit forming to use an app offline. My favorite trick here, to sort of zero in and totally nail both the tendency towards overuse online or offline either, is to shorten the trip to the padlock by tying my cell phone to a pouch to wear around my shoulders with a line. 


 Then if I'm feeling stressed the trip is so short by putting the phone tied to the pouch in the pouch with lockdown say for a few hours or even a day, si it's easy to turn off the phone just say no for say five hours or like two hours or day or if I've ever done it too much I also say I'm sorry and turn it off for enough to totally make sure that I've detoxified like my eyes and my brain. 


 You can use duct tape on the back of your cell phone with a shoelace and I use heavy transparent packing tape wrapped around it right angles going over the screen to both shield the screen from dents also to the line with the duct tape from falling off or the cell phone from dropping more than a couple of feet so you'll never lose your machine and you'll never drop it. My sister lost her phone in the twalet, she may not talk in bubbles in the reservoir!


 This idea of making the trip shorter than you might need to overpower the hunger or the computer overuse is also useful for snacking. You can wear a pouch around your shoulder with the padlock. If you're unsure if you're hungry just stuff your snack in the pouch and lock it and you're good to go.



One thing I say about cell phone overuse is that you're doing it because you've been overusing it! When you cut back on the overuse repeatedly eventually you get to where your idea about overusing itself changes including about food because you're not doing it because you're doing it.


 This reminds me of alcoholics where they say that they have drugs that can help them resist like 75% much better than the AA charger, but they don't use it because they think they like to drink because it's the only comfort they've known. A lot of people use their cell phones or other habits to comfort themselves and this is idea of liking to eat food because it makes you feel good as you go on you'll find that you can control this idea itself, great for a higher level of excellence! 


  Being online for only like a day a week also may greatly reduce the risk of hackers and prevent your eyes from being damaged because Webmd says there's an epidemic of myopia. Most people are currently spending 11 hours a day online and this is ruining a lot of people's health and relationships.


On my other post I discuss about the Dieters Jukebox. This is for dietitians who then prescribe it to their Rich and Famous eaters, or for more general use from the dietitians to us.


 This would also have to have a mouth lock that only opens up when you get the food that's of worth and perhaps with stress sensors and herbs that automatically give the right dose of food and reduce stress so that you only gradually do it by reduced strain with the computer just like one foot per mile instead of climbing straight up the mountain.


 Of course herbs like Wegovy are thin the headlines, but I'm not yet amazed by this because it still costs thousands a year and insurance may not pay for it. Just as important I think is that you have to take it indefinitely because when you stop the weight returns. So here for the masses and the reradiant heat I want to discuss a more cheap Fun Sized version of the Dieters Jukebox! 


 As I say you buy the padlocks.. I went through about $500 worth of these padlocks and timer boxes and most of them crashed. For general knowledge of these I would recommend that you don't buy the Kitchen Safe or like $30 Chinese padlocks on the Amazon site. I consider the kitchen safe to be overpriced at 70$ or more. The $30 Chinese padlock had a set battery that you can't charge but even so mine just stopped working in about 3 years. I bought small Chinese padlocks with 99 hours timer which is somewhat more than four days and you can overlap by timing it out at 12:00 midnight on the fourth day to get a fifth day out of it like for saving money. These were cheap at about $20 ( you can get these from now for $10 on eBay before when I spent the $500 they were more expensive, what a relief to save, so labor saving with the labor I earn! Cheap ones are fine if you're willing to wait two three weeks for them to ship from China. More expensive $25 ones are more quality built and they have 99 days not just 99 hours like for timing out to save money but mine needs to be reset 3 times for emergencies so you can have a safety release but this also means you have to reset it 3 times to make it 100% locked even while the cheaper locks don't have this feature and yet they only time for 99 hours) and they're useful for timing out about food and I really don't need more than a day or two of timing out as I'll show you how.


