Tired Of Antiparisitic methods that Don't Work and Cause You Misery? Here's A Simple Safer Way to Counteract Parasites...***** "POMEGRANATE, AVEMAR, PEPITAS AND "TERAPEUTICS" A special Antiparasitic Formula"

A safe simple cheap way to remove parasites rapidly the result of my 15 years of search...

While I'm involved with lots of other events than parasites here's My story So Far about this..

First I want to say if you have parasites you're not alone.. the majority have parasites and the majority of people with CFS.. if you have residual Covid, chances are parasites are in your future. If you go to the doctor as I did and the doctor says that most people don't have parasites as mine said to me, we would ask how parasitologists have any business at all. 

I live in this small town where there's no parasitologist for hundreds of miles and the doctor tells me this. A valuable resource if your doctor is "practicing  medicine"! is to reach out with a hug to your dermatologist RN! 

 

Here below I also want to list also a formula called Terapeutics from Amazon that only costs $25 And as I say if you want to remove the parasite on your own perhaps because it's embarrassing etc or you can't find a doctor, you don't want to use simpler formulas for solving it because I have found that only a complex formula like Terapeutics designed by professionals with gentle but definite ingredients so each one says to the parasite "And stay out!" works much better.

 

It's well known that tens of millions of people in the United States have PM UT events where they can't sleep because they have to get up to go to the restroom two or three times a night.


 Superficially it might seem that you're in for an easy labor if you have parasites but I can tell you it's a minefield of the alternate Health herbs and most of them had bad side effects so here I share the ones that have the least side effects with my years of experience and that seemed to work the best. These may not work for you but here I list herbs like Cayenne or olive oil that may work well because they're safer and for the reasons that I believe they work I list here.

If this happens if you have itching and about UT issues when you eat dairy and you may notice that it also only happens at night mostly these are both symptoms that you really may have a GI parasite problem because most people have about 20 pounds of dairy residual junk in their GI the parasites like to hang on to. For this reason I tried DE Diatomaceous Earth as recommended by some. DE has had a long and safe history in agriculture according to sites like Livestrong.

Because DE is super absorbent and mildly abrasive the belief of many is that it will essentially sort of scrape out the dairy and your problem is solved because the parasite has nothing to eat much. What's for lunch? Not us!

So I took the DE challenge first without seemingly much good results so I decided to do the main plan with DE for like three weeks at a time. Unlike the promise I had little change in my PM events. I did however have edginess because DE also absorbs out other herbs or prescriptions to some extent and I was noticing that I wasn't really as comfortable about this.

And on I went year after year searching for a way to stop these UT symptoms. At first I thought it might have been renal about the kidneys and so I was kind of surprised when it didn't show up on the tests.

If you can eliminate things like this and you still have severe symptoms like severe itching for skin parasites and they're also like PM and with dairy these are signs that you may want a deeper solution. All that's left after you failed everything else maybe not be the parasite or experience but rather removing it!




Finally though after about 25 years I had a bit of revelation..of course I'd had a lot of other revelations also but this was my favorite one about this.


For skin parasites an additional defense you can add on, is the above method for your skin except also with baking soda it's strongly anti- parasitic. You may not want to take baking soda internally however because it's going to raise your blood pressure. If you're younger or not salt sensitive you could probably do this once in a while. However 90% of people will get high blood pressure as they get older..
Of course just munching a bag of chips you get a lot of salt that day.
 

 Just skip the chips that day and no parasite which may be as much of a risk as high blood pressure in 40 years.. why wait to live it up at 65 mph..

Another good reason to use this method is because other methods simply don't work and I went through lots of nausea and other side effects that these seem to be without as much risk


As an editor Long Story Short.. I finally found a really good method of major defense against parasites.

 Most people's immune system these days has been damaged and you want a super strong immune system. 

 If your immune system can find the parasite and remove it then it's much much easier to control it with other herbs..


 There's a simple cheap and safe way to add dramatic defense for your immune system. For this I use Avemar, it's a form of bread but a special kind it's fermented so that it becomes strongly immune boosting. It's advertised to completely repair even a severely damaged immune system like to defend strongly against cancer..


In essence Avemar is like an advanced form of sourdough bread.. one problem is that even the cheapest Avemar you can buy like on eBay is at least $100 a month and up it must be worth something they're rolling in the bread!

I say this because while it might perhaps cost $10 to make they're selling it for hundreds more. The good news is you can make your own and bring it down to $10 a month.

As Avemar advertises it's real natural and goes well with other prescriptions, bread is another prescription!

 Overall pound per pound I have found that Avemar is the best method of all I've seen in all my years of search because it's so cheap and safe.

 This will also give you defense against the bird flu Or COVID, and as I say elsewhere on my site I believe it may have had a lot of value for curing my CFS I had before that I don't have now my belief is the reason I'm able to walk 8 to 10 miles a day for years after I had CFS because of comfort Foods combined with Avemar. If you have the type of residual covid or your blood pressure is lower my belief is this might also work quite well for you, certainly just $10 a month.. you can see my other post at the end of this page about how to make your own Avemar or click here if you like for my other post.

