 MAKING YOUR OWN BREAD; AVEMAR AND CRYPTO.. Tips and tricks for Making Your Own Avemar FWGE..

Avemar (or generic brew name FWGE)

is a sort of brewer's event that has the toxicological profile of vinegar or bread, somewhat like beer, since bread is "brewed" much the same way!




Essentially a special form of sourdough bread, most people got enough in the old days when cancer rates were far lower.



  Now the price is 100s or more a month, if you want to buy it from the Avemar vendors in Hungary who haven't lowered the price perhaps due to proscription from the government. At any rate you can make your own far cheaper as on the racehorseherbal site provided as they say, you don't use yeast and instead use natural bacteria that sail all around us, airships and landships and the bread may be a airship area to land these good germs that help us make the brew and so we don't harm Avemar's patent rights.


It was discovered on Easter Sunday and this is why they call it Avemar "Ave Maria".. she was a short saint at any radiant!






Avemar reduces many types of cancer more than 60%. Many cancer doctors recommend that anyone with cancer be sure to take Avemar. I think of it as wondrous for both CFS and cancer and if Covid also leaves the immune system damaged it may be valuable for this also because it completely repairs even a severely damaged immune system. 


 Most insurance won't pay for Avamar yet even while it's subsidized in Hungary at $2 a month where they discovered it. One reason to consider Avemar is because two-thirds of cancer drugs are themselves carcinogenic. Chemotherapy and radiation often harms cancer as well as the immune system so the cancer comes back stronger in a few years. 

 A major advantage of Avemar for cancer is that it resists cancers ability to take over the immune system itself. Of course the 60% figure for reduction of many types of cancers has more worth if you combine it with more traditional health care.


 My sister and other people I know had Covid three times but I've only had it once even with my immune system compromised by CFS before that and years after I had started buying Avemar. I've had cancer for 18 years and while I was in pain when Avemar was more expensive and searching for a way to alternative health boosters, once I started to take the Avemar my pain completely stopped after about four months and I haven't been in pain since.


  Immune boosters are also energy boosters by way of nourishing the body and the immune system. Unlike most stimulants these give energy not by stressing other systems of the body but rather by giving nutrition and healing inflammation. 


 Like with Covid most people with CFS have a lot of viruses in their muscles and elsewhere. With a strong immune booster your immune system can go in and remove more of the viruses, some of which may cause CFS.



Both with long Covid and four out of five getting cancer and a long list of other health issues most will have including cardio and blood sugar which are with major inflammation events, Avemar sounds good.


You can make your own Avemar FWGE for about a dollar a month or so, and while it had gotten "cheaper" on eBay at the cheapest recommended it was still about a hundred a month. Currently on eBay it's going for at least 130 a month. It was a wealth health miracle!


 Originally I was thinking of making my own Avemar. I read about how on a site called Denver Naturopathic. At the time, I didn't have a lot of money to spare, I wonder why? because of Avemar, and I got the impression that it was really fickle and expensive to make my own Avemar. 


 It seemed abstract and abstruse and seeming to cost hundreds and the risk would apparently be about the possibility of it all just turning to vinegar and there goes a week making the Avemar.


 Even so, all the while, it's costing me thousands and there was no definite apparent road out of this bit of healthcare dent or healthcare pothole in the road!


 More recently I went to a site called racehorseherbal with step by step instructions about how to make my own Avemar. (You may want to save this page offline to a disc on a separate machine that's not online and also save the racehorseherbal site the same way for security in case the internet might not do well, this is a method for any valuable information that you might want to save by saving it offline, yes, crypto is valuable cash!)

 This seemed to be encouraging enough so I looked at the list of what I needed to buy and I started doing research. It's a bit abstract but with a bit of practice maybe two or three go rounds you can do it without any problem. The two errors that I made when I was was that I put the pot on the stove too hot and it got it up to 160 degrees which stops the Avemar brewing, and the second or third time I forgot to put the starter or the sourdough bread ingredient in the wheat germ on the second day as recommended.

 Think of it as riding a bicycle, but the wheels are more round..


After you buy your supplies, Mason jars untoasted wheat germ, wheat flour sugar etc, You want to start by hey! making your starter.

This has the following pattern; days 1 to 3 2 oz of wheat germ 2 oz of wheat flour 4 oz of water and a spoonful of sugar You stir this together and divide it out  once a day.

Days four to seven to finish the week you only use 4 oz of wheat flour, with 4 oz of water and the spoon of sugar, not the wheat germ! And you this twice a day not once.

You want to memorize both of these methods for days one to three and four to seven.

This is important because if you don't get it right it'll just end up with vinegar.

Finally to brew your FWGE itself

This is rather abstract and tedious so I recommend as with stuff that is abstract and tedious "what is it"? Right! check each step three times..



For days one to three you count the starting day is one day so if you're starting on Thursday, wait 3 days and change over on Saturday to the wheat flour and not the wheat germ but with the water the same and the sugar.

It took me like four tries to get this to work and each one taking a week and more waiting.

The first 3 days it's easy just once a day but in order to remember days four through seven that you use two halvings of your starter, To remember this in the morning at the start, I keep the starter on my stove on the front burner.

To remember if I've changed the brew as I should or not on days one to three where you only change it once you just put it on the burner in the morning and put it to the left if you've changed it, and for days 4 to 7 where you have to change it twice, in the morning it's on the burner for the first change it's on the left of the burner and on the other change it's on the right of the burner, this makes it so you can know if you've changed it or not, And this is real important or you'll just end up with junk.

Racehorseherbal recommends to shield the pot with a cheesecloth between halving each batch (once a day for the 3 days and then twice a day for the rest of the week).. other sites say you can use a dish towel You can buy these at the dishcount store!

As I say it took me go rounds to make my second batch of FWGE.

Mostly the problems were about sometimes changing it three times which is too much and didn't take and also because my pots and spoons weren't that clean..


To disinfect your stainless steel pots which have a handle (I recommend these because you don't spill it much, even so when you store your FWGE or starter in the refrigerator be sure to keep the handle inward and also inward when you have it on the stove so you don't accidentally drop it out of your refrigerator while you do things like access other food or clean it).

 The trick is to wash your utensils U use like with warm soapy water and then boil them on the range. Some sites have recommended that you also boil the mason jars that I couldn't figure out a way to do this without a giant pot, so I assume the other method they recommend of just washing them on the inside with warm soapy water and then shaking a lot and drying them out thoroughly and letting them air dry, is good enough. Another good trick to remove mold is sunshine



After you have your starter and reach and it's stored in the refrigerator and has doubled in size with bubbling evident, Here's the quote from the racehorseherbal site about how you finish up by making your FWGE itself on days eight or nine or whenever you have the sponge..


"Producing a Sourdough Fermented Wheat Germ FWGE..100 grams of raw wheat germ into a glass measuring cup.  It will be approximately one cup in volume.  Next, place the wheat germ into a vitamix mixer along wi a quart (1000 ml) of distilled water and blend for 3 minutes on high speed (20,000 rpm).   If you don't own a vitamixer, then go for a kitchen food processor or blender, blending a bit longer, 5 minutes or more.  If you don't have a blender or processor, then simply hand shake.  Pour the finished solution into a 2-liter flask or large jar with lid secure and fermentation lock in place.   Make sure your fermentation lock has water in it to make it air-tight.   Let it stand for 12-24 hours at room temperature.  This will help macerate the raw wheat germ into the distilled water--allowing the wheat germ nutrients to infuse into the water before it is inoculated with the sourdough starter.

  This is the time if one was following the patent, one would add 33.3 grams of baker's yeast, but that would open you up to patent infringement.  Instead, we will get around this by adding one cup of your previously prepared sourdough starter which is a lactobacillus culture as described earlier into your wheat germ solution. Stir and let stand for 18-24 hours at approximately 85ยบ F, slow stirring constantly, easy, if you are using a hotplate / m stirrer or hand shake every few hours otherwise.   


You should see volume expansion and bubbling when the bacteria starts working. After the 18-24 hours of fermentation, you will need to boil the mixture to stop the fermentation process and further production of harmful enzymes."


 About making your own FWGE of this type I wanted to buy a breadproofing box or other method of keeping my brew at a constant temperature of like 85 degrees like on the racehorseherbal site. Also recommended was to buy what's called a hotplate and magnetic stirrer combo. This is because on the last day after you spend about eight days making your "starter" (the starter is a source of the good bacteria that ferment or or cause your wheat germ to turn into Avemar FWGE you only have to spend the 8 days making the this "sponge" just one time, you store in the refrigerator for long-term use) you have to spend 18 to 24 more hours slow stirring the brew at 85 degrees all the way through. 


