My Absolute Best Fitness and Cognitive Boost Exercise Method For You, Also Works for events like for Music, Cleaning or Reading

Here I want to discuss my own special way I learned to exercise for those who don't have CFS.

How To Keep Your Arms In Shape. Non Rock n Roll Musicians often live to 90 more often, 90 is more! This is believed to be because of both social value and brain exercise, but also because they keep their arms strong playing instruments. This boosts the mitochondria, tiny energy plants in all muscles that cleanse the circulation more than the heart that mosty has circulation without the self cleansing and energy boost! In evolution before we walked on feet we used our arms more so they have a lot of potential.

Boxing with your favorite song, like Paul McCartney of the Beatles, He was studying to be an electrician, the wall was always a box-sing event when he wired up the walls!

 My Best Exercise Method I've Reached in About 30 Years..


If you're tired, I recommend slowing down without stopping, waiting till your muscle cleanses out, then repeat till you're tired either way. I like to stop like 25% before the "tired either way saturation event" so I have extra breathing for my muscles. Like once or twice a week I go more all out. The extra boost from the usual exercise like faster slower helps with this. I use it for all my exercise, cleaning, music and reading, when I read I read the memo stop and meditate on what I've read, thenrepeat till tired. Knowhow is like food, it's not how much you eat but how well you digest it! 


This, like High Intensity Interval Training is 3-4 times more efficient and not nearly so tiring! I think most people are poisoning their muscle about 1/3 of the time for almost any exercise without this method, good for any exercise. I use it to climb hills at angle and then walk sideways and repeat.. breathing much heavier at the top without pain. I'm refreshed at the top of the hill, not out of breath much.

 I thought I would always be macho and climb right to the top, but I was always tired all the next day, with this I'm without the afterburn. I'm not staying like I was. I'm up with each climb not level! It takes a couple of weeks to remove the soreness. 

I also start with more climbing then slow down to speeding up and slowing down in smaller "bites" then stop when tired of climbing the hill. Easier than flip flops at Christmas I feel more hugs around! Then I walk on several miles for burning calories. "It's not by exertion but by burning calories that walking burns fat."


  Like most perhaps I tried High Intensity Interval Training by running fast then slow and I couldn't stay with it, it was just a pain. But "don't exercise to get fit, get fit to exercise". Note that when you start each time your muscles will be a bit sore, this is usual. After about 10 or 25 minutes of slow exercise like walking your muscles are warmed up and then you can speed up often a lot without more than mild discomfort (for those without CFS).


The takeaway is you can do Interval Training at any level not just high intensity so you get stronger not weaker and this might well help a lot of people do Higher Intensity exercise eventualy who would otherwise have it out of reach. 

How I got CFS some perscriptions cause it. My doctor didn't know the pharma was selling a bad perscription, there was a large settlement.. my CFS was unnecessary.. not having it is the best however! ..like Covid, it could have happened to anyone. I sure sympathize a lot. It's not what happens to us but our reaction to it that counts. Here on my site you see some of my reactions to CFS. Hopefully I've helped others with my misfortune about the pharmas error. "There is no bad that does not bring good". You often will find solutions on my site that are cheaper and more powerful than a doctors cost. This isn't by accident. I can't promise perfection but I wish us the best..