 Be sure to raise your Avemar dose to like five caps per day because I was trying it at three cap lids from the juice jug I had used and I still couldn't remove it no matter what else with the other methods even though like pomegranates and pepitas were strongly improving it but it would just come back next day even though this was the best I'd seen before pomegranate and pepitas these were better than nothing but Avemar goeswith is much better!


 




 

I don't recommend that you use formulas that have the ingredient wormwood as the top ingredient these are common like on Amazon. Also known as artemisum this herb causes nerve damage at higher doses and it doesn't even work well for me.

My experience could tell you maybe perhaps! You want to use a  formula designed by  professionals with more general but powerful ingredients so each one is rather small but overall there's a lot less toxicity.

Basically as was cancer the problem is anything that stops the parasite is going to also stop you like the toxicity of you don't do it right.

This Problem about toxicity has been important more recently in oncology to stop cancer because some of the immune boosters cure cancer by 50% and so to the same thing about the parasite if you have a super strong immune booster you've solved 4/5 of the problem already

I tried other methods of stopping the parasite but none of them worked. Finally I found a formula from a business called Terapeutics,

 it works great and it didn't make me feel bad unlike like the majority of other herbs, OTCs I tried.
This is not a terrible nauseating formula you can't stay with more than two or three days like almost everything else I tried,( unlike pomegranate pepitas and Avemar)  this is a complex formula for many different aspects of stopping the parasite.. each one is not just a major ingredient that often causes as much harm as the parasite itself.

Thanks Amazon for the VISA that counts just 25$ It says it's just 25$, and may count as a treasure if you have gi issues. (Digestive issues are almost as common as tiredness, and I would think parasites are a burden about energy also..)


With parasites you can have a lot of skin itching that can make it a lot worse.

For this while you're waiting for the complex herbs to triumph, You may find great relief from the itch by just putting Benadryl on your skin especially with cayenne which not only reduces the biofilm the parasite can hide out in, it will also make other herbs or methods like Benadryl (anti itch on skin) more powerful.

For this is about biofilm you may also want to take cayenne capsules and they're going to harm your throat if you don't take them by the capsules and just taking with a hamburger, prescription strength!



 You can't take it with you and some would say "they like more to help reach the hereafter", and me, I just want more to stay here!


A POWERFUL WAY TO DEFEND AGAINST THE problem WITHOUT TOXICITY.. "Pomegranate PEPITAS AND TERAPEUTICS"


At first I didn't know that pomegranate and pumpkin seeds were dramatically good combined with the Terapeutic formula.. even while everything else failed this succeeded. (Making my own Avemar and taking it at high enough dose has been my more recent find)


I had to take in a large enough dose and frequently enough to help resolve the issue. Even so as I'll show you in a moment you want to take them in moderate doses.


"Pomegranate is generally recognized as safe if you only eat the seeds" WebMD..


Even so experts recommend that you take only moderate doses of pomegranate because it influences many things in your body including the p450 cytochrome pathway of your liver which is the most important way that you can absorb other prescriptions.


You don't want to be so thrilled at first that it's removing the parasite that you take a higher dose of these herbs this is not recommended..


  Like many people I was searching and searching for ways to solve this with lots of adverse events and like 4 out of five things I tried were nauseous at first, it appears when you buy just pomegranate caps with a wimpy wimpy amount of pomegranate this won't help or if you take pepitas they don't have much value. It's the combination of these three plus Avemar that does it especially with higher (moderate) doses of both pomegranate and pepitas.  

  Pomegranate has great value as an antiparasitic. You can buy pomegranate juice or buy whole fresh pomegranates online but these are like $50 a pound so you do much better by buying them from the supermarket where they're a dollar a pound.


   A lot of times they're not in season and to solve this I bought a lot of them for two dollars each when they're having a visit with cash and not a credit rating crash in the storerich area!

 Pomegranates keep well when you freeze them so this is a cheap way to have all you may need.

 Cut off and discard the peel, it's poisonous and use mostly the seeds. Put these in the blender for about a minute or two with water so it doesn't damage the blade of your blender. If you don't have a blender you can get one cheap at a lawn sale for $5 like I did. 


Pepitas


While they have zinc which is considered to both be toxic and anti parasitic, Peptas are also considered to be safe.  The zinc is in low enough dose to not have that much influence by toxicity. It's the antiparasitic compounds in pepitas they give them their power here.

The pepitas have a lot of magnesium which is considered to be the 10-cent health miracle with 365 advantages for your physiology..well 365 and 1/4! 


Magnesium can cause you diarrhea if you have too much so you also want to limit your dose of pepitas to a handful each day. 


The good news while any one of these three methods isn't as powerful the combination..of more! has value.



Pepitas are awesome for antiparasitic value. They have strong antiparasitic compounds and both zinc and magnesium but not too much zinc so it doesn't harm you and it's food based zinc.


You can take these internally with a bit of something like garlic salt they are delicious, and also for skin parasites you can put them in the blender with water and then store them in your jug and add them on with a brush to your skin to apply the paste of this type with the pomegranate if you'd like.