 Now that time has been removed! I want to discuss food itself. If you use the timer padlock to lose weight you may want to consider changing your buying habits about food. For this I buy two kinds of foods, more healthy foods like staples that aren't so tempting but are satisfying for most of the time I'm eating. For this I use a pressure cooker a lot because as I say on this post CLICK HERE or see this same link at the end of the page, you can dramatically lower your food bill and get a lot of money while at the same time eating much healthier than you would be otherwise. This is by eating vegetables like potatoes or beans in the pressure cooker.. You may say, "hold on I resolve to eat right four times a month, and so far I've done it not once just like the rest" as by research. 


 And this is where the pressure cooker becomes valuable because think of restaurant food without paying! Basically what a restaurant does is cook these staples like pasta, rice, corn and as I say potatoes and beans. 


 And then the Chef uses other vegetables where they drown out the flavor of vegetables that are tough to eat but have some different flavor for your appetite for example carrots, okra, broccoli, vegetables, I, like the majority had never dreamed of eating before till I found out about saving so much money with the pressure cooker. This type of food will give you much better nutrition because only 10% are getting enough vegetables and because the pressure cooker pays at least $70 for itself the first week and if you invest in something like crypto you may get rich also as I say on my link. Hold on more you may say, what about tempting food which of course the blue meanies tell us is nutritional (and true blue!).. 


 This is how the timer padlock excels.. And it also relates to buying habits at the store. I buy the general food which is cheap like staples. These are both cheap and won't make you overeat because they have moderate flavor. This has been shown to reliably cause a lot of weight loss just to eat food without a lot of flavor. No you don't want no flavor because you get too tempted. The idea here is in the general area of safer foods to eat. In addition to potatoes, rice and beans pasta and oatmeal are also good staple foods like this. I like to add like lohan sweetener onto oatmeal for a great flavor dish that matches the other foods when the other staple foods aren't in reach. For vitamins I like fortified raisin bran with the lohan and erythritol sweetener like Splenda or you can get it cheaper other brands. This is the sweetener most recommended by doctors. In 25 years and thousands of years of use in China (not at the same time!) they've never found any side effects for lo han which is much sweeter than sugar. The staples aren't as much about using the timer padlock because you don't need it so much for them. 




 The rest of the food that I buy at the store often will have sugar and fat in it. For example chocolate is good for your heart in low doses and of course oranges have a lot of vitamin C.


  I loved powdered milk or maybe loved it too much. The timer padlock is just for these foods that you otherwise love too much. 


 The trick here is to buy like your usual weeks worth of these staples at a low price but also only enough tempting food you put in your duffle with the timer padlock to last till it spoils in the box. If you buy grapes or like oranges they might stay safe and fresh for like 4 days. (You may want to time out your dufflel or pouch in an cool box.)


  So you buy no more than this at the store and you time your timer padlock just like for once a day for these foods. I've read somewhere that if you draw a paper of a pizza it makes you reduce your appetite. I always knew pizza of pulp and cheese! 


 At first I would time out my food in a more complex way without this division of the labor between the staples and the more tempting food that's nutritional as I say on my other post about the Dieters Jukebox. One reason that I didn't continue using this was because I thought I had to time it out for seven separate boxes and padlocks. 


 And I considered it tedious to load each box day by day. I thought Jenny Craig could take care of this with preset meals and preset timers. But if you buy your food like this both in staples and more tempting food that you like for nutrition this much reduces the complexity. Not munch how about chew!


  I found this out because I'm involved with blood sugar like 50% of the adults are and 80% of the older people. So oranges are both a real treat but also they would make me woozy after I ate them. And this is really where I got the idea that controlling sugar might be a major boost. 


Exercise can make major influence on reducing sugar issues by flexing it out of your body by cleansing your muscles. So I need the citrus and I like it but I also decide to start setting my timer once a day for one treat a day no more. 


 What I was saying about drawing the picture of the pizza was because at the end of each time out I thought I would just eat more because I knew there was something generally I was waiting for.


  I thought this was only because it was sort of like now you see it now you don't, si my solution is draw more pizza if pizza is worth a thousand words! 


 While you will get a pizza hangunder from the huge sugar in a take out pizza! ..and salt and fat but if you use the pressure cooker you don't even have to cook and you save your cheese rating for all of your rich and famous relatives who won't find doubt!