 Supposedly the advantage of doing this is that you can sleep well. Sad Mousemas..Not a creature was stirring  but yes we have have a blender! The hotplate stirrer does the stirring, but I was using the alternate method they recommend of shaking up the brew by hand every few hours instead because as far as I could tell the hot plate magnetic stirrer just didn't work. I saw no evidence of spinning motion at the bottom of the large mason jar with the FWGE (Avemar). Instead it seemed to be burnt and brown on the bottom of the jar.  I assumed it wasn't working and instead went back to the first trick I tried for temperature control.


(The racehorse sites uses a Nouova2 hotplate stirrer. The one I bought was cheaper. You might try the Nouova2 if like mine the cheaper one didn't seem to work. Even so you may also want to especially find a stirrer with a thermostat I'm not sure that they make with a control, lab nerds are so dum! This would make it so you don't have to watch for keeping it at 85° for hours and hours in the more tedious heat. The cheap stirrer I bought had no control for heat or way too hot or copl and they didn't even stir water for 90 to 150$. So my best workaround is larger batches and lower dose of Avemar (I use just a medium size 2" juice cap per day) so the stress of staying awake is reduced overall once in 10 months per batch of 6 mason jars, 2000 ml each in three large stock pots.)


 As I say you spend about eight days making your starter if you don't go the route of using brewer's yeast. This might sound a bit tedious but it turns out all you have to do is do a bit of pouring and stirring just with four ounces of wheat and four ounces of water and a bit of sugar. (If you don't have measuring cups, a good trick is just to find a jug that has the known measure like you've bought at the store and pour the water into a transparent jug and you mark with a marker on the side. You can do this for both wheat and the water with both at four ounces and wash when you're finished the wheat has real adhesion. The large mason jar I bought has lines on the side for both milliliters and cups so this is quite helpful too if you buy this kind of jar. For this however the best method I found is to just buy some cheap poly measuring cups you can get at the discount store.)



 This only takes 10 minutes twice a day so it's really easy for those days as you start up. See racehorse herbal for the details about timing different times for some days. No neigh like a horse!



 And with the next step on the eighth day or so you use a blender to grind up the raw wheat germ (untoasted like Bob's Red Mill, Amazon) this takes only about five minutes. You measure this out with the mason jar as directed by the racehorse site.


 You have bought a simple mason jar with a hole where you put the brewers valve on top.


 This makes it so your wheat germ ferments anaerobically. Once you have your sponge in reach, this step takes about a day but all you have to do is wait like 24 hours once you've set it up.


 In this final step you want to keep your FWGE near to 85 degrees for 18 to 24 hours for one more day while you slow stir. 


 There are three possible ways to keep it at 85 degrees for 18 to 20 hours I tried. 

 One is to buy a bread proofing box which supposedly keeps it at constant temperature programmed. The other is the magnetic hotplate stirrer. Both of these methods failed for me perhaps because of bad engineering by the vendors. As it turns out neither is necessary. The bread proofing box I bought started just once and the button was so flimsy it wouldn't press again or start. This cost me $45 on Amazon.


The second thing I tried was a magnetic hotplate stirrer. This is supposedly the major event in laboratory stirring machines. The electric broom is making quite a stir and the electric spoon is sweeping the nation!


Not this! Supposedly it uses a magnet covered with plastic and it spins around by the magnetic field below it under the hot plate it goes inside the jar from the base. At any rate I couldn't tell if it was even stirring. 


 Better safe than sorry after waiting days and hours, so here I went back to the method I used the first time I went through all this to make my Avemar FWGE.


 Basically as I say you need to keep it at 85 degrees constantly while stirring or shaking it every few hours for perhaps 20 hours. 


 The first time I was also trying to keep my thermostat of my house high enough up but my heat pump doesn't allow this, so I go down to the store near where I live and I'm buying like a food thermometer but it costs $6 and I'm low of money at that point after buying the bread proofing box and because of Avemar! What causes this! And then one of my sweet angel neighbors pays that $6 perhaps so she can buy her own stuff at the store! Thanks for saving me up also!


 My third method was just to put the large mason jar with the FWGE in a larger stainless steel bowl with water in it. This is the method that I currently used because it's simpler and because it evens out the temperature for hours.


The first time I was heating the burner of the stove underneath it and watching the 85 degrees by the thermometer while removing it from the water and shaking every few hours. 


 I recommend using an old-fashioned electric clock (for timing how often you shake the jug) with the wire so no cyber surprises. I set mine to two hours before 12 and time out to 12 o'clock so it goes two hours automatically before I reset the clock and I know it's reached 12 o'clock for another go-around. Unlike a usual clock set to the time at the time, this makes it so you get a more reliable simple way to time your jug shaking and your monetorization of how you monitor you're brew of 85 degrees. Even so for best results you also want to set your phone clock so you can double check like while you're more audio than visual. I use this to make sure I'm doing it well.


 After both the breadproofing box and the magnetic hot plate stirrer had failed and after I realized I didn't need them I also realized I couldn't use the thermostat of the house it was just too hot, and not hot enough even if so. And partially my Avamar had failed because it got as if with a mold in it after about a week (more below for preservation of your FWGE)  I was also using the water in the stainless steel pot on the burner with the thermometer tied with the line to the handle on the side and dipped down into the water as well as taking out the mason jar with the FWGE and shaking it every couple of hours.


 One problem is how do you do this for 18 to 24 hours straight?


General temperature control about brewing your own FWGE is one problem but staying awake on the eighth day in the night as you watch the heat and if make sure it doesn't burn or is too cool this is the other main event you want to solve about making your own FWGE. Below ...more details about temperature control.

Be sure not to put the stockpot on the hot burner other than like a half an hour to reach 85° inside. If you leave it on the back burner like to add heat it can go up to 160° and your Avemar is golden, but you can't sleep on a solid gold cushion even of cash saved. Always leave it on the front burner with the heat radiating in the pot from the side, other than the start this gives you a regular even heat you just modulate with the thermometer and by setting the stove temperature higher or lower and or pouring cool water in your pot and or move your pot nearer farther from the burner.

 


 At first I thought I would just stay awake all night as much as I could and while I stayed awake up to two o'clock and then I would fall asleep the first two times, this still wasn't like 18- 20 hours of shaking the jug two or three hours at a time.


 The second time I tried this I decided to use caffeine etc like using some fitness boosters I had tried, to help me but here again I fell asleep past two AM and when I would wake up in the morning after about five more hours of sleep I would check the temperature and it was often 95 or 75.


This would even be with the magnetic stirrer all night.


 Now I realized like for the third time if I start like six or seven in the morning (mark the hour you start on the post) on the weekends I can go all the way through to 6 pm and and more hours to midnight for 18 hours total without having to stay awake each night. Of course if you wake up at six o'clock you can continue until two pm in the morning like with caffeine and this is more like 20 hours.


So all this is viable without paying $85 like I did for the breadproofing box and the magnetic hotplate stirrer neither of which wowed me.


 I bought the cheapest breadproofing box I saw and as I say it crashed but if you bought a more expensive one for like $100 you might get a quality one that would work. Even so you still would need to shake the jug even with the box and the pot of water on the stove with the heat in with the thermometer is much cheaper. The best which haven't tried yet may be a quality hotplate stirrer like the Nouova2 but you want might a more advanced machine here.

 I would recommend that you buy two each of the following, for example if your mason jar crashes you will have another one without having to wait like a week from the internet. So all you need to buy are large mason jars mine cost about $25.. brewer's valves for about $12 (I bought mine with the lids with a hole built in so I don't have to drill it without a drill) whole wheat flour, wheat germ, all for about $12 each on average and sugar which you may already have, spoons and measuring cups might cost you 10 and a food thermometer for about five dollars from a more anjel neighbor you may have also at the store. 

Maintaining Your Starter.

 It needs enough oxygen to breathe.

If your starter begins smell more like fingernail polish remover, shows few bubbles, or is so thick you can't stir it or or does it doesn't smell enough like sourdough bread or doesn't regularly rise and fall in size as you feed it, it's time to give it more breath, yes it should smell!

 You want bubbles when you stir it and you want it to be the consistency of pancake batter. These are signs of worth.


 If your starter is too thick you may want to add distilled water or other water.. I personally use Ellis water which is considered to be with the hydrogen bond angle changed so it's like water that was used in the 1940s that has a lot more oxygen supposedly..