You can take all  four at once internally without much toxicity Avemar pomegranate Terapeutics and papitas. 

 You can only take the Terapeutics formula for a month and for this reason Avemar pomegranate and pepitas become essential because they'll remove it while you wait another month to restart taking the Therapeutics if you need to.


 Pomegranate with pepitas and the Terapeutic formula worked the best for GI parasites for me because they are good for GI health. The Terapeutic formula didn't quite finish it off and it eventually returned without the other methods.



This is the value of using the other methods like pepitas and the Terapeutics formula with the pomegranate because you don't have to use a super high dose of pomegranate that by itself isn't completely effective against the parasite..


As I say be sure to ask your doctor or other health care provider before trying any of these methods...



About Nattokinase


 This is essentially an enzyme that cleanses out your circulation by purifying the blood. It dissolves biofilms and the fibrin coat that may be an important part of the biofilm.


 When you remove the biofilm, the parasite can't hide out inside of it as much and so your immune system and formulas like the Terapeutics formula can much more easily find it.


  Otherwise your immune system knows something's wrong and tries to attack your own system and often will give you a problem (like autoimmune) like an allergy or eczema, if you don't also remove the biofilm.


One thing to note since 4 out of 5 will have cancer is to proceed with caution with nattokinase if you have it because cancer cells have a fibrin coat and when they can't hide out from the immune system it makes them more malignant, you're also waking up your immune system. As I say below making your own Avemar FWGE maybe a great way to make your immune system super strong which in the long run might be the best about parasites and other pathogens which in the long run might be the best bet about parasites and other pathogens. Even so here I make no promises and you have to see your health care professional before you make any changes in lifestyle like diet or exercise. Cancer cells have a fibrin coat that's 10 to 15 times thicker than other cells and like the parasites they're hiding out behind it and saying "hey we're the good ones you can trust us".


You notice that while the Terapeutics formula is for GI health, for internal use only! RIGHT! You can take it externally for parasites and also the nattokinase for parasites and this can reduce the dose you use for both. 


This can also be important as I say if you have cancer because you're not reducing the fibrin coat too much. 


 Even while nattokinase is quite effective with biofilms and removing the fibrin, even for cancer cells since the cancer cells have 15 times more fibrin, I found, for me at any rate there was enough time to get in remove the biofilm and kill the parasite with the Terapeutic formula and get out.

It's been found by research that one way to increase the fibrin if you're taking enzymes like natto is to drink Protein health drinks.

The Therapeutic formula is advertised as safe and mild. This is what you might want for an antiparasite formula. You may want the ingredients that work yet you don't want problems like nausea. Neither Terapeutics nor nattokinase have these problems I found. 



For cancer itself, you want a super strong immune system and you can help achieve this by making your own ferment of wheat germ extract FWGE or like sourdough bread. 


 

 Four out of five people will eventually have cancer. Cancer doctors recommend that every person with cancer make sure to take Avamar or FWGE of this type because when taken with conventional cancer treatment this increases survival rates by more than 60%.

 


 New Scientist says that the risk of antibiotic resistance as it develops may make the previous pandemics seem mild. Bacteria depend on biofilms and also having a really super strong immune system won't hurt that much either especially if it doesn't cost too much. 


 Why people were stressed by washing their hands during Covid. You may want to start now with hygiene like washing your hands with the alarms on the timer of your cell phone. I think one of the main reasons people found Covid stressful was because they really didn't know how to wash their hands. One method I had thought of like for doctors before Covid where even doctors had trouble remembering to wash their hands was to actually put antibacterial powder inside of mittens, cozy warm hands that aren't miserable are a treat in the air conditioning.. 


More recently I realized why I found this to be difficult at any rate anyhow. And that was my cell phone wasn't really portable with the alarms. It's much easier to use alarms to remember to wash your hands if you have alarms that are portable. So much of the problem with cell phones about this has been that you can't keep listening while you're charging the phone as much. This cuts out half the time to be alert to wash your hands and you forget.


 So really a quite practical way to remember to wash your hands (and you can start now as I am) is to buy a 25$ cell phone battery charger on Ebay. I couldn't use the ones with the wire and the extra two plugs. This is complicated It'll damage your wires plugs and tangle up. 


 To not drop my cell phone itself I use a shoelace and tie/sew it to a pouch to wear on my shoulder with a shoelace.


The shoelace is tied to the back of my cell phone with a loop through that you put duct tape then to secure the duct tape itself you can wrap transparent heavy packing tape around the two sides of the duct tape around the front of your phone over the screen. This makes it so you can type right in as I am with future speech recognition I see! Now you don't drop your cell phone. 


So my belief has been about the reason why the doctors didn't like to wash their hands a lot before...they might! It's not just because of the miserable air conditioning because you feel more like being involved with business when your hands are warm as in the research, but also because of not remembering to remind themself to wash often enough.


 So using your cell phone well with the charger may become a literally lifesaving event for a lot of people e.g. if antibiotic resistance increases etc. I think it's wise to prepare for this now and not forget the pandemic.