  Just toss it in the pot, set the timer and wait, this is almost zero food processing science! 


 Only one dish or so to wash! About the more I see the more I eat it's easier for the more I see the more I read because writing the name of the foods with paper tape on a padlock dramatically seems to improve my ability to understand what to do once I unlock it. 


  I believe the real reason that I would then eat too much once I opened the padlock at first without the label was  because it was too tempting but more because I didn't know what it was and it was surprising.


 Suppose you have food in your tummy box and you have the list on the padlock about what the food is.. This will help you to change your idea while you are timed out about what to do once you open the padlock. In essence this wins you more chances to win the prize by doing the right thing about food. 


 For example I have powdered milk or oranges or other food as I say I love. But if I start counting how many spoonfuls of powdered milk or whether I should eat oranges or powdered milk or for other behavior like this about food, this can be a major boost to my ability to be more aware about food. 


 As you may know a devil you know is better than a devil you don't know and by putting it at a regular time each day and with plenty of time to prepare for defense I assume your chance of winning the prize and being thin is boosted.


  Like most, best may be also exercise right after they eat the healthy food even if with more risk.. By this you can save your exercise for when it will do the most use. I also like to walk fast and slow and also lift some weights (and lift mine!) because this has been found to be three times more health benefit than just walking slower. 


 But suppose you decide not to eat the orange. You want to eat the powder milk instead because you've already had enough.


 This also can be a great way also to detour the force because as I say I think powder milk tastes awesome and so I think about how satisfied I will be if I eat the milk instead of the orange when I might not need it yet. 


 You can think about this satisfaction during some of the time when you're having some time timed out from the timer padlock, right! This will reinforce your defense if you want to lose weight and eat right.


 By getting in the general area of the staples for most of what I eat and then narrowing down and with more conscious preparation beforehand this gives a major boost to my ability to control my ideas themselves about what I should do about my weight or my health about food.


  How many oranges should I eat? Should I even eat oranges instead eat powdered milk.


 How much good fat should I eat? If I have a plan I'm not surprised! I assume this won't work as well for food like junk food because it's ultra processed often and research has found that simple flavors don't give our appetite a stop sign on the supper highway.


 This is why you don't overeat a strawberry or an apple because it has a complex flavor.


 Other research shows that you associate strong flavor with fat. Salt and sugar have been found to be addictive but this method of general staples with more precise flavor food and a bit of practice may be a powerful way to get from where you are where you're not eating healthy to where you want to be if you do at any rate and don't give up!


  Edison said just keep on trying it's often the finish line of the marathon that wins the no belly prize.  


 Why I don't use the scale


I got one of those expensive digital scales and I was glad when it crashed.


I hold that there's no real conscious way you can actually lose weight and keep it off. The mechanism that maintains your weight is strong to keep it at the weight you're at and it's also a sensitive mechanism to change. (While naming your food as above has some value, I now believe this isn't necessary or valuable because losing weight is a delicate mechanism, so the only way to really lose much weight in reps is by not thinking about food and being in no pain or hunger and doing it unconsciously as I have. This is why I don't use a scale and let my nurse take care of that when I see her a few times a year.


 When parents talk about losing weight with her children nearby the children start to be overweight. When you lose weight for looks you don't find them! Surveys show it's more likely for dieters will gain weight if they diet for looks.


 So you really want to reduce hype about weight loss. You want to get in general areas like about the pressure cooker where the pressure is! You want to take herbs that may help you lose weight hint one is below I think well of after about 40 years of my search!


 In place of scale hype I just let my digital expensive scale go to the byte bucket when it finally crashed. I let my nurse do all the hugs and healthy lifting of me on the scale. So I weigh in on the scale only when I see my nurse for the regular visit. A watched wrist watch will never boil and I will wolf down no more Chow so much!


The idea is to stay the general area with the less tempting staples and then more flavorful but healthy foods like say "oranges or milk powder" with the tempting foods with lower amounts available timed out by the timers.


As I say I don't recommend putting the timers in the refrigerator for timing out perishable foods, because you damage the timer and it will stop..