Some say this is maximum bogus science but I disagree with this because I tended to get regular energy after I took it.. and there are several other reasons I believe it might not be bogus.

 Basically I bought the Ellis water for just two dollars for a sample and supposedly this is where if you add the two drops to a bottle of water it converts the whole bottle to Ellis water.

So at least I don't have to buy anymore, even if it's not real!

 I asked the AI of search engine Bing if this might be more viable for making this sour bread starter and the AI said it might well do it and even asked for me to let it know how it turned out..

 So adding water is one way to keep it from being so darn think you can't stir your bread brew well which is not a good sign.

 Another good way to help it is to stir it after you remove it out into some heat for a while and if you see bubbles Viola Vwahlah! What does a poodle say in France! Voofwah! Voofwah! 

When you transition from Avemar to making your own you may want to buy Avemar from eBay and have it on hand, while you're practicing to learn how to make your own so you have a backup sort of safety method, this is recommended if you have cancer. While I've later found some sites that say that your starter is a relatively hardy little beast that has resilience so it doesn't matter 100% how you treat it so you generally brew it reasonably well, even so I recommend taking like 2 tablets a day while you practice using the brew to make sure you have it right, this will only cost you 25$ a month after you might buy your 600 tabs of Avemar for 130 or so. I tried it on and then off for like a week and as you are more savvy in the brewers biz you can then just stop taking the tabs. You don't want to be weaving in and out of stop signs in a Bud Light costume, how could you!


 You may also want the large stainless steel pot, and some other mason jars with a tight lid you can store your FWGE in because bacteria may make it spoil with an air bubble. For these jars I don't pay $25 each I just recommend getting ~1 liter glass jars for storage of my FWGE at any rate like I bought for six dollars worth of pickled eggs I got at the agricultural supply stores, are so Flavorich! (This is the only way I can eat eggs I think "Eggbeaters" are just yuck! A high-rise helicopter hen house is best!)

 For maximum spoilage reduction it's recommended that you remove air like in these "mason jars" by dividing your Avemar so it's not sour.


Temperature Control


While I don't have a breadbox or a magnetic stirrer I do have the stove burner for heat. If you do it yourself with this following method, you saved $100 though and as you'll see it's reliable..


As I said I tried to turn the thermostat up to 85 of my house but it just wouldn't do it and even if it did it would be misery for 18 hours.


As it says on the racehorse herbal site you may have to do a bit of improvising for temperature control. One of three or four ways they mentioned are the hot plate stirrer, the breadproofing box, or even perhaps making your own breadproofing box out of a styrofoam cooler, a light bulb, wires and a thermostat. 


While this is cheap, cheaper yet (without a bit of Amazon weight) is to use the stainless steel bowl and simply put your large mason jar holding the FWGE into the water on the burner of your stove.


 You watch for a while as it heats up so its time to start telling the time for the 18 hours.


Your house thermostat is perhaps around 70 degrees and then the trick is simply to top up with the bit more heat to 85 degrees with the mason jar inside the water inside the stainless steel pot. I've tied the food thermometer to align to the handle of the pot on the outside with a bungee and a clip and put the thermometer sort of floating in the water with the readout above the surface of the water where you can see it well.


 To maintain the temperature at 85 degrees the water is a good modulator. 


 By this I mean once you've got the heat generally of the water to about 85 degrees and your house is about room temperature you can remove it from the burner and use the burner like at medium high heat so that it's radiating into that water of the pot which is keeping your FWGE at 85 degrees with a bit of practice.


 If it's a bit too hot reduce the heat of the burner, turn the thermostat of the house a bit or just move it a bit away from the burner like on your other burner, and vice versa so with a bit of practice you can easily learn how to keep the temperature about 85 degrees for hours without effort and doing this so there's as much heat radiating in is out from the burner it's easy to keep your FWGE at 85. Also if it's above 85° add a cup or so of cool water. The water stabilizes the temperature more if you keep it with about as much heat out as in once you've brought it up to 85 degrees.


 Boiling The FWGE


This is the last step recommended by the racehorseherbal site after getting your sponge ready for eight days and after the 18 to 24 hours of shaking and stirring, to remove harmful enzymes.


When boiling the FWGE be careful to constantly stir and scrape the bottom of the pot (like a usual pot with a handle so you can remove it easily). Keep the heat as low as you can to bring up to a boil like to lower medium/medium heat while stirring constantly. This makes it so that the bottom of the pot doesn't get burned even though I had to do this in the middle of the night and if you burn it a lot since it's pretty much carbon based you'll give it a bad charcoal broil flavor that lasts for weeks. This part of the improvement only takes 10 or 15 minutes but you want to do well about carbonization!


 I thought of using the starter with much better flavor than the brew but it turns out this isn't real FWGE. For improving flavor I highly recommend a sweetener like Splenda Lohan/ erythritol it has no few side effects and is most recommended by doctors and it's sweet, a real value for sweeteners!


Caution! If your FWGE is too sour or has no bubbles it may have turned to vinegar. I once changed the starter three times instead of two times that day and I wondered how would know if it was still viable but if it's real sour you'll know you failed. And you have to wait another week to finish it. Vinegar taken over time can cause liver and kidney problems, so you may want to make another batch.


 You do this at your own risk and while this is a possible option since it might make it a lot easier to stay with the FWGE brew plan I can't guarantee value. Even so if saving $130 a month sounds easy, this may be more so yet.

 Preservation of your FWGE


 Spoilage may be a major problem with Avamar and it has awful flavor once it gets sour. I think it's not a coincidence the vendor sells Avemar freeze dried.


In addition to preserving your FWGE by drying and blending in with celery seed, it's recommended on the FWGE site that once a week you discard your "starter", sort of like pancake batter, the source of the good bacteria you continually maintain in the refrigerator. By this method to maintain your starter and keep the bacteria continuously fed and energized, you discard half of the starter like I do each Saturday and blend in with four ounces of wheat flour, four ounces of distilled water (no sugar as by traditional sourdough brewing methods in this phase) and then you simply cover it put it in the refrigerator for a week at a time watching for bubbles and for it to double in size. I found that the starter discard you otherwise toss out itself tastes real good like sourdough bread but this this isn't real FWGE and can't be used for like immune boosting. 


 But it has flavor I love and it's good to have extra starter on hand. This is easy to achieve, you take your starter you may otherwise divide at the end of the week and with your divided starter simply add the  wheat water and sugar to both and you've cloned 2 starters so you won't have to wait another week if you've tossed out half of your first starter for more.  

  While I haven't tried it for preservation you might also consider buying one of those vacuum bag food sealing machines for $40 you see on Amazon. 


Cheaper might be to try buying a water bag like used to store water in the heat in the summertime to have enough for hydration. You could buy one of these for just $30 on Amazon, like for example the Platypus, or the one I bought called the Aonijie which only cost about 13. The idea is you might burp out the air like with the food sealing bag machines. These work for water. I don't know if there will be safe for using with FWGE however or safe for your herb.

 

On the racehorse herbal site they say you must discard your Avemar after 5 days because of spoilage, so I thought I would have to make the Avemar once a week, but I found that actually it lasts for about at least 9 weeks, so I make 2 large mason jars batches with each go round of the two day event (once the starter is viable which takes a week) but a two-day event is with just one day of watching the pot and it's only stressful at the end of the evening staying awake till 2:00 PM. The first day of the two-day event of making your FWGE only takes about 10 minutes to blend your FWGE but even so I'm trying to brew two large mason jars of it at a time with hopefully more than 2 months worth of Avemar at a time. This about Avemar at any rate may be by way of the actual product and maybe not how well it works. You have to be the judge of this and this site is not medical advice.



"Extracts"


I don't recommend those gyppy "FWGE extracts" you see on Amazon.


They advertise them as concentrated extracts when they taste nothing like Avemar and if you're risking this to defend against cancer it can be a costly mistake to trust them. I tried two of these, one is Diatom rx and the other is the Monoherb brand "extract". On eBay you don't see these cheap extracts from India or China, and none of them make any promises against cancer which of course they all would if it really did work without a lawsuit.


My main consensus about all this is, it's easier to make your own FWGE especially if you use these methods, than to spend 100 to $130 a month.


Even so if you have to stay awake from 5 AM to 12 PM watching the brew, since the hotplate stirrer was a clunk and also you may not be able to make it keep more than 9 weeks before you must file in file 13 bit bucket! 