Not only this you'll never drop your cell phone if you tie it like this and with reduced frustration for general use because you don't have to time out all the time to charge it. 


 Remember for Bluetooth headphones you can actually get 120 hours on a single charge for just $30 or so great for audio...


This trick of having the timer in reach by way of the charger can make it so that you can make a list of things on your timer that you can do for your health. If like me you have several herbs fish oil.. MCT, Cabbage.. and other health foods you may want to take each day for health purposes, I just couldn't remember to take them all. The real problem was that the alarm was out of reach because of relatively constant interruptions to have to take time out to charge. So using this kind of charger for your phone can have real value for health including your behavioral health.


For example if you have a relative as I've had that comes in from out of town and  start saying the same thing over and over, asking for a reply, somehow you've been in this conversation before.


What you can do is set up your timer for that day for two or three times before they arrive, and then you see them drive up you just press the button on your audio and you can still hear part of what they're saying but you're no longer bound by their hopes for music depreciation I love unrap music!


  I look into AI like the search engine for news of many valuable truths like science and make up comedy about these and memorize them as I say on my other sites, and I've made more sure I have more health prosperity and celebration to report to all.


 Criticism has value if it's constructive but if a person's just kind of going off into this cheap video trick, even with relatives it can happen to the best of them, so I say, right, I can listen to them as much as like a person doesn't understand the other language and get the general area of what they're saying so this kind of removes most of the details they might be hoping to add on. I'm just a bit partially deaf I'm waiting for the day when real AR may become viable.

Preparing food with a pressure cooker has advantages. You don't have to pay too much for food and the chefs in the plant who want to be paid 5 times as much as it costs them to blend the ingredients  with minimal labor by the machine.

Of course the chefs deserve some understanding because there are many reasons why potato chips are so much more expensive than potatoes. The solution at any rate is how you save a whole lot of ore more and your health more often if you just cook your own food which is easy with a pressure cooker with a timer.. you simply toss the potatoes in..you don't have to cut them, press the button and wait an hour for it to heat up and cool down and you save a boat coupe..Ships are Up! And it's much easier to clean out your dishes.. I was about as unchef as I could be and my house never even burnt down and was cozy! Before I learned how to do this..


If you're like 25 years old or in your teens you may like making your own dish especially. If you're older or poor there may be good news for you also!


 What is the secret to saving $200,000 on food? 


If you look at examples like health juice and potato chips, you may have guessed the answer, right! You've already re-read me above ..You may be rich by preparing your own foods.. this is much cheaper than letting the store chef prepare it for you from 1000 miles away, if you're you why wait!


 I never thought I was much of a cook but a cyber pressure cooker makes this much easier and I look forward to all the years of having more money by knowing how from this source.. If you're older you can also hope to prosper by the money you save as I'll discuss below.


 Even if you don't invest the money you make by saving on food you can still have hundreds of dollars or more each month extra just by preparing your own food.


 The more virtues you have the more you tend to have so 30 years ago I considered myself wise to start searching for ways to eat right. If you've been considering doing so and if you're reading this site because you want to improve, eating right may not only help you live better and longer.... you also may have more control by money more often. And this may help you flourish in other ways..

 If you  searched for years like I have to find ways just to eat right you can also have enough money to afford things like more social mobility (if my landlord liked electric guitar music but not dogs who sang!) and better values on what you buy..

And here is what's so real!...you can save $200,000 over like 40 years if you buy a pressure cooker and I would recommend that you would buy one with a  timer.. 

And if you start to invest it and put half of it into coins like gold or collectible silver coins and perhaps invest half of it in crypto with each loop you may make far more money than just this basic $200,000! Ross Perot the billionaire would always say you earn more, you invest more and you do this in loops.

I'm not selling anything or trying to sell anything here but I think we would generally be better off having more money.. it's good for the leading celebration signs.. maybe Barney the dinosaur would sing!

And by cooking your own dish,  the dry beans which are 1/5 the cost of the same canned beans without too much salt and the flavor is considered to be much better by us who eat!

Why be roughing it when you eat out if living with nature is turning off Bluetooth..


 Add twice the height of the water of the beans, turn on the timer set your time... it won't take much practice and you can do this for different dishes. For example my pressure cooker says beans are for 35 minutes.


 I like to cook mine to 45 minutes to an hour on low pressure since I can't seem to get the force to fit it well! Cooking for an hour will also clean your pot as well as stop the bacteria. There aren't a lot of bowls to wash with this, I got a Blue Diamond pressure cooker..


 I went through about 10 lo cost Chinese pressure cookers on the Amazon list and all of them turned out to be with toxicity State of California about lead and cadmium so finally there I find a valuable one for about 60$ that wasn't State of California it's Blue Diamond diamond infused seems super strong..


 "Similar as if seen on TV" I thought it was used but then I see the owner's manual where it says with this slapped  on label WARRANTY May NOT BE Like REFURBISHED!