Good news is that you can actually use your refrigerator as a larger box provided you don't have anything there you need before you open it like say you're about to eat something at night when most people gain weight. Instead you time it in for out before you had to take your herbs for health for example perhaps from the refrigerator in the morning..


To do this all you have to do is to get a chain that itself you can cut through if you have to with lots of cuts like with the wire cutter pliers for an emergency, if the lock works so well that you can never unlock it anymore! 


For my kitchen I can take the chain and put it through a shelf just above and inside the hinge between the frame and the door of the cabinet above the refrigerator and through the refrigerator door handle, loop it back and lock it tight and this gives you at least one large storage box where you can store your food as well as perishable food.


 So you can use the duffels like a backpack for smaller food items even while a duffel can often hold a lot like a large cannister of powdered milk, and the refrigerator or other large box, or even a room to store more items or perishable food, provided you have it in time before you might need something in the refrigerator. Your RN will hug you if she's a dermatologist!


Another trick I like to use is to use a chain to time out my pressure cooker when I have like potatoes inside that I might be thinking more of. I put the chain through the handles on both sides and through the handle on the top. Even potatoes can be kind of habit forming when you add seasoned salt to them or even catch up! I find myself thinking of the aroma of the food as it's cooking and I tend to forget how much I might eat because potatoes have a simple flavor and complex flavors more like a strawberry will slow you down more, science has shown.


  One good trick as I say or they say elsewhere ..is just to add like something like herbs onto your simplified flavor, and this gives you a sort of speed limit to put the brakes on just continuing to eat without stopping. 


One of the main things timer padlocks can do for you is giving you the option of deciding what you might think about eating before you start. If I'm cooking the potatoes I can smell the aroma and I'm handling the potatoes using them from being too hot but taking them off the burner all this is an activity with the food. But it's kind of easy to get sort of tangled up in this activity, but if you just say " I'm not really that hungry so let's put off eating say for an hour just to make sure that I'm not overeating".


 The idea is where you're often prepared ahead of time after you bought your food from the store with more staples and less tempting healthy food. But you stay ahead of the tendency to eat, gradually parcelling out your tempting food while you only have general access to staples, of course since any reasonably good food food can be used to overeat, you can also time out your staples sometimes if you want.


 When it's time to eat more the tempting food at that time and the padlock unlocks and you feel you've already had enough to eat, by all means procrastinate about what you ate! Put it off 10 billion percent! Put it off and put it off some more.. It should be your right to force it through to moderation so peace breaks out.. about your food security at any rate!


 You're in control not the food processing science, not the doctors nor relatives "offering gifts of tempting food".


 One way to do this proactively is also to use extra padlocks to double time out your food if you're going to some event you have to do you think might be more stressful that day. Like a jet helicopter, you are be able to wind up lofat!


For this you might want to get a duffel or backpack so the large zipper tab for the opening is enough that you can fit two padlocks through it. While you can't reset your padlock to time out more once you've set it if the time's not up, for extra security of this type you simply take your second padlock and set it to open away from the time of diet harm when the first padlock opens.


  If you're more vulnerable during certain events and you want to maintain control about your diet, the idea is to proactively shield your diet here with the padlocks.


I find times when I have too much food and other times when I don't have as much. For example as I say at the beginning of the week I have too much food. 


There are other times that this is added on. For example if my food situation changes in the supermarket and I moved to a new supermarket "where I live" this can cause overeating because of this surprise of the flavors of the new food. 


 I love watermelon.. it's good for your circulation and reduces both bad cholesterol and plaque in your arteries 50%. But watermelon is out of season in the winter, and so when it comes in reach this tends to make me want to eat more watermelon than I would otherwise. And as I say when the relatives show up with secret surprises of food, how secret right? 


This combined with changes in other food sources at times can combine. The important thing is not how much food you have on hand but rather what your reaction to it is, and if you have enough timer padlocks since they're now cheap you can time out the most delicious and healthy of those foods, and parcel them out over the longest period of time which might be a week because beyond that they'll spoil unless you have packaged food. Watermelon has four sides!