Fear not..see the racehorseherbal site for more how to, like about the science. You may want to use both these sites in combination because as you see above I offer methods here that may have practical value in addition to the racehorse herbal site methods where you can save money etc like not buying the breadproofing box or the stirrer. As you see you won't need them and this will save you at least 85 dollars. You're not risking your order not coming through which could be kind of stressful if you don't happen to have another $130 to pay them 129 dollars in profit that month. And by making your own FWGE, you save $120 or more a month indefinitely.


Dosing

The racehorseherbal site recommends 17 g a day, and this turns out to be about one cubic inch of liquid Avemar, or about three caps from a juice jug.

The Avemar PR recommends a dose of 10 tablets if like me you're 185 lb and 5'9"..the tablets are about 2/3 inch by 2/8"..so 2 tablets might be 1 bottle caps worth especially since the tablets are concentrated.. so for 10 tablets worth you might take 5 bottle caps worth of the liquid you made. Originally I was only taking three caps worth but then I tried it with four or five and I got quite a lot better results this can be valuable to know if you have cancer and for general immune defense against bird flu or other issues like this just for good health absolutely, perhaps!

I found that making Avemar by the above method actually does make enough to last for about a month although it may be sort of sour later on. The racehorseherbal site recommends discarding it after 5 days but it seems viable for 9 weeks.

I consider it important to have real Avemar on hand and continue perhaps even at lower dose with this for most optimal value and more security and practice. Even 2 tabs of Avemar a day only cost 25$ a month, a cheap "cost for more insurance".

 If you have much more than thousands to pay for "Avemar" Avemar the above is an easier way, you can afford it..


 Here I discuss ways to hopefully earn a lot with altcoins even if you "got In late". A Word About Web Surfing. Ways To Dramatically Reduce Overuse! 


Get 80% More Value For 80% Less! FOR BUSINESS ELVES AND SANTA! I want to say here, I sympathize with you about reading sites like mine. 


Thanks for your interest in my science and other contributions, and you may want to read this site if you like and often other sites by text-to-speech TTS because if like most you're spending 11 hours on the screen everyday.


 This is harming your eyes so TTS may be really valuable. WebMD says myopia is dramatically on the rise and I believe this is about the internet. 


 The underlying problem about web overuse seems to be about how the computers are kind of random due to (at any rate) leftover habits from the slow modems and days of BC before cyber old. This type of behavior is related to randomness as researchers found with gambling overuse. (By the way if you're considering gambling online I strongly council you against it because 2/3 of video gamblers are addicted.)  


 I don't want any of my readers on the web to damage their brain or eyes just by reading my site or other sites either. This TTS method should greatly reduce the randomness so you know what you're getting more definitely.   If you have web overuse issues I recommend using a timer padlock you can buy on Amazon for 20 or cheaper  and time out your router or modem in a duffel with the zip locked. (I put the wire of the padlock through the holes in both zippers that moved to match up.)  To dramatically reduce the eye and brain strain I take my timer box and at first for like a year or two I was just online 4 hours in 2 days a week just like in days of old and time it out. But instead of having no lines to listen with like this amazing sight, right!

   What you can do after you load the TTS from the Google site at no cost so you can also rapidly download print sites like this is simply by hitting select all and copy you may then paste it into your TTS and finally read aloud offline after you timed out your cell phone as I'll show you how I've learned. 




 Ways Computers And Smartphones Harm Behavioral Health...

  If you type in a search like "ways computers harm behavioral health" you see that overuse has been found to cause loss of gray matter and has been shown to cause something rather like autism.  And also problems like AHDD and OCD and just using a word processing program with cut and paste damages your sequential memory.   

 Too much online use damages your spatial memory and your ability to understand your own language and also truck drivers and other drivers are getting hooked on GPS and this is making it so that they can't do without GPS. It also damages your brain's pleasure reward system. And you get speeded up at high speed by the web.. and this makes it so you miss subtle nonverbal events when you're talking to someone at the usual speed where they can't slow down as much and so on and so forth.  

 It damages your creativity and so I use mine just a few hours per week online. WebMD says myopia is dramatically on the rise (at first in the BC age of before computers they would always say that there was no evidence that the web was harmful to vision) and web overuse after 2 hours is harmful to you not 11 hours like most.


  2 hours of use is good for you. My timer time out method may be especially good for teens because a lot of teens are severely addicted.. this may be a way to save your teen from ruin.. 


 POSSIBLE WAYS TO HEAL YOUR EYES  I want to show a possible way to improve dry eye dramatically..  The bad news: your dry eye is considered to be permanent by opthamologists  But...the Good News is you can control it for 3 months at a time by using Chitin.. Chitin is the food additive that has dramatic value for dry eye but it also is only for short-term use and if you only need it once every 3 months then this is no doubt viable possibly I imagine.  (Remember that this is not medical advice even so and you use this and all methods on my site at your own risk.) I had both dry eye and conjunctivitis. (And while it worked for me and this may not work for you and is only my own experience..) better news is that I found out that while they said my dry eye was incurable and the opthamologist wouldn't even admit I had it I found that using Benadryl around my eyebrows ( don't get it in your eyes of course) this is almost a cure because what I actually have wasn't so bad it was just like an allergy. If you have dry eye or like severe or dry like a lot of people I would recommend doing this first since it's the most powerful I've ever found..it lasts for months at a time without dry eye..


One thing researchers found is if you're worried you often repeat what you did when you were worried with the next go round of the loop.

 Dry eye may be a major cause of overuse in this respect because reading causes your eyes to suffer and you tend to keep on reading and suffering more and more. So solving dry eye itself may be valuable with overuse events.


Some have recommended withiana, also known as indian ginseng which is considered to be a smoother ginseng, not edgy as it causes relaxation and this is good for conjunctivitis as far as I have seen away! While using herbs like this in your eye are considered to be low dose there may be side effects.  For example Chitin may absorb out prescriptions and fat soluble vitamins like A D and K. One other use of Chitin you might want to know about is that it's an industrial strength degreaser and some have used it for weight loss and for things like rapidly lowering fat in the circulation for cardio health.

 Check out the safety of any herb or method you use before using it to make sure that it's right for you, you must decide by diligence often the best in life.

  Returning to overuse or well, right no way! This with the duffel and padlock is a good defense strategy that I recommend to time out your websites after you cut and paste the sites you like and then read them offline for much more satisfaction about how you generally feel about your machine. Research has shown that you don't remember what you read on the web that well like reading the old ways but this way you can read by the type as well as with your audio. 


Basically once I was cured of my overuse by the padlock timers I no longer had to use this cut and paste method but it's valuable if you have severe overuse issues while you wait for more durable defense.

  If I forget and read the words awhile my eyes get tired and I go back to the TTS..Good to always keep it close. The best way I've found is to buy the 10$ timer padlock on eBay and get a small pouch that you wear around your shoulder and this is your shorter trip to remember the time out.

 This can dramatically improve your ability to resist it by shortening the trip to the off option  when your eyes hurt. Since you can't time out all your phones usually this way the best way I use is also to combine it with a duffel and the timer padlock to them time out the power plug of my router like for a week at a time.


  I only time out the router plug with the wire inside the duffel and out to the router because you may notice about your router it's really fragile and the plugs can get damaged there goes another 40 or 50 dollars to another router if you don't just time out the router plug with the wire out through the duffel between where the zippers don't meet to the router which isn't changed. I also take duct tape around where the router plug outs the wire so it doesn't jostle that wire. Otherwise it may cost $100 where I went through about three routers that didn't work. 


  While I'm listening to the words I also recommend doing eye exercises for a complete recovery from the otherwise woe of the web. Blinking actually squeezes out tears and improves your dry eye while making your eyes also stronger.. 


 If you're having a conversation and you start typing in the cell phone you have just thrown a wet blanket over the whole event.. Who needs this when you can defend yourself socially and have plenty of good things to talk about you find on the web!  Especially as I will discuss about how you can use comedy motivational and trivia apps to replace the words with short easy to learn more powerful words in your conversations and revived your life. 

There are 10 times more neurons in your brain for listening than for sight. This is good both for use and overuse and you can use it to find comedy, science, trivia, and more.

 You always have more to talk about instead of just being made dumber by looking at your cell phone as has been found in studies.   I feel I should put this here as a general service because more than 50% now have overuse issues with the web and this is a way to read and write without damaging your eyes or brain with the "real valuable real save" not just act as save as if!