Here I'm a bit surprised because I've had bad experiences with refurbished before..but I think probably because it was mostly hardware and not  "to save" computer chips because they're more complex to repair and they don't want to risk an explosion, this is one kind of refurbish that might be worth more more often.


 The reviews for the pressure cooker I bought on Amazon were four stars and often higher..


 The point of this is the pressure cooker has real value for use with dry beans.. You can easily eat them without salt fat sugar cholesterol chemicals and reduction much reduced.. Those who eat beans for example just four times a week are 27% less likely to have cardiovascular woes.  

Beans and vegetables are the antioxidant Superstars according to WebMD ..


I like to use natural artificial sweeteners on my beans sometimes and of course some of the time smoked and sweet paprika salt which makes a pretty darn good salt substitute so you can reduce salt in moderation which you can find in the Old Bay Seafood and poultry Shelf.. If you like the flavor be sure to try other types of seasoned salt for example lemon pepper salt is great and so is a tropical seasoning I got like Badia. I like the flavor of ketchup on my beans or other dishes.. sort of like a cool mucho richo burrito..


If you want to cut down on salt like a lot of people a good trick is not to use herbs which are totally without flavor value as recommended on 10,000 sites of course mine is the 1th! The most optimal trick is not to use potassium salt substitutes which are harmful for those whose cardio who need it the most like most will have but rather seasoned low salt herb blends.. here you really do want the chefs to do some labor because they found the flavors that are the best with low salt and that are good enough to sell. Herbal Blends though like Mrs Dash I totally I think or without value as salt substitutes substitutes.. as I say on the link you can cut your salt down by 90% by this method and still have good flavor Click Here or if you like see the same link with my links at the end of the page..


 The beauty of a pressure cooker is you can launch your lunch and the beans at the same time.  If you're like me I was eating food like the chips and juice and even later canned beans and corn when I realized what the other food was doing to my health.. "For this privilege" I was paying about $70 a week even at the cheapest or so I thought..


But if you start eating beans potatoes rice and pasta you can have a food bill as low as $3 or even $1.50 a day.. Of course you wouldn't do this all the time but for starters you can actually pay for the pressure cooker in just 6 days with the money you save for a $70 refurbished pressure cooker like mine! 

Even if the pressure cooker cost 160 and it stopped once a month you could buy a new pressure cooker every month and still get $160 extra a month year after year..For example if you're poor this is going to give you both more food security and control over your food as well as less trips out to get your food etc. 


 The average American spends $57 on lunch. You're getting at least $12 a day extra and doing something good for your health.. if you're like most Americans here is a way to save an extra $28,000 or so a year..


 In 8 years if you're now 20 you'll have $200,000 or so extra..imagine investing and it goes up many times and you're a millionaire or at any rate you feel like 999,999!


Stuart Kime in his book The Greatest Moneymaking Secrets in America says that if you invest just $500 a year at age 18 with a 15% return by the time you reach 40 your savings would amount to $74,000 and without investing another dollar your $74,000 would amount to over 2.4 million by the time you were 65. Your total out-of-pocket cost would amount to just $11,000.. 


 Stuart says a Fidelity mutual fund provides a safe 15% return on savings.. Fidelity is the nation's largest and most successful mutual fund company.


 About 1 and 10 working or retired Americans own at least one Fidelity fund.


 This was in the days before alt coins and we can imagine going through two business loops of just once every 3 years which is considered to be the usual time before another general profit opportunity arises (according to Nicholas Merton of the data Dash video site on YouTube) and while this is presumably more risky than mutual funds as they say about stuff like this the volatility is the price that some might pay for the chance of earning more money.


  For $10,000 as with the Fidelity mutual fund event which as above may earn you more than $2 million dollars divided into $200,000 you might save on food so you might actually earn 12 times that much or $500 a month extra not in a year or $24 million you might make out of just having a pressure cooker and the complete time of investment that Stewart considers.. At age 20 putting the 500 dollars a year into the Fidelity account up to when they're 40 and they quit this is only 15% interest per year. If you start saving money with the pressure cooker and other food as I will discussing more about here earning more is possible since you're saving it up to 12 times the rate Stuart discusses..Crypto makes it so you can make money 60 times faster if the force is with you, so if the market is favorable it's possible to profit far more much sooner these days than having to wait 45 years as with Stuart's plan.


Some investments can make more than others but you also have to remember that the markets may not do well. Consider for example that 95% of cryptos will come and go relatively quickly I was wondering if to buy in more of the cheap ones would be a good idea so my overall cost is lower.

 These go up far more as a percentage than the more famous ones like Bitcoin or Ether. The alt coins can go up hundreds of times like for example Ether Classic went up 175 times from a dollar last year in 2021 as I write this but due to the fame of the larger ones they may only go up like five or six times..this is still a 500% profit far more then by a method like mutual funds..

Because of the risk of so many of them being vaporware I wanted to look into perhaps more medium-sized cryptos with the market cap not so small and also recommended from expert sites used by a lot, like say the Motley Fool.. who says no one learns from what's foolish or the Fool doesn't have value..  If you buy too many small investments they may not be able to stay in business and make profit and as I say the larger ones don't even make that much profit so some tend to favor medium sized coins that are both recommended and with a higher trust rating for what might be most optimum events.. also it's valuable to put like half your coins into gold coins you can easily buy online to retain like half of your earnings.


