 Tips and tricks.. 10 Ways to reduce and reverse high blood pressure issues METHODS ANYONE WITH CARDIO CAN USE "and why they are of value for cardio"" my CFS is cured now what?...possible value for those with long covid.


See your doctor before making any change in diet or lifestyle. This site is not designed to diagnose treat or cure any disease.


First and foremost if you have higher blood pressure be sure to see your doctor.. the methods on this page are only to use as an augment to the basic pharmaceuticals that are the most efficient reducing high blood pressure. This is because while the following methods are powerful it's not yet known if they will cure high blood pressure.


 On this site I discussed previously how I cured my CFS by raising my blood pressure to more moderate levels by both using Avemar the wonder drug for cancer that can completely repair even a severely damaged immune system, and comfort foods. 


 We read about how CFS Chronic Fatigue Syndrome has no known cure and as I say on my post about Avemar and CFS, mostly this is like low blood pressure as for the reasons I talk about on that page other than the inflammations etc. For Example problem solving goes down 27% for those with CFS with the tilt table while blood pressure simultaneously takes a steep drop.

And e.g. phenylalanine while not for long term use due to side effects raises blood pressure and all CFS symptoms stop there. As I say on my CFS Avemar post since phenylalanine is not in reach another way to cure CFS may be by eating comfort foods ect to raise blood pressure to healthier levels, and also Avemar to also hope to remove tne viruses that may cause CFS.


 Here I want to talk about what I did once my CFS was under control (mostly cured).. As I say having moderate blood pressure is much more comfortable than CFS, and I would trade moderate blood pressure which tends towards higher any day for CFS. One reason for this is there's so little science that has been done on CFS or the related events of long covid.. With CFS there is darkness and while like the amateur astronomers we love the stars too dearly to be fearful of the night, there's a lot to be said for sunshine also. There's been a lot of research about cardio. Even better is the huge reduction in pain I got when my blood pressure rose up to more moderate levels.


Here I want to talk about what I'm doing now that I'm learning how to control high blood pressure itself. 


 This post is for anyone with CFS and perhaps those with long covid.. the first phase is to cure it mostly and then the second phase is where I've learned to control my blood pressure also while wearing elevator shoes!


 So here are the methods...


1.MCT oil. MCT stands for medium chain triglycerides specifically tricaprin. According to the University of Osaka Japan and my doctor tricaprin can reverse cardio problems!


2. Vitamin K2 specifically mK7 found in natto powder. I tried other types of K2 including Ghee Butter from Free Range Cows as well as tofu don't be TOFI Thin Outside Fat  Inside! I also tried synthetic H2 and either these are were a dearth of any K2 like ghee butter or tofu they also have nowhere near as much k2 as simply buying natto powder.

The ghee butter and tofu might cost you $12 a month for the butter and 30 for tofu. As I say below natto powder is far far cheaper. 


Cheap synthetic K2 is made from tobacco and it made me really nauseous. I can't take a ride on the porcelain bus because the barf is much more rich than the burp!


 K2 is much more numerous in natto or fermented soy. It has 90% more than the next nearest food so it's sort of an outlier in the field of veggies.


 There are two reasons I recommend getting real natto powder; when I bought natto beans they're so yucky and stinky mine went rancid in about 3 weeks even after I paid $60 for them. Here too you want velocity in the veggie field! 


 But powdered natto which I paid $60 for is a lifetime supply because it keeps so well in the refrigerator. Powder is vastly superior to the yucky beans since it isn't rancid! 


 This is how to get your MK7 the good K2 for your heart. 


 And what do I mean by good? A healthy artery without calcium buildup has 80 times more K2 in it than a clogged up artery. K2 makes it so you can continue to eat dairy without dying of the calcium overload even if you have high blood pressure like most. 80% of seniors will have high blood sugar and 90% will have high blood pressure.



 While K2 is not recommended for those with blood thinners this may not apply as much for people with CFS who have high blood viscosity.


I've been taking taheebo the wonderous South American immune fitness booster for years and it acts like Warfarin but I've never had any issue with bleeding.


If you have CFS and are thinking of taking any a blood thinners (they actually reduce risk of dying of covid by 50%). See your doctor first.. for anyone else blood thinners with K2 are not recommended.


 3.Here I also want to talk about polycosinol, a sugar cane extract that dramatically reduces bad cholesterol without change in good HDL cholesterol. Polycosinol shows many improvements in heart health measures and has no known side effects other than its value as a fitness booster.


4.And speaking of fasting as I talk real fast, there's actually a way you can fast without restricting your food. It's a substance in every living cell has no known side effects but also relaxes you and it's good for behavioral health. The substance is spermadine which you can buy for $25 for a 6-month supply on Amazon. I find this is already worth it for how good it makes me sleep..