 ...Speech to Text has improved a lot and I also recommend the same TTS and STT app I'm using if you're like me you're on social media and you want to reduce the stress of all that typing and looking. The app I'm using now is the Write By Voice app an AI Speech Recognition app that works better for speech recognition than the earlier apps I used like Voice Notebook. While the Voice Notebook app which I thought of as good for its time the Write by Voice app has the same word replacement list if you want to listen to the  good words in conversation 

there's a big difference between 

You look like the end of a long hard winter"

 and 

"You look like the beginning of a beautiful spring!"


Or like when someone says to someone else 

 "Looks like it's going to be one of those days!"

and 

"Looks like it's going to be a great afternoon!"

This can be great for annoying relative visits..

   As I say on my other site about conversational distractions in Wordpress on search engines like Bing and Yahoo the app has a useful feature that makes it so it can even filter out your conversations with a word block list that allows you to filter the bad words if you also use the methods I use of jamming the sound with special ear stops I use reduce to sound better than NRR36 so the boss when he's yelling at you you're saying AHHH! 


 

I tried this about the timer lock and I can tell you it's dramatically better for both your brain and eye comfort and health presumably and so I'm thinking I found something really good because you can read for pleasure..Readers Digest "Who, Right?" Writes people aren't reading for pleasure as much anymore for example. Other web overuse sites say that you have to limit using your machine for entertainment. But this makes it so that you can use it like for an app I use called the VRadio that allows you to record thousands of internet radio stations online at the same time you use your search list.


 Recommended; number each search item on your offline list that you create with Speech To Text you want to use... this makes it so you can find where you are and you'll know when you're finished instead of going on and like it would seem indefinite.


You can also search rapidly for where you are in the list by the number for the Voice Notebook app..

Other phone chargers I had used were bulky and had wires and plugs would often come unplugged you've got four of them, but with this you've only got two and so it's easier to keep track of. 


 This can be important because the charger makes it so you're not interrupted when you want to use the web and this will relax your brain. 


You might say isn't this just more web overuse because you're not being interrupted?.. mostly the reduction would be by way of the timer padlock, however this works by helping you relax while you're typing in more instead of being interrupted constantly by charging. 


 This nourishes your brain more even though you're online because I think of it like the anticancer drug DCA that actually reduces cancer by giving the cancer nourishment, sort of like how Abraham Lincoln said he'd outlived all his enemies and made friends with all the rest! 


 Or for example for autoimmune problems like allergies it may seem counter intuitive but immune boosters can often help solve autoimmune problems.. you might ask why can boosting it more make your immune system relax more..


Think of this like a war where the frontline battles are being won so the rest of the citizens relax. Having a charger like this is a way actually to reduce your strain caused by the machine and essentially you've got more resistance because you've won more competitions and so it works out more to your favor unlike just simply using the router.

Another problem you may have with your phone is about how if you get something like powdered milk or Sawdust into the charging port it's going to dramatically limit your ability to charge your phone and you can't just get wireless chargers because they don't hardly even work..they charge your phone about 47% or whatever and you have to hold your phone to the charger which can be really clumsy while you wait for it to charge for hours.

The solution for this I found is to buy right angle USBC plugs And then duct tape that to the bottom of your phone so it never ever comes loose and no sawdust makes it in.

I was using a t-shaped power pack with the problem is it bends the angle of your input charging port and can damage it permanently and you lose your phone for charging sometimes costing hundreds of dollars or more, your phone has made it to the outer space bit bucket for the price of a cheap plug.

The best I recommend for keeping your phone plugged from being jammed up like this and losing hundreds of dollars is to buy a magnetic connection plug wire for your phone.

For example I read the news headlines in the New Scientist website, but I can't get access without paying but I simply list the the most interesting headlines and ask the search engine to give me like a one paragraph summary of each headline.

About AI, huge numbers of people are just breathing ah relief because this allows eyes and brain to rest and I don't know if the brain will blink a lot but ear lids have a way of solving more!

  I find a site I like called VPR Replay has this cool music loop track 3 hours a week you just record for lots of folk and world music. And you've got plenty of songs to listen to even while not even doing any extra computing while occupied with the few hours online and it puts all kinds of things like this in reach that wouldn't have been in reach by just like typing in 11 hours a day and getting dumber and dumber. 

 When I would use my computer before I would feel it was bad just to listen to a track of songs that took 20 clicks just to get one song on the darn list as if they were sort of like tainted.

 So it really seems like it's more healthy to have a loop like this of easy to reach songs so you don't have to search and click each one and get sort of tangled up with it. It makes it so you can use your apps by not being so strained to search for how to improve them like in the tutorials it and it makes it so you can shop in much comfort online.


  I do this by using bookmark labels while I'm online as a map to sum up the results of my searches to control the entire pages without having to go through the whole page including in the bookmark. I add my own memos and comedy what, right! This is another way to improve my time online what there is of it... All these are ways to essentially improve or app-prove! efficiency which evolution tells us is what love is about not gene selfishness.

 When I'm with my family we have an unselfish selfie when I hug the aunts on the side.  Studies show Americans' top fear is of being hacked and if you're online only 3 hours a week I presume this might help you defend a lot better although of course you may also want to do any banking offline by going directly to the bank like me so I let the bank take care of the best of the security or the worst you might say. I'm not sure but just being online 3 hours a week might help you against hackers also.

It's been said learning like about food it's not how much you eat but how well you digest it is what's of most worth. One great method... I had searched for about reducing computer overuse and at the same time increasing satisfaction a lot by "improved digestion"...is by using screenshots.. these are just photos of what you see on your phone, all you have to do is press the power button and the lower volume button on Android at the same time, this will save your picture of your website or app or the picture of your dog and a box of chips on the answering machine or all there is to the photo storage of your machine! Here you can access it while it's offline. This may have not seem to be dramatically better for computer overuse but if you use it with the timer padlock, and you ask AI questions and then you have answers this is a major improvement because it's gradual with just questions and answers where am I and what to do next.  And value of what you're doing online certainly as far as overuse is no more concerned and if it's not concerned you are not either!

The beauty of this method is its interactive with regular smaller steps.. While you're offline the next day you're doing valuable learning based on AI or other sources. This combined with some online use of AI is much more relaxing reducing cyber overuse habits by balancing your activity, so you don't think of anthing else as the opposite of the internet. A lot of people on the web have been trying to use too many steps too soon and to make it interactive you can edit the screenshot with your photo editor icon in the gallery it's just an icon of a pencil you edit with.

So what you could do is go into your Editor Mode and then type the text on your image. This makes it interactive.. I like to use trained memory methods to remember well what's most essential. For trained memory methods I use click here

And this also may make your life more comical  because it's been found by me certainly good memory has a lot to do with Creativity! For example science has shown when you're remembering you're actually using the creative area of your brain also..

About overuse in the internet I said there's a lot of bells and whistles online so my mother the journalist  says "she hates the bells and whistles". And what she for sure could have hated of course is all the extra ads on every web page.. you can remove this where you crop your image and then add whatever words you plan for use with the editor including being able to underline and circle like when you click the drawing icon. As I say you're offline but you're not being interrupted by a thousand ads or being harassed by anyone including clickbait.. what is that stuff!

This is an interactive method so you could also make exercises to memorize what's most of worth by doing what I do and using acronyms, Like the first letter of each word and then going back and forth between the words and the letters to memorize. This automatically builds good habits and once you know it well it adds more deeply into your long-term memory. If you start to form the wrong habit while reading the words,and letters, a good trick is to spell the first few letters of the word and continue the loops till you don't need them.

A lot of it with this method is about how you're asking questions about what your next move will be and your improvement by way of what you're trying to learn. And this will often be while you're busy doing something else like going out for a walk, a more gradual method than constant internet annoyance except just like reading and writing a book you aren't getting dumber because of the internet anymore.

For example you could learn how to do altcoins and I have found the main trick here is to try to buy the alts rising the most and then you buy at the start of it or when you find out it's rising. Using A "Trailing stop limit sell" order is a sort of free financial insurance included with your trading platform. The beauty of the trailing stop limit sell order Is it's an offset so it rises with your altcoin price so it locks in your profits above like five percent which is the standard stop of this type if you set your trailing stop at say five percent.

If it rises 100that day and then goes down five percent you've made 95% profit! Using two of these trades per day trades if you have 500 dollars invested could literally earn you a million dollars in two weeks. When the market's up you could multiply by doing like five times per day with the same method.
This would only be the average because some of your trades are going to be less and perhaps one in a week could be 95%. 