For all your crypto trading you want to buy an offline cold wallet like a Tresor and these may seem kind of expensive but you can easily pay for it with the money you may make from trading. Another option is if you use your SD card or a memory chip as a cold wallet but this takes special software....


 You don't want to store your gold coins in your house because it's not safe. A lot of the coin and Bullion trading sites online like Kitco or Apmex have huge volume and some like Money Metals Exchange have a place where you can actually store your coins safely on their business site. Money Metals Exchange stores their gold business stores at their facility in Idaho and it's even above the Sheriff's Office which is in the building below.


If you store about half of your profit in something like gold coins you can easily safely buy and sell online, with each of your hopeful profit and reinvestment loops after you earn enough or wait till your past 65, if all the crypto goes down overnight you're still making money all the time.. gold has been going up regularly at 1% per month over the last 20 years so it takes about $200,000 to have enough to live on it cheap rate of 2,000 a month you earn from the coins and of course it's just the base rate and you can imagine earning more..


 There are a lot of people who are making thousands of dollars a day by some of these methods without work.


 Collectible coins earn far more than just bullion coins but bullion is standard issue and they're simpler to sell with no frills other than the thrill of perhaps being wealthy! Even so it may be valuable to consider sorting all your coins into bins like by 5-year bins and then searching through by YouTube videos  a 1943 copper penny worth a million dollars and many coins from 1993 or other years can be worth $20,000 including the 1969 double die obverse Lincoln cent, worth about $40,000. And a 1964 Jefferson nickel is worth 1.1 million dollars and the Oldham coin is a nickel worth about $3 million dollars.


 While buying and selling bullion coins like gold is real easy and you can hope to exchange your way up by starting with low-cost cheap coins (old enough to be valuable but cheap enough where you can buy in and they might appreciate like for example dimes from the 1920s) and buying low and selling high, the best way I can think of getting into this market which would seem to be a good general area to be in or the cheapest way would seem to be just to go through coins from the bank Guided by YouTube videos. You might record these and I use my other phone to do it without downloading YouTube videos which might have issues and there's an air gap  a wind gap a steam gap in a rain gap which is great for August Heat and the luxury of AC!


You can save the more valuable coins which you  submit to sites like Heritage Auctions for a free evaluation. A method I like is to make a scotch tape label with light green painters tape that you wrap around and embalm the coin with the Scotch tape where you can see it but you also write on that label data about what you think the coin might be worth and its year and so on. So these three methods using small burp jugs in a plastic shoe box labeled by year to sort them combined with one jug you would sort your most precious ones and then use the labels to find them individually is a method of keeping track of all your coins.


For your most valuable ones of all you can use a transparent poly sheet and tape it on one side you can see on the other side plus the label with paper tape on it to label that sheet of coins and store it in a binder and buy a coin scale you can get for $20 or less on Amazon to weigh them and see if you have a zinc coin or a copper coin and if you drop it and it looks just like any other coin some of them will bounce up and heads you win a million dollars sometimes at any rate!

While some people have made $100,000 doing coin sorting like this and part of the time you can indeed hope to work your way up by buying low and selling high just by buying coins that are already considered valuable and hoping for them to appreciate, the best method we could imagine might be just to sort through all your coins and find the rare ones and cash in because here you're not in the basic level of the market and you don't have to exchange your way up so much by buying low and selling high because if you own  coin like this that's rare and valuable if you find it you have an easy time selling it you have the market cornered no one else has it and it will appreciate with time. You might think of your coins a different way instead of something you spend but rather something you hope to multiply the power of over and over.


 Realistically according to this MSNBC site link you might expect to make at least $1,000 a month extra for 2 hours of coin sorting a day.


 Unlike real estate or investing in timber like the wealthy you get the same rate of appreciation for $100,000 gold or bullion coins and don't need  real estate to mow a lawn around them or do repairs on the lead plumbing..you may get cash flow without doing a lot of work.. and you can also cash in anytime. Even so the rich think of money as something not that you spend but that you multiply over and over.

Any food processing amateur can have the equivalent status of an expert or like a doctor who also waits on the other side to profit a lot from most essentially amateur dietitians most are if they're living their life in a rush and who trust both the doctors or don't think much about the long-term events of the amateur chefs in the food processing plant..


Consider potato chips.. They take about half a potato and add fat and salt and cholesterol and may make you fat.. Like corn chips potato chips are an ultra processed food. The doctor bill is bad, worse is that the $5 potato potato chip bag just cost 50 cents for the ingredients. I don't want to take it with me when I go I just want more or enough to be here, here is somewhere more than when!


The doctor finishes by charging $50,000 for an operation and the "chef" charges about the same..


 Or consider when they say juice like in juice jugs are health food.. this was implied with the Juicy Juice campaign. While sites like  Mercola or Dr Axe say our bodies are just not able to withstand the shock of these juices.