As you get older you get less and less spermadine, while you have it any rate, it causes cells not like cancer cells you're not using anymore to die off. Otherwise these cells slow you down as you get older and clog you up! I'll get to the bottom of this even if I have to go right to the elevator!


 5.Another good trick is to buy pomegranate at a cheaper price than pomegranate juice.. You can freeze your pomegranates for long-term storage since sometimes they're not in the store where you can buy them. 


 Pomegranate shows many signs of the marks a lot and so "astoundingly

 limits the advance of heart disease".


Even so I recommend use the lowest dose possible because it can cause damage to your livers P450 cytochrome pathway if used in high doses for long term. P450 is essential to metabolizing many types of foods or prescriptions.




 6.Exercise..You may not think you could but if you don't keep your heart going rapidly every other day or so you're going to have the problem that most people who are 50 years old already have 50% reduction in the width of their coronary blood vessels. You need at least a few minutes of fast exercise each day so your heart doesn't deteriorate.


 A good trick to achieve this is the walk run walk run method. Intermittent fasting and slowing!


You run and do other exercises like weightlifting.. you get tired and your muscles get a bit sore and alternate this fast and slow event. This gives you three times the fitness boost of just walking slowly. So you may find this much easier to work into your schedule. 20 minutes of fast slow fast is the equivalent of an hour of slow walking. Just staying active is not enough to stay fit.


7.CHITIN Chitin pronounced kai-ten is an industrial level degreaser. It's a food additive found in many foods and processed foods. After cellulose, chitin is the second most common naturally occurring polysaccharide (natural sugar).


This may be a way to cleanse out the heart quickly for "first aid". While some use chitin for weight loss also, chitin is not recommended for long-term use because it also reduces soluble vitamins along with the fat like A, D and K2. Since these are more valuable to heart health than removing fat as the good fats like tricaprin can reverse cardio as I say (number 1) above, I consider chitin to be of value only if used short-term though it may be useful to save lives in the event of a heart attack or right after having eaten unhealthy food where some give in to the temptation, or while the wise person also calls and waits for the ambulance to arrive if they have symptoms of cardio issues.

 

Note that this about tempting food can be mostly bypassed by learning to prepare your own food and save thousands of dollars a year as I say..




 

8.. Preparing Your Own Food.. Finally I want to talk about food itself. Only 10% are getting enough vegetables. This may be a formula for disaster because for example one in four age 60 have already died of a heart attack.. And once the first heart attack comes your chances of survival go way down.

9.Make Your Own Custom Salt Substitute- Flavor is a Great Substitute!

How I cut down on salt most efficiently..

As I say using a pressure cooker can be a great way to eat more vegetables while saving money. What kind of salt should I use? I ruled out potassium based salt substitutes because potassium is harmful to people with high blood pressure the ones who need it most. 

I considered a seaweed-based salt substitute these have all kinds of state of California problems in Ohio! No, more like solutions! Thank God for Ohio and California! 

 Here's my best solution, the result of my years of search. First of all you don't want to do without salt completely because basically it takes your brain where you have frowns and convert those to smiles. Eating foods for comfort is basically a way to improve your brain health. This is why so many people will go on eating unhealthy food that tastes good even though while they're dying of doing so. 

 And my best solution is to take salt like a seasoned salt and there are a lot of good formulas for this.. and combine it with herbal salt substitute formulas mostly low in salt. This cuts way down on your salt but you still get the nice flavor you like because the chemical engineers who are thinking this stuff up night and day to earn a wage are not amateur necessarily. So basically here you're building on their wisdom about the flavor combined with the other wisdom of those who want to lower salt if you just don't want to lower it so much.

 Another good trick is to try this method of the low salt herb blend with the seasoned salt in low dose and alternate with a sweetener by the sweetener a bite of the low salt substitute substitutes.. I use like lo han formula by Splenda the brand most recommended by doctors.

 You'll find when you combine these methods together they alternating the sweet and the salty with the food you eat like potatoes or whatever you can dramatically increase the flavor with little increase of the salt. 

The flavor if the salt blend has good flavor and is habit forming most nuns surveyed agree! So I alternate with the sweetener to stay ahead of otherwise "here we go again". This is a more reliable way to keep your blood pressure from going up the next day if you're salt sensitive.

Also alternation of your low salt herb blends is recommended so you don't tire of it flavorwise.


If you have cardio this trick can save your life because potassium based salt substitutes are unsafe and have the least value for cardio and seaweed-based salt substitutes! What flavors I've read about!..seem to have a fishy flavor. The more I sea the more I unread the net!