 All this of course is if the crypto Market continues to do well. Note that volatility the high rises and falls are steadily decreasing, and while this may limit your ability to find more of the values, this may be actually only five or ten years ahead. You may have plenty of money and have long since bought out from alt coins to safer values and this could be even more powerful against overuse by buying the best AI for this with software to reduce randomness (found to cause overuse). And of course money may allow reduced internet use, perhaps by paying others to do more of your internet labors or afford better health care like your own doctor for better health to resist overuse and other ways money is "anti bad stuff.."

 While the Trailing Stop Limit Sell is the general idea perhaps, there is more to learn and using the image edit method above is a way to learn all about how to do this mostly offline, like setting up your account, other ways to improve your profits, and more!


For some possibilities like growing Paulownia trees which are in high demand in the Orient and cost you about a hundred dollars to plant but they're worth hundreds of thousands of dollars per acre per year, if you grow them for biomass without much maintenance, or other investments including gold, you could simply settle on ten thousand dollars a month in gold profits as the price rises from your million dollars. Why not use timer apps only?


Years ago I was with a slow modem and I decided to try the timer apps and it seemed to be a really bad experience because it was random in its interruption. As I say like with gambling the cause of overuse behavior is closely related to randomness..


 So by my early method I thought of timing out as being no better or maybe a lot worse than "without" "with the app".


 One thing I didn't notice because I didn't continue with it because of this was that you can also time it out like for days at a time which works instead of just timing it in and out five times where you surf like an hour which is "a small annoying antihero" for some even "while not a noid of zero". We could say the web has real use it's just not as amazing yet as you will be! You know this I know this and so does the boss.


 My use of timer boxes and timer padlocks is essentially this method.


But there is one thing this has that timer apps don't have and that is it can put out the fire completely when you want to put it out.


When you control your router with a timer padlock that locks the duffel you put it in, you stopped all your phones at once for however long you want.


Even better it's still allows you to use your phones offline with great apps that aren't so habit forming.


 The problem with a timer app itself is that it's too complex if you have several phones.


If you only have one or two phones the timer app might be all right.


For me it any rate I don't have two phones, I have more.


 So I would recommend the timer apps if you're in the minority and don't have  several phones.


 You might at any rate want to use the timer box to get over the habit of overuse because as I say it completely puts out the fire. Even so a small fire where you make a mistake is going to burn out of control.


It's not that mysterious to know when you're finally mostly over the habit, and that is when it's over causing you stress or harming your relationships in any way, and it's where you don't have this emotional tendency to overuse anymore.

  It's  not so mysterious and believe me it's completely viable to achieve if you start using these methods right away. In the old days while lots of us knew it was a problem after some years of use, the technology of Text To Speech and Speech To Text or timer padlocks wasn't yet viable.


 These days it's not set up against some of us who actually have to think!


 It's took me about 4 years to reduce my overuse habit by "the above definition" so you here want to either cell your other sell phones!...


...Or do as I'm doing and use the timer box combined with the timer apps.


 I think of this like the general area of timing out the router to stop the more habit forming internet and then finishing with the timer app for a more 0 in event, or other methods like using the timer padlock on your pouch for a short distance to relief.

 An app I've never had any problems with for timing out and that works well is the App Block timer app.


Sometimes harmful apps make it through Google's spam filter but this one I've never had any problem with and it works real well.


I think of it like riding on a wave and you build up your optimism and it tells you what you want others to hear. Social media is considered to be the main extra cost that people pay for using their computer.


 Even when you're being told what you like to hear most if you are not guilty, it's mostly valuable that you learn how to use TTS and STT to achieve what you hope.


As long as you're not harmed to promote yourself you deserve these methods because they make it so you boost with your life path to the stars.



Once you reach the wave after two or three days of use of your app like on a TV show with millions of cash and prices you want to quit while you're ahead.

 So I think of it like going in loops.


I usually use music or other creative apps like offline apps  two or three days, say one for music and then I exit for like 3 days with the Web Block timer app.


 One good thing about this is you can also alternate apps while you're offline by way of the timer duffel padlocks which otherwise would strain you some way or other.


More to the point I tend to alternate apps that use visual editing for 3 days while I'm not doing the audio editing and vice versa.


 This is a sort of cross training and your brain is your biggest muscle and, right! On with more Osteo Flex!

One good solution for overuse with the computer if by necessity you often have to stay online, is to physically limit access to the computer but putting a clip like a clothes clip of the right type over the top line of your  cell phone where it has the Wi-Fi connection icon and another clip to the left because you can swipe it down it shows the Wi-Fi icon there. The idea here is you're also limiting your access to going through lists of things that have no value on the internet. 


If you don't have the clips in reach right away or you don't think it'll look that good on your cell phone "hang on the line to dry!" Another good way may be if you disconnect your Wi-Fi anytime you think you're overusing and ask when you want to go online if it's really worth it like with a 8 second pause each time each time a sort of of meditation for cyberchurch!


  Availability is often of strong resistance for overuse behavior, and by giving yourself like 10 seconds each time to reload you're also giving yourself time to relax and sort of get a word in edgewise from the web, you might use your 10 seconds to pray for resistance to it or just listen to a song. It's important to realize that any kind of words that counteract the overuse even while you're using can have influence on being able to quit in time to not have harm caused like to your eyes. Think those words while you think you're overusing even if you think those words aren't heard. 

They are.

You can also make a memo on the clip like with paper tape saying don't do this-and why this makes it more memorable!

 As you use the timer padlock be sure to watch for signs that you're doing something you don't want to while you're online. The idea here is to use the internet perhaps for an hour or 15 minutes and then time it out after you become frustrated plan ahead! Sort of like walking and then resting and walking and resting where you rest for 2 hours and then you compute for perhaps a half an hour. Be sure to do this by making a list of what you want to do while you're offline this can dramatically improve your efficiency.


There are different ways to see what you don't want to be doing online if you're doing something like clicking the same link without getting much for it or lots of scrolling without value. 

 A lot of this is by way of trying to find comfort where the web often fails. If you find yourself doing things like clicking links that have no value repeatedly once you've been frustrated by something on the web like with annoying password setups or frustrating search events, for when something "makes your blood boil" and you want to comfort yourself by going to those other sites, a good question to ask yourself about this is is this something that people would think well of me about? Is this what a hero would do?

 Once you've noticed the signs about worthless clicking whether you're under the influence of stuff like bad news headlines or whatever be sure to watch for the pattern, first the frustration and then the comforting sites that really don't add much to your defense, then time out..

 When you start thinking about these worthless events what you want to do then is start to practice just like doing something after you've written the list while you're offline for that 2 hours perhaps and then time out as soon as you start noticing yourself trying to comfort yourself with not much value.

 Now that your timed out what you can do is do what most people do and spend a third of their time trying to say no, but instead now you have a way you can defend yourself by doing this. After you may have timed out you're overuse for several days a week for maybe like a year or two so you're mostly true to the habit then for the longer term use you can reinstate the web and while you're offline during the two hours start to think about over and over saying no if that will help and also give thanks that you can plan for using the internet without so much waste of time and brain power by using this method.

 I used to think my old machine like a large parasite sitting there in my house and I can't do without it can't do with it and also it's like gripping something and it makes you grip it more and more but it's not like a bar of soap that sails away but rather as you grip it more and more it causes you pain seemingly in an unending loop. After a year of timing out more often though I found that I could relax about it more and then I found when I started to retime in with the timer padlock and writing what I want to achieve works well.

Another way of looking at this is like a cup and when you are on the web you're actually thinking so much that you fill up to the point where it flows over the top and you don't have computing power at that point. 

 Another sign that you may have a problem with overuse is where you're stunned enough that you don't know why you're there where you are ( on the web where else!) Or what you're doing there. I knew a lady who was a valedictorian and as smart as she was usually by the time she had watched TV for 15 minutes she said was so zonked out she didn't know what to think.

But imagine this for hours a day constantly with the internet.

 But if you use the padlock timers you basically fill up the cup with your time offline doing more real activities so that you have enough energy to even know "not to click on that headline or not to do this" and this makes much more alert and a refreshes your brain and this cures too much sleep!

"Walking and resting and then walking and resting" is much better than walking for 10 hours without stopping especially if you use your time when you're resting offline to plan for what your next move will be. Without knowing well where you are is a lot tougher than by this method.

You're consolidating memory while you rest for that two hours before you go back online for like a half an hour each time, Remember that your time offline is not wasted if you're also spending some time planning what to do next. It's often or usually a lot better to make a list with a more definite plan so you're not just wandering aimlessly around the web or doing things out of frustration. 

 I think of things to write on my list I go online I go offline again with the timer and then think of more things on the list but I'm also cutting back that extra wasteful internet use often by frustration that would go beyond the time of when I go online with the list.. refer back to the list anytime you feel like you don't know what you're doing exactly this is much more efficient!