One valuable method is also to buy the usual staples and perhaps a week's worth of healthy treats that are perishable like oranges or apples but for the rest of your treats you buy non-perishable items. This helps to reduce the number of times you have to go to the store, and this also limits the number of times you might fail at first when you're not yet adjusted to using the time locks over months or years of use.



If relatives show up with too much food I don't hesitate to think of sugar as fat and also trim out all the fat stuff. That is, if I have more than will spoil by the time I've timed it out, I don't hesitate to toss it out after the relatives have left.


I don't recommend losing weight by way of the timer locks themselves (I do this combined with some of the herbs as you see on my site or read on for my favorite). But it does make it so you don't put more weight you don't need on every time some relative shows up with extra food and words that you may not totally agree with sometimes at least as far as my words are more lightening them up. Other methods I discuss on this site are ways to also lose weight not just keep your diet from being sabotaged..


 Like for example complexity of flavor, food substitutes, exercise by the method promoted by Prevention Magazine where you lose a pound for an hour and 20 minutes of exercise (and the moderate exercise actually does this unlike heavier exercise which will make you gain more), not using a scale except when I go to the doctor so the scale hype is reduced, even putting sheets over my mirror so that I don't see how I look because actually weight reduction for looks purposes is more probable to gain weight than lose it as has been shown in studies, etc. All these methods you see on some of my other posts would not be as valuable if you're also gaining weight because of outside influences like diet saboteurs.


The staples are generally less a hazard because they're not tempting, and then it can be a yes or no question about the more tempting healthy food. 


 You're doing something else say listening to music and you check your padlock. If it's not unlocked then there's no problem, but if you find its unlocked after a couple days, just by luck you find it or you might be a bit hungry, at this point you have a yes or no question.. ask your appetite! Don't ask anything else at this point. This is a simple method and it's a highly powerful method to keep your diet from being "reduced in fat!"


 I use other methods like herbs as I'll discuss to lose the weight. But without a way to keep it off once you've lost it (and the way would have to be without pain) so you can still talk as I'll talk about while I've lost the weight, almost any diet other than drugs like Wegovy will fail. (Wegovy tends to be expensive and I'm not sure if insurance will pay for it yet and if you stop taking it the weight returns).


  

In many ways losing weight is important, in many ways it's trivial like all of us are sort of dabbling in chemistry, but if you control the event it's sort of like having fire in your favor instead of working against you.


One other thing I want to note here is that you can use the timers for just when you're going to eat. At this point you can walk and know just when to walk by when the timer unlocks. 

.And the use of this is that walking for like 15 minutes after you eat can prevent dangerous blood sugar spikes later in the day. About 50% are now estimated to be having blood sugar problems as well as 80% of seniors and 90% will have high blood pressure so this may be not a trivial value for health.


 Insulin believe it or not, is the most important fat storage hormone. And diabetes is so often associated with overweight that it's called by some "diaobesity".


  Not that it's unhealthy for people with blood sugar to even eat an orange or an apple each day, this turns out to be good even for those with blood sugar and others because it provides valuable nutrients. The problem is that we think of sugar as fat and so exercising after you eat can be really important for both weight control and general health. By timing when you actually eat the treat also how much you eat this moderates your sugar more than other methods may.


 A third of the people with blood sugar issues don't even know they have it, and if you're having cardio like most seniors it may be wise to have your blood sugar checked.


Using timer padlocks can be a major way to control sugar intake.


 The main cause of death for those who have blood sugar issues is about cardio health. Sugar without control can strongly increase triglycerides and this is a major risk factor for cardio events. Exercise is a major event to reduce triglycerides which is strongly associated with sugar intake.


 And this traces back to the padlock. You can not only control your sugar in a dramatic way, this makes it also where you know just when and how much you might want to exercise like walking after you eat. 


Making use of other recent scientific findings you may want to time your sugar itself at the same time each day, and also not to eat the treats in the morning when you wake up. You want to have like six small meals a day, as perhaps it was in evolution, or you would if you weren't mostly eating safer staples like potatoes or beans from the pressure cooker where you're saving a lot of money. 