Remember juice drinks damage blood sugar (50%  of adults now have blood sugar issues and 80% of the older people will..)



I consider it to be one of the greatest charities there is just to eat right because you're helping others to have the opportunity to eat right if they want to. This may have more impact on society than most charities..By way of this "economic vote" you're actually defending other people from the food processing technology business and the doctors.


Why should these "experts" like doctors or chefs "earn" lots and lots of money and damage your health and be uncharitable? We deserve health and wealth and time to think.. A full house and a rock'n roll band is not too much to demand!



More about What kind of Food You can Save On

 For the rest of the nutritional picture you might want to try cheaper produce because it's often 50 cents a pound which is the cheapest of all these types of foods, sort of a baseline to which you rate the other foods by cost.. For example I was eating coleslaw a couple of times a week and it's like $4 for a tin if tin is aluminum! But cabbage is about 80 cents a pound and this is four times cheaper than coleslaw without all the fat and salt and while this is sort of moderately higher, grapes are actually about $2 a pound so they're four times more expensive than the cheap most.. 


 Once you have a benchmark to measure the rest of your veggies you more definitely know what you're getting if you want to use this plan for making money.. for my usual dish I might eat beans for three meals a day with the steam beam for about a 50 cents perhaps a half a lb of veggies for $0.25 cabbage for another $0.25 and other types of foods that seem to bite back a bit about cost but also may exercise my appetite fat more!

To save more you can try apps like Flashfood which finds food from grocery stores that are almost out of fashion but real in value being alive more often in health and wealth and then you pay online and go to the store and pick up your groceries at a discount. The food isn't wasted and you save more yourself.

More about the Pressure Cooker.

 True you can add the other foods like yogurt about twice a week or three times a week it's quite delicious even though it's not so cheap.. I don't want to eat too much dairy because most people have 20 lb of crud in their GI that parasites like to hold on with..

(There are ways to clean this out mechanically like DE diatomaceous earth but you want to see other sites about the cautions.)



I eat about half my food as beans, the rest vegetables and grains etc.


Fish like salmon while expensive is a must.. where I live a can of salmon is about $5 and only lasts about a week but it has vitamin A and D and omega-3 and also calcium. I think it takes a lot better with ketchup sort of like in a restaurant and ketchup is generally good to flavor food.


The main point of what I'm saying is that you can bring your food bill down 90% with parsimonious use of your pressure cooker combined with savvy about other foods plus some foods that are more rich but healthy also to eat in reduced bites.


 And every month you get like an extra $500 and in 30 years you  have an extra $175,000 and you're worth a field of wheat.. 

While you can wait all night to cook your food because a lot of pressure cookers like mine! Cook the food and then keeps it warm for 10 hours relatively often you might want to eat sooner and the food is hot. This can burn your mouth and your stomach you don't want too much hotburn for a hot or heat transplant.. I make medical history if I live to be a thousand one day. So while  I'm waiting for the food to cool one good trick I use to save on food cost and improve health is to eat MCT oil (from coconut oil) called tricaprin according to the University of Osaka and sites like SciTech daily and my doctor agrees tricaprin reverses cardio. So in addition to the many heart healthy benefits of eating food without salt and sugar from the pressure cooker while I'm hungry I eat a bit of this good fat. Even two teaspoons has enough fat for 70% of the RDA so this may be satisfying and within limits  the nutrition you can actually save on food costs due to the MCT high calorie content.


Another good option to cool your food without fat! YES! Blend your beans or other food with frozen food like peas or corn from right out of the freezer. This both cooks them with fresh flavor as well as cools the beans from the pot. While I like using MCT oil part of the time, other times

Did you know? Only 10% of Americans get enough vegetables each day, a formula for disaster.


 This is particularly true of the poor and young adults.


The three main causes that are listed why people don't eat vegetables as much perhaps as they would like are, cost, burden of time spent preparing the vegetables, and availability.


If as I say you save at least $160 a month on your pressure cooker and you don't have access to a good supermarket you can actually buy a pressure cooker and then use the money you make to move to there if you don't have the money.


So availability may not be that much an issue with the pressure cooker. For preparation this is by far the easiest I've seen. It's not quite perfect because you do have to cut up some of your vegetables like for example butternut squash or cabbage or to save you may easily do with beans alone or potatoes alone for days to have your 1$ food cost that day.


 As I say I like to add vegetables because I don't want to live off of just beans and potatoes while they are easy to make.


You can add many other herbs in the basic bean or rice or pasta dish.


For example

radishes, 

squash, 

celery, 

herbs of many types, 

carrots,

cabbage, 

tomatoes,

nuts,

garlic,

onions,

mushrooms,

corn, 

peas,

And many other types of vegetables.


You can add as many as you'd like but you still need flavoring for this other than as I found perhaps potatoes. I recommend using like celery salt, himalayan salt crystals or garlic salt perhaps at low dose, and instead of using high dose which will kill your heart you may want to use a sweetener combined with the flavored salt which makes it taste more generally good with the flavor what else! No you find flavor with your nose according to people who don't know named scientists or people who are un willing to do as much to get their work done. These people are called bosses! The rich have access to the tops of all the hills but the rest of us have more exercise climbing, life's not all bad. Wealth is not a guarantee of failure, up to about $75,000 a year it's been found it does increase the value of living and here the pressure cooker may be helpful. 