 Use of methods like these may literally make it so that you're going from a life of blindness and depression or worse in your future to where you go to a life of all the wonders of the internet to your defense and promotion, and a life of health celebration and prosperity.


There seems to be no going back to before social media or computers. You may have heard of the research where people who are poor who have internet access almost all of them are depressed, while the ones without internet access almost none of them have signs of depression. 

My favorite more general solution for computer overuse like for the teens is an AI  that you clamp on your phone and you tell it what you want to resist about the web If you're feeling bad, and automatically works instead of the clip method as I say of timing out your Wi-Fi. 


 This is sort of like a sort of guardian angel that whispers words of warning guidance and advice except with more comics! 


 It tells you if you're under attack and helps you to understand what your best options are.

 Indeed I think a smash huge hit may be an app with AI To basically become a conversational booster that tells you what your options are faster and what to say to the person you're talking about. This may be a way for a lot of people to make major progress about reducing the conversational distractions that are costing the economy 57% as I say. 


It's not that nobody notices that their 57% is being reduced, like the teens in the research when they found out what they're actually doing half the day all of them not just some said they would rather do without it if they could. 


 While the teens can't do without conversational distractions or the web and I'm so old and wise! Even so we imagine ways to adapt to this more tedious environment.. The tech providers hide their codes so the people couldn't even do the research to find out what the teens were doing all that time and parents are totally unaware. But what parent wouldn't want a way to shield their child from it.


 Any viable way to make it so the internet doesn't make people ill may have real worth.

When you find you can easily and reliably say no to the internet with methods like these you thus may be helping yourself in profound ways, because these methods may dramatically boost your efficiency and efficiency is one of the major measures of love not selfishness as was believed before.

So it might seem that indeed why don't these machines work well?.. the main reason may be that even while cellphones have mostly corrected the worst of the computer manufacturers greed it also was built into those cell phones having the same code and while the market mostly corrected itself with the cell phones it's still got a some problems left over, or any rate till some of us got wise so we can now help the rest of us like you prophet from our prophecy of cyber value.  I called up the lady on the 800 number the other day and she did a search for me at the web for a half an hour and I said thanks for searching the entire web! In my elation I told her then about this method of reducing events like for the comic who sez he just finished reading the internet like the millionth page of the worst book ever! And I'm thinking about this as Mormon poet said..Life goes on... Life goes on...When he rhymed with his wife. This method of timing out your online use like by the router works awesome for getting your information, it's no more habit forming or strain than talking and listening with a bit of reading or writing.


  This can convert what was more of a major pain where you're getting worse and worse off all the time to where it's a celebration.  While I would think a whole lot of employees may be suing their boss about it I would think there's not enough money to pay for this and even so the boss would want to defend for the employees by using this method.

 So for employers who don't want employees to get brain damage and the cost of thousands of dollars to rehire new employees and retrain them might use the following method... In this scenario, employees given the problems to solve by the customer calls or etc save up the inputs for the search offline in a list of searches that they improve before they make them and they do this with speech to text so most efficient so it's non habit forming or harmful without web influence. Then they go online do the searches and save the results to TTS text to speech then listen to them offline with all the distractions removed that bosses or teachers these days like to help with. Then once all the solutions are in reach or best solutions they simply call back the customer and tell them what they think. And repeat the loop so this would work for the health of employees. The main greater cost here is about the timing delay between they call the customer and their results. Even so this is much better than brain damage and myopia. The rest of the overuse of the employees when they're at home could simply be solved by the same method of time out with a lock and save up the problems and then go online.. back off line read them and so on.. This use of the timers and the TTS and STT offline and on has four major levels of defense.  


 *The first level is online with the ability to read and write and listen.  


 *The second level is with the router timed out and you can read and write offline 


 *The third level is read only offline which is less interactive or habit forming  


*And finally you can just time out all the internet including the phones and the read and write both. It's been said that we have a totally artificial sense of urgency with the web and with this you can control the level of pressure and you can control just how much you use the web and you get 80% more for 80% reduction of the causes of possible behavioral or social harm it may cause.


One solution I thought of about these problems is I hope to find some low tech way to combine a physical method with the computer method.


By this we don't completely abandon books and writing.

For example writing influences your personality if you are a brilliant artist you can draw your name in the raffle, so you may win a cheap trip to the coast of Egyptarica!


 You would sort of alternate exercise in your brain with the computer with more old-fashioned methods.


Doctors are having to click about 4,000 clicks a day and if they miss one click it could cost somebody their life.


This has gotten so bad with doctors that they start sending memos through the post on actual real CDs to avoid all those cyber clunks.


 Or for example about the problem of all the web pages suddenly going down if the internet goes down, some have believed we could use real film and photos to back up all the sites without the crash. 


 Once you've removed all the extra wasteful computing with the timer padlocks, you want to sort of rebuild your brain health by also using real books.


 Books also may seem to be not absolutely good. One reason they seemed old-fashioned to me compared to the shiny glitz of the computer was because they would crash also when your paperback has no meltdown!

 As an inventor of a lot of inventions over the years I thought of a sort of book wedge that slides on the edge of the book to keep it from falling apart with a clamp.


 I tried my own DIY version of this with just using large black metal paper clips the kind with the aluminum handles but these were metal and they cut into my hand as I was reading.


HOW TO REINSTATE READING


 I found a real good way to get control here, I punch holes in my paperback books since they're now recycled paper unlike the old days of unicycle audio volumes with just both reel wheels!


  I put strong nylon line through the holes and bind my own book and voila the paperback won't have a Kindle cat collapse when your robo mop won't crunch up your coffee table or the cat anymore!


 Now that my books are bound I tie them to my cushion and I'm a captive audience when I sit down and am not sawing wood or driving pigs to market!


 Note here how the only way I could achieve reading is by my first removing that blinding light of the computer which is going to hog all your time if you don't.


 By the above method, I'm only using my computer like 4 hours a week.. so now I have a whole lot of time because it's so much more efficient, to read.


The computer may make a person better by doing what you must but reading more for pleasure will make you a better person.


 Sort of like what they say about what you do for a living or what you do for creativity. What you do for a living gives you what you have for what you do for celebration makes you what you are.


  It's been found that the area of your brain were new memories are formed are with new neurons each day and if you don't form them you start to get more and more edgy and sad. 


If creativity is reduced it's going to cause you problems sooner or later...


This is what I mean by combining a mechanical physical way of computing with the computer...The computer gets its value from work but time for your brain to rest and dream and celebrate is important, why shouldn't it have more?


People are reading less for pleasure than ever before and boredom is a warning sign.


 One beauty of this method of binding my books to my cushion and also making it so the books don't crash is that you can use books with an A to Z access method and this makes it so if you have a thought you just look it right up and you're getting smarter not dumber like with a cell phone.


 This is because it's so simple like truth. There's nothing new under the sun unlike what the computer manufacturers have pretended.


No disappearing file trick, no smoking mirrors! Right.

 A book I love to read is  "Great Thoughts and Funny Sayings" a book of proverbs that is in A to Z order with the entries.


And it says right there in the entry under "Book" where it says in the Farmers almanac.. it says..."Do give books for Christmas. They're not fattening, seldom sinful, and permanently personal!"

Proverbs are a great way to learn about life and you can make your own conclusions but you're also learning about wisdom that's been building up for thousands of years and in concise bites.


 Since I like comedy I like to think of jokes to write in the book about the Proverbs (a latin proverb is, he has the approval of all who blends the necessary with the sweet) and then to memorize I use what I call the letter method where I read back and forth between the first letters of the words and the actual words on the page as you'll see on my How I Built My Comedy Machine link.


By this method you can break it down into steps of exercises and I assume this is quite good for brain health because unlike the dumb computer (a necessary evil perhaps or at least about the cautions it's now known they have) memorizing has been found to dramatically improve your ability to think well.


 I have my "Book of Great Thoughts and Funny Sayings" and I used orange nylon twine to bind it and then to my sofa right where I'm sitting now, and it's quite beautiful because the book is orange and off white also and not only can you write your thoughts in your books but you can also use lots of different types of books.


 When Ronald Reagan was president he was in showbiz before and they said we would have co-host presidents.


By this you can co-host your books with lines and clips to add and remove them like once a week and you can alternate your books not just classic ones, and I'm thrilled because I can use old Readers Digests I wanted to learn about and then bind them this way so they're revived from the dead or the ghost author realm. I had been writing in my books for years before the internet so like a lot of us I have a real tradition about this.