 Even so I generally eat these cheap staples the most, and only eat something like an apple, oranges or a grape and watermelon "stew soup" it's been real! Perhaps once or twice a day but these you want to watch with the "time machines" not based on compound interest of your fat! 

 By timing your treats for the same time each day this may also help to keep your blood sugar more level. It's easy to reset these timer padlocks so that they restart the same time every day, just click it twice and it shows 24 hours then just click lock. You don't have to go through 10,000 birthday songs to be rich and with felines!



 You may want to check the times of your padlocks each day and plan your schedule for this around when you exercise after you eat and more sensibly than even better than the best, They know who you are!

If you eat $20 worth of powdered milk in a couple of days you both gain weight, and it's much more expensive than if you just eat a spoonful or two each day which is good for your brain and health. If you eat the staples most of the time perhaps with lohan/eryrithritol sweetener (most recommended for safety by sweet nurses, and with no known adverse events and 20 years of market use for lohan) added to your oatmeal (unlike many staples I've never gotten tired of this even though eating a couple bowls of oatmeal a day for years) with some salmon each day which has vitamin D3, vitamin A, omega-3 and good calcium like for meat and then you add the health treats on, you're automatically saying no to the treats most of the time. 


Other foods to go really well with lohan/ erythritol sweetener (like "Splenda") are foods like fortified raisin bran, and otherwise kind of sour mangoes, etc. The fortified cereal is valuable to make sure you get enough vitamins each day.






Think of sugar as fat. A way I found to counteract sugar strongly, so I don't get tired or sleepy after sugar is to take it to caps of fenugreek after after a heavy meal. Fenugreek is found in butterscotch candy and it has the distinctive butterscotch flavor.


It has profound influence on blood sugar so much that some sites I've read say that it cures diabetes in laboratory mice. One good thing about fenugreek is that while it makes it so you don't absorb as much of whatever you eat after you take it it's mostly about sugar. It doesn't make you absorb out vitamins and minerals so much. 


While this may not work for others I tried it after sugar and my blood sugar discomfort totally disappeared. I was getting woozy after sugar and they couldn't find it on the tests because low blood sugar is difficult to find by tests without an all-day event with the RN. 


The reason most people might not get good results that are noticeable with fenugreek might be because they take it at any time. 


It's definitely recommended to never take fenugreek on an empty stomach. 


And this seems better for limiting sugar because I could never remember to take a vitamin or herb before I eat sugar because I want to eat it because it tastes so good for the health of eating like oranges or apples. Remembering to take a herb after sugar that might counteract it is much easier to do.. because I know I must do this for best results.

One good trick I like is to combine no calorie sweetener like Splenda brand erythritol with lo han (most recommended by doctors) with foods like strawberries or other foods like apples oranges or watermelon. I think that most of these flavors don't taste good unless I add the sweetener, it has much better flavor. This reduces sugar cravings and I can eat half as much sugar. 


 One great food for blood sugar or blueberries which actually improved blood sugar not hurt it. 


I find myself eating more of these and less of other foods with sugar. 


I also find that frozen blueberries in a bag you can get in the store taste much better than the blueberries you find in the small box in the produce section of the store. 


This might be because blueberries in evolution were like up north in Maine where they naturally would freeze, and so freezing doesn't make them shiver much! I haven't yet tried other unfrozen food or 30 minutes in business hours or 3 hours in real time, but I just love the flavor of frozen blueberries maybe because they're blue so they're frozen!


 Research has shown that if you lose weight for looks from likely to gain it and also what road you live on influences what your weight is. 


For this first problem as I say on my other posts I just take sheets and put it over my mirrors, so I never find out just how fat I am! 


For the road I live on another trick I'm researching is to buy strobe glasses. These have  been used by famous athletes for sports. They turn on and off rapidly and so it reduces the amount of information your brain receives, like if your neighbors or relatives are overweight. You use them with an app but you're offline and they cost about $90 currently on Amazon.


This makes it so physical beauty is not more praised or being overweight or bad looking is not "underlooked". In a way by the strobe glasses you're seeing with the eyes of love and you only think of what people are, not who they seem to be.