 For a hybrid method the idea is that the pressure cooker makes it so that the pasta or the bean flavor or the potato flavors drown out the flavor of the other vegetables that seemed so yucky to eat otherwise. In truth you can taste a slight flavor of cabbage for butternut squash when you cook them with pinto beans and it tastes generally like a bean but with a nice change when you eat it, remember restaurants.. are what? 


 So by mixing more food in your pressure cooker you can get access to a whole lot more vegetables. I could never eat carrots or even okra or cabbage much or butternut squash. And so on and so on they just seemed so yucky! But with the pressure cooker I save money and eat to live, if not more so!


 And about cost you save enough with the pressure cooker to eat right even if you thought you couldn't before. Basically you can use the money you save to buy more expensive vegetables (still much cheaper than if you buy them prepared) like this you add to your beans or pasta or potatoes, and yet for many weeks at a time you may be able to eat cheaper and bring your cost way down. I  tend to alternate between cheap and rich, good things are not cheap cheap things are not good, sometimes both are richer and a nice cheap bank saves much! I won't eat my aluminum fillings my fizz jugs are solid gold sound chips! Aluminum yum!


 What are the cheapest healthy foods that you can actually eat?

 I see these sites that list foods that I just couldn't eat that were cheap for example pasta totally damages blood sugar and eggs they get totally frumpy after a day or two. Here I want to list list some cheap staple foods that I found I never get tired of hardly at all.


Potatoes try to get 10 potatoes for $3 or 2.50 a good value.

You can add seasoned salt or ketchup to them for a good flavor..


Beans likewise also..

Oats as in oatmeal..


I've been eating them for years every day and haven't got tired of them provided that I also added like sweetener like lohan with erythritol the sweetener most recommended by doctors like Splenda brand although other brands are cheaper, I just have water and sweetener for the oats and it's easy to make.

Apples are really cheap you can get 10 of them in a bag often for dollar where I live often look for sales at the store.. I don't like like Granny Smith apples they're sort of like so sour granny must have been selling lemons! Other kinds of apples have better flavor I think and you should research this for a while and you'll find ones that may be the comfortable for you.


Swiss Miss low fat milk powder this is just a dollar a day also.


I tend to supplement these foods with more expensive healthy foods like blueberries or other berries that are frozen. You can blend them with the oats or the milk powder to make them so that they are not too cold right out of the freezer and for a great delicious flavor.


Even so these treats can give you literally a $25 cost a week for your food.

 I also found that instead of using a pressure cooker I can just use the stainless steel pot from the ones I've had both of mine crashed in an unrelated event because I took the lid and put it on the stove burner by accident and it melted the lid a bit and because it doesn't keep pressure and the pressure cooker is totally worthless.

 If you wanted this more cheaply and in a safer sort of way you just get a large stainless steel pot as I use for my pressure cooker itself and add lots of water to the top.. you can either simmer food like potatoes for hours or heat it up first while watching the pot more carefully and then simmer for hours. You may have found that when you're trying to cook with a pot on the stove and you just have a small pot It seems to catch fire often with fire water And this can be really a risk like a farmer who absent-mindedly left the milkers on the cows and turned them inside out.. no problem the world wide web WWW is round! By using more water you have a larger safety time zone and the $60 a week is saved also. Be sure to only add the food to 2/3 of the height of the pot and also you can add water like 3/4. While lots of water will rarely catch fire, if you can't see how much water is in the pot it was more probably tend to boil down with hours of simmering. Since it's boiling off the water even if simmering you will tend to need to be adding water maybe once or twice. 



Better yet is to make a double boiler; I used two six and 12 quarts stainless steel stock pots.. you're pouring about as much water into the large one around the small one as you are in the small pot.


The best way I found a cool potatoes was to take the inner six quart stock pot and put it into my metal sink and then turn on the water from the faucet so that it's divided half into the potato pot and half into the sink. This will cool all your potatoes pretty fast and because you divided the water of the faucet, half of it's going outside the pot and to the sink and so when the hot water finally flows over the pot it blends with the cooler water from the faucet in the sink and this goes down the tube without melting your plastic pipes. Who says your pipes have no Youtube sounds!



This makes it so you don't have to burn your beans ever or not nearly as often and so you don't have to scrape out your pot a third of the time from all the carbon.


 If it does burn you can remove charcoal from stainless steel with baking soda. Make a paste let it soak and then scrape it out. Baking soda is great for cleaning stainless steel or for example a linoleum floor. It both loosens up dirt and whitens your off-white floor and cleans it by vibration at the same time! 


I only use a bowl and some silverware and it's easy to just soak your silverware and baking soda and water to easily clean them overnight just rinse with water.

But only using a minimum of dishes I don't have to wash my dishes all the time..