One thing I say about like losing weight, a fundamental measure of the ability to stay on a diet is about whether you can talk without being so much pain that you can't socialize well.


Anything like the computer that might reduce your ability to talk well you want to be aware of.


 And this is just what reading and memorizing may do by a physical method to be more aware where you simply tie the book to the sofa.

 Not only can you tie books like joke books to the cushion but you can also tie other books including even  Encyclopedias which I used to love to read a lot in the days before the internet.


 My favorite encyclopedias of all are Americana Encyclopedias. Unlike the old Britannicas these are the most brilliantly written encyclopedias other than over the years where I tried brands like Colliers encyclopedia which we're supposed to be good or Funk and Wagnals (brand name commercial where!), but for general knowledge unlike Britannicas where they talk down to you with fancy words by hired professors nobody knows, Americana's offer the more bright simple views often of people like Isaac Asimov or Carl Sagan for science for example writing the articles.


Not a word is out of place in the Americanas and not too many words that don't need to be there.

All the words of value are used they just jump in and hang on well!


 One beautiful sight is how Americanas are not too big unlike the Britts which are tough to even lift, yet not too small so there's more information in the volume!


 They're well-bound unlike a lot of books. I found that while I couldn't drill through them because the paper's too good I could actually just drill through the outside of the cover on both sides and put a line through with an optional clip and now I've got a guest host book of the month to continue my general education.


 You can use this method for anything you want to increase your knowledge of provided you've got the right book.


 Books are getting cheap and supposedly there are no encyclopedias now so I presume could get a whole set of Americanas at a good cost.


Research shows that future socio-economic success is closely related not to education or even income but rather just to the number of books that are in your house.


 Other surveys shows that your income is proportional or related closely to vocabulary.


 I'm planning on getting a book bag or box because a lot of books look bad, and then just tying with a lanyard clip that can clip on the line to those books in the bag.


 For the jokes I found methods of making my own paper computer and this is a way to make up jokes on demand (one definition of creativity is problem solving ability wish you made otherwise be losing by the computer) by using pun lists from 1 to 99 for the letters to words as unusual trained memory methods..


 This makes it so you can find your jokes also in and out of order like the Proverbs book...

 The books of A to z memos are some of the best. Even so to go where you like to read you can actually write the page and memo number (for where it is on the actual page to zero in) in the front of the book and the listing of the word it's about, by this you can just go around the book and find all you like to read about "almost" in and out of order also.


 On the link below, I'll show you how to plug in those puns into the joke and find the joke by contradiction and where the good side mostly is to make it so it's a good surprise not a bad surprise!


 To me this is the essence of comedy and my methods are based on ancient principles but with some extra improvements (often are) like the pun lists which some say is the foundation of comedy but also for trained memory and also with the contradiction and unity for things that are not directly connected to more reliably hope to create and find the contradiction and so on. Proverbs are often filled with contradiction like a joke so it's entertaining in life to make them more memorable than they are!


 Memory methods are ancient but the comedy machine is a machine and so it's more advanced I think than what I've read about elsewhere.


 Of course the comedy machine is only one book of many, but it's one of my favorites because it's hysterical to sit and read because you're solving problems like finding the good side with puns and contradictions and celebrations so you're prepared when somebody says something surprising.


I believe like music that reading can be like a more active prayer than meditation and it may cleanse your brain where it's been toxified by the web or other toxic events.


Robots given the opportunity to play are better able to solve suprise problems later.


It's been found that people who have behavioral resilience "presumably improved by reading" are worth respecting... in a study of 50 people  only three without behavioral resilience had lived when they were followed up in a few years (but what did the dead people say? I'm Elvis, no I'm rich and famous!) while almost all the ones with behavioral resilience were alive and well...


Optimists also have higher life expectancy numbers, and by being able to find the comedy or good side of the words which are flowing in a sea of potential judgment or praise around us, their powerful medicine may be a prescription for more powerful life.


 If books are going this is a bad sign I think because Carl Sagan was saying I sensitive measure of the health of civilizations is about how they treat their libraries and who wouldn't want to treat a shush marm well! 


May you find behavioral resilience and more..


While computers are here to stay, this method of reading while you rest is at least a way to reflourish and restore some of what may have been reduced otherwise.

USE OF COMEDY, MOTIVATIONAL, AND TRIVIA APPS, HOW THESE REPLACE WEB DUMBNESS AND REDUCE OVERUSE BY NOURISHING YOUR BRAIN..

One great way to reduce your overuse is to first time it out of course with the timer to get you to find the general area in the nun habit!

It took me a couple of years to become less buzzed on the internet.

But it still seems a necessary evil because it's tough to do without thinking as far as I know, so far so good!

Beyond the time when adjusted mostly I found that I needed more things to talk about in conversations.

This reminds me of house cleaning which has been linked to depression And also like on a diet where they lose the weight and then the pain starts so much that the would be dieter can't talk indefinitely and this ruins the diet..

As they say words are the most powerful prescriptions while the generic events are often OTC!

They ask in evolution why do we keep talking all the time, where are brains so much larger than they needed to be to win an evolution and researchers found we have two types of copying in our lives, with our family we make and also how much others copy our words.

If we have not much to say we're less likely to be copied and so essentially our ideas don't survive.

Those who can't talk well are often at a disadvantage. For example according to Reader's Digest the more your vocabulary the higher your income tends to be.

And what I'm leading up to is about how you can't really use the searches on the internet really that well for this all-important conversational value.

AI searches tend to be too specific to what you're already searching for, and  web pages often will give you all kinds of runarounds from more simple truths. As I say my mother is an English professor and a professional writer and she says that she hates the bells and whistles of the internet.

You need words you need powerful words to replace all this sort of watered down or fizzed up sort of stuff on the internet..

More particularly to reduce overuse I found that by increasing the quality of words and ideas by downloading simpler apps, this helps to also replenish word flowers and plants you want to flourish. And this is valuable for reducing the overuse by basically just replacing the more toxic more long-winded internet ideas with simple but powerful events..

THE PUNCH LINE..

You may have heard of MCT powder which is from coconut oil and it has short chain fatty acids that your brain and liver can use for energy quickly and this wakes you up and gives you great energy. Other types of fat are longer chains so they don't have this great metabolic boost.

Short powerful boosts like this can jolt you awake from the overuse if you've already gotten out of the general area of being toxified by it so much you don't even know what's going on what about 57% who are internet over users by using the padlock timers.


This is what's going on with a lot of people and what you can do is download apps that give you trivia, comedy, motivational and other boosts that make you think unlike the sugar of the internet where it's sweet but more poison.

For an added boost I like to take the trivia from the app and I say well I didn't know that and the other person will say the same thing when you tell them but it also like to add a joke to that trivia to memorize it better and faster.

Science has found that trivia can make your brain and physical health improve dramatically. Just memorizing something each day dramatically boosts reasoning ability..

When you have something to wedge your words in edgewise you're not just dried out by the internet and you have more of a fighting chance not to be zapped by it..I will not be Zapped this is what the person said who had his head in a microwave oven in a protest march about 5G!

Basically at least part of the time here you're forcing out something more like "So Ohio" and replacing it with more valuable words!

So too when you have more winning words by finding simple short boosts to your words you can add in conversations this makes you feel much better generally because you can have more influence by what your knowledge is as you talk. Even with AI it seems so slow to only hear what you want to hear that you're not introducing enough new information to overpower both the web overuse, or the miracles of sin!


Here I want to talk about one more good way to reduce overuse and as I say replacing the web monotony of change with more powerful influences like good words with content like what else trivia comedy and motivation, this can be highly valuable once you've gotten in the general area with the timer padlocks.

But another great way to reduce your overuse is to put your internet use to good labor by earning money.


Instead of endlessly surfing you can get these apps like move to earn/pay to walk coupon saving apps like ones that give you 25 cents back on your gallon of gas, or you can just get a good high paying job doing other work as I say on my other page about this with low investment and easy work for high pay.


On the move to earn apps you can multiply up your steps like 10,000 times to earn more by multiplying with multiple accounts and to get your money you have to watch short videos but these are kind of boring but they're also moderately kind of energizing especially since you can just find other apps that are more and more valuable and make more and more money from the ads. 


This can occupy more of your day forcing out the bad habits if you don't have much to do and you see new kinds of ads each day...  As I say I use letters for words like acronyms to memorize and loops so not only can I be creative as I'll show you how but you can also memorize also and so you retain more of the progress.