As I say on my link about reducing conversational distractions (Click Here or see the link at the bottom of the page if you like) if you reduce the idea of pessimism like about weight control by those around you, you're doing yourself a favor because research shows being around too many pessimistic people can make you ill. Essentially by wearing the strobe glasses or other methods of limiting the input in stores for example (where studies show 3/4 go in feeling good and only 1/3 return out feeling good) You're thinking less often about things like your weight which aren't as healthy perhaps.


Going to the store may not be totally helpful for your diet. One way to help counterbalance this tendency is to reduce what you have to listen to there by good ear stop attenuation as I say on my post, Reducing Conversational Distractions, Click Here or see the same link at the end of the page if you like. 


On this post I'll show you how to get a noise reduction rating of R36 using these methods not just 25 like expensive cheap foam ear stops. Dogs and cats are overweight depending on how much they live into the city. So a major part of overweight may be caused by noise, so limiting the noise can have value here, truth abounds in quiet places.


  AN, noise cancellation like Bose headsets are definitely headed in the direction of being able to cancel both speech and other noises of higher frequency. My belief is that once these type of headphones are in general use, obesity rates may be reduced. This will be a testable hypothesis as time goes on. 




 Another great way to limit fat and sugar is by using what I call food substitutes as I say on my other post. 


For example herbs like lemon pepper seasoned salt, garlic salt, or combining herbs like parsley or oregano or Oriental five-spice or other herbs like this with the lo han sweetener, this gives you a food substitute that has few calories and yet quite good flavor. 


I consider a food like cauliflower with seasoned salt or other flavor on top to be essentially a food substitute. 


It has almost zero calories and it doesn't get rancid like cabbage or lettuce so it's much easier to eat. This is an easy way to eat brassica, like cabbage brocolli or brussels sprouts which are generally good for health but with much reduced yuck.


To cut veggies like potatoes or onions, I put the veggie in one hand and spiral cut it about 3 in with the right hand with a knife and then cut upward. This makes it so that you don't cut your hand and it's much easier to cut. 


 I was eating the lemon pepper but it has a really bright flavor that's "too loud" if I wear loud socks my shoes won't yawn so much! So I started to combine it about half and half with rye flour which is good for libido because it improves prostatitis by about seven ways with permanent or enduring value. But I found eating rye flour was an uncomfortable flavor, so combining it with the lemon pepper makes it so the pepper doesn't clog up and the flavor isn't too strong and the rye flour tastes reasonably good, and is good for health.


 Bitter herbs are actually good for digestion because they jumpstart the the gi, but the problem is the flavor is so strong so combining it with rye flour like this might be useful in the bottle. 


 Garlic powder becomes a good door stop in just a few days unless you combine it with flour like this which totally makes it portable and improves the bitter flavor a lot.

 And so finally it's where I go in the store, and I'm thinking you know I should have a treat, some chocolate coated peanuts. This doesn't have as much health value as say, powdered milk or oranges or apples. Better than chocolate even for health would seem to be herbs. And at $4 a dish in a year costs more than $200 for a sort of junk! A waste. 


And with the padlocks I'm in the habit of not thinking that I'm superstitious about the addictive quality of salt sugar and fat, or the myth that it's invincible anymore. And so it gets easier to say no even to the last tempting treat of the chocolate peanuts even in the store. 


Ultimately you can change your idea itself about the invincibility myth of addiction to salt fat and sugar, and the timer padlocks can have a strong influence on this.


 I can't afford expensive food.. I don't need it I don't want it. I'm satisfied with what treats I have.. they seem all the more precious because they are not so numerous and I'm not so numerous or fat. 


 I also highly recommend using timer apps like the Google fit app. The main advantage for this for me is how it showed me just how far I should go while climbing hills. This is important because you don't want to over or under exercise. If I overdid it too much it would cause me to eat more because it's not comfortable. I climb one large hill for the general value, and then maybe another small one to zero in on the right level of exercise.

As it turns out doesn't whet your appetite, it reduces it. But you want enough to cause this yet not so much it causes edginess. 