The good news is there are a lot of seasoned salt blends including lemon pepper which guess what, has salt, garlic salt, I especially like what's called tropical seasoning by Badia, a major Latin American vendor of herbs. With only 75 mg per 1/4 teaspoon gets my top rating for flavor and value. I also highly recommend like sea food and poultry seasoning, and all these would be at low dose with your herbal blend salt substitute with low salt, especially when you alternate them with a healthy sweetener like lo han, a sweetener from China that's never shown any side effect of any kind whatsoever including no sign of blood sugar issues. 

 Blood sugar can have a major influence on the heart, you cut down on sugar by adding the lo han sweetener to foods like blueberries or watermelon which are actually good for cardio and blood sugar health.

 This is an advantage because it makes sweet natural foods that already taste sweet like this taste much better, so in the sweetness and a beautiful flavor you have a real replacement for eating a lot of salt instead.

Another major advantage of getting enough vegetables, it's real brain food and not just an embarrassment of veggies when you buy thawed doubt food in Alaska!


 What is the real reason for the dire vegetable shortage?


 I hold the main reason is because people don't know how to prepare their own food. As I say on my post on the link as you read  below, if you think of restaurant food, it's been prepared provided we're also prepared to be rich and pay them. Potato chips cost five times more than they cost for the potato plus a heart attack add no extra charge well, actually $1.95 and the operation for $50,000..


Did you know can save at least $10 a day by simply buying a pressure cooker with a timer, tossing your potatoes or beans in the pot and cutting down salt sugar and fat to any degree you like..few dishes to wash it's self cleaning..This also makes it so once you have your staple food potatoes beans pasta rice etc you can then put it in with the foods that don't taste as good for nutrition but also for a mildly surprising flavor.


Think of the flavor of restaurant dish, why eat a restaurant, flavors dish enough!


 Basically they've taken these staples and put them with other vegetables just as you can do yourself and save thousands of dollars per year.. 


 The food like pasta or beans drowns out the flavor of the vegetables enough to make them edible! There are a whole lot of people who are dying of blood sugar events and other illness  who don't know this trick. 

10.Fenugreek

 The herb in the familiar candy 

butterscotch fenugreek is Generally Recognised As Safe and has a lot of wondrous value and it's known to even cure blood sugar in mice according to some sources. As I say 80% percent of seniors will have high blood sugar and 90% will have high blood pressure. This is not a coincidence because sugar can have a major damaging effect on blood vessel integrity.


Advanced Glycolization End Substances (AGES) and sugar are sticky and damage your cardio every step of the way. It's believed if it wasn't for sugar people would routinely live to be 120 or 130 years old.

Fenugreek may be of value to a lot of people because it changes how you absorb sugar and fat. If you take it after you've eaten (you don't want to take it on empty stomach) it can dramatically counteract blood sugar issues, or certainly did with mine where I was usually sleepy after sugar otherwise.


 But the treasure of counteracting blood sugar for blood pressure may be that fenugreek counteracts sugar after lunch especially if I do something like exercise.. "Think of sugar as fat".. fenugreek also counteracts the tendency for high triglycerides by way of blood sugar.


Obviously not damaging your blood vessels every time you eat sugar may be valuable. While eating a lot of sugar is not wise at any rate, for the times when you indulge a bit just for the celebration of life fenugreek may be a  celebration like being alive more often also!


 Finally, I want to mention zinc. 

While zinc itself doesn't lower blood pressure, you can cure angina like pressure in your chest. Zinc miners in Poland they got way down deep in blood pressure and they have really low incidence of cardio illness.

 While zinc is not for long-term use because it can cause severe immune system damage and this is also a problem about depleting with K2 and vitamin A and D which are in the long run much better for your heart. 

 Even so as one part of your heart health defense if you have tightness in your chest zinc may be the way to go. Expect nausea though when you take it but you only be taking it for like a week perhaps now and then when you might have more angina. 

 I think of the nausea as some kind of way that your neural health is being depleted more but if you always take it on an empty stomach it's much better about this and I also take it with two other herbs that are neuroprotective. 


 The first herb withiana is an adaptogenic, The definition of an adaptogenic is a herb or method that gives you many benefits for health but doesn't cause harm itself. 

Withiana actually causes relaxation and sweet dreams. Scientists and pharmacists know it as withiana somnifera, meaning causing sleep. Unlike other adaptogenics like panax ginseng or Siberian ginseng withiana is considered to be much smoother or ginseng. 


 Another Herb I take with withiana to reduce the nausea of the zinc is Indian thistle which like ginger which relaxes your body eight ways, is also strongly neuroprotective and also causes relaxation.


 While I've had few or no other side effects with any of the above methods for high blood pressure or any side effects with these two herbs, be sure to ask your doctor first if this is safe with your own prescription if you have a health issue and just for common sense.