  And of course if you underdo it about exercise you're not going to be as fit and while being dead could make you lose weight, you want to stay more active! Pass the hearse at 45 miles per hour in your roller shoes! On the marathon you're un"rehearsed" so more extemporaneous, so why not improvisational!


It's been found in studies that the most reliable measure of health and survival is just to ask the question " How comfortable to you feel walking how far to buy your food or to socialize?" Depending on how far turned out to be the most reliable way to know the risk of death by all causes.


 By related methods using the timer padlocks to time out your cell phone also may help you lose weight. In research teen women in a survey said they were 17% more likely to think of overeating and 12% more likely to think of other unhealthy habits when there using their cell phone. 


 So the timer padlock and cell phone use in combination can be a valuable way to improve your chances of losing weight.



 One Final Note


 The idea of the above is that you never should be even hungry once if you're losing weight or at least controlling your weight.


Even so as I say elsewhere on this my site, I think the real limit to weight loss is actually the way it limits your ability to talk well.


 While criticism for dieting is not the main cause of weight gain I believe this can still have major influence on your ability to lose the weight. 


 I decide to get optimistic and gone away a diet again! Lose some pounds! So once in a while there's this tendency to try to do more healthy things and start reducing food.


 Usually I'd be about three or four weeks in to the diet and then "uh oh!" The conversational limit starts to show. You find these relatives or associates or more likely they find you, and they're saying, hey they've heard this before, now you're an easier mark for their jokes or other comments. 


 This is not the underlying problem but it adds to it no doubt with many a diet I assume at this point with a zonk because essentially, once you reach that talking limit it'll go on for the rest of your life unless you eat! 


When you go on a diet you essentially are on that diet and you can't talk for the rest of your life. This is what Oprah says! If we can't afford Wegovy like her so far hopes are up!


 But here's where the real hope about this for us also in the first reality TV and all the rest, I want to share with you!

 

 Spermidine maybe a solution. First found on the 1600s, this is a substance found in all living cells and all of your cells, and as you get older it's reduced. 


 It has no known side effects other than good relaxing sleep at night, and for good behavioral health and it basically takes your old cells as you get older..they're clogging you up like fat cells and it removes them.  

 

 The beauty is, it's like fasting but without calorie or food restriction. While I can't promise results this seems possibly great for health events most will face like weight loss, heart health, blood sugar, and cancer.


 So every night I go to sleep and I'm losing about an ounce or more. In two or three months you've lost 10 pounds and a year 25 or perhaps 50 pounds are reduced.


Not only does spermadine remove bad cells you don't need it also makes use of the remaining cells more efficiently.


 It's strongly anti-cancer but even best of all you can't overdo it with this because for fat mice this makes them lose weight, but for lean mice it no longer causes weight reduction.


 And here's the advantage..


There's no pain to losing the weight.. it doesn't influence your talking at all! Even if the things other people say to you while you're on the diet are not the most comfortable they really aren't the real cause of the problem. 


 Or certainly at any rate I'd say it's 3/4 about the discomfort of not being able to talk and only about 1/4 or less about what others say why you're dieting.


 Basically this may solve both at once or certainly reduces them a lot because if you have triumphed over the main talking limit then what other people say to you won't be stuff like "Great you're on a diet! For now at any rate, you really don't count!"


  This will make it so you do count and they will in a more natural way like it was for millions of years in evolution when most people weren't overweight.


All you have to do is take it once a night and you're losing an ounce or two. Each month you lose about two pounds or more I'm not sure how much. 


 I like to combine this with the padlock method and other methods like adding complexity to my food like with herbs if the flavor is too simple. 


 And when you combine this with the pressure cooker to make your own food you have better control of your food security. Often food security has a major influence on weight control, if you have food outsecurity, so be it!


Weight control is a struggle for control often about ideas. Nobody wants to think they're overweight. Research says that your brain thinks of what you own as an extension of your thought. What you're really doing with timer padlocks is attempting to essentially add more of your value instead of what other people "or just luck" may want for you.


  Machines often can give more control and I think using this for weight loss is in many ways another good machine to have for improving health and celebration.
