A Note About Setting Up Your Apps and Security

With apps you may have a lot of clutter on your shelf or palm. You may have seen on your app list in your phone that some of them say Google and they have a bunch of small apps inside of this icon like Gmail or other utilities.

This can be a high value for organizing your apps; Basically what I like to do is watch some commercials in my apps while I'm earning money from them watching the video commercials, you canGo to the Play Store or download whatever app you like by searching web pages about what you want to find and then what you can do is take any two apps on your shelf top and take the second one and drag it over to the first one then lift as you let it fall into the other app. If you bump it too much it won't go in and multiply.

(this actually has use of bumping it because you can reverse the order of two apps you see) A somewhat slower motion into the two apps will unify them. The "target app" stretches out a bit to the sides. Now look at the add button on the base of your condensed (open) app memo. Use this to go to your app list and then go down the list and click the app and it's automatically listed in that small icon app.

One great thing about this is about how you can change the label at the top to give you memos about what to do with each app. I use an abbreviation like letters for the name of the subset app and this has real value to notify you about things like what to do about your apps in time, comparing different apps value or just generally labeling your apps for better control.

I currently have hundreds of apps on my phone organized like this and almost no other apps on the second screen. While at about 75 apps some phones will slow down even so this is great for organizing your apps and controlling them..

For example you can have one for verbal value like word editors, one for browsers.. I have one for Charities and one for inspirational motivational apps one for comedy one for coin collecting networking, one for move to earn, browsers, music and so forth.

If you have a lot of apps otherwise it's going to be app clutter to find which one has value.

You can list your apps by flipping them around and alphabetical order and I like to put the number of what I might make from that type of apps like $1,000 or $500 as the first word "bright, "rich" "Exercising" "Sounds like me!"

To prevent risk of hacking what you can do is take a screenshot of your apps list perhaps both on your wake up screen and your apps list in settings. For a screenshot in Android press the power button on the right while simultaneously pressing the low volume button on the left. You can also take a video screenshot of your apps.

You can go in file manager and send that picture to your other phone so that if your phone stops for some reason all you have to do is go back to your apps list and get back and search for those apps and rebuild. This might only take you a few days if your machine crashes. While much more resilient than an older PC "all computers fail eventually." 1/3 of machines are trashed each year because of Integrity issues like about malware.

The Best Cheaper, Safer Salt Substitute I've Found in 35 years of search With LOTS of Flavor..

Also.. The Best Sugar Substitute For Safe Flavor "and Why So".

Chances are high blood pressure is in your future..90% of seniors will have it. By age 50 most people's coronary arteries are narrowed by 50%..

While I discuss this on other posts, I want to list this as a separate post for sake of combination with what!

The best way to make a salt substitute I found in 35 years of search is to use seasoned low salt blends combined with a safe natural  sweetener like Lohan for flavor.

The blends are like garlic salt or other seasoned salts but with reduced salt.

According to this Consumer Reports website go here for financial math mirth if you like! Most people who tested the flavor consistently believe that potassium based salt substitutes had most salt flavor.

However according to this Mayo Clinic site salt substitutes made with potassium are not viable for people with cardio the ones who need them the most. This includes the majority so it's not a major minority, including people with blood glucose issues because most of them have cardio problems.

By my experience not a single salt substitute (other than the limited potassium based brands) I ever saw on any website was better than this method at any rate about flavor.

My Solution

As your body needs salt anyhow the trick here is to cut it way down with the herbs and use a small amount of salt for flavor.

Using a lower salt herbal salt blend can be lowered in salt even more with real good flavor if you add a sweetener to it like Splenda Lohan sweetener (the brand most recommended by doctors for safety and health) which is just $7 a pound. This combination has a great great spicy sweet and salty flavor. Much better, you can use it on a whole lot of food with what I think of as 2/3 better flavor than the potassium based substitute and it's cheaper.

And this also makes a good sugar substitute for example think of the oatmeal package you see in the store, this has both a lot of salt and sugar. But if you make your own oatmeal (I just use mine without cooking it and just add water, quick oats are best because I don't want too much fiber) and if you add this sweet salt and spicy blend using the sugar substitute with a low salt seasoned herb blend this makes a good staple you can eat each day for good health but it tastes almost as good as the the hyped up oatmeal package that can give you a heart attack and blood sugar problems both by salt and sugar they otherwise blend in.

.

When you look at the top sites recommending salt substitutes a lot of it is just a list of ads for the top selling potassium based salt substitutes.

Even so I think the sites that recommend that we use herbs have the right idea with the wrong herbs and not with the sweetener or the spices or a small bit of salt with much better flavor!

If I just tried herbs by luck I assume I would never have found how to do this by those herb sites that list worthless salt substitute herbs. The engineers in the food processing business labor night and day trying to outsell the rest by finding better flavor values than anyone else to sell. Unlike the herb salt substitute sites the ones sold as food by the vendors have been tried out more often as food to be safe and may be safer than salt substitutes listed on sites with lists of herbs because I have a feeling they've never tried or they would still be trying to find this page!

This is not a guaranteed method of reducing all your salt, even so you might reduce it by 90% without much trouble doing this. Potassium based salt substitutes only reduce salt by about 2/3. This is also twice as cheap.

How to get control of your food and eat right while saving cost

As I'll show you on the link below you can save about $60 a week by preparing your own food in the pressure cooker and eating more vegetables. Just toss the potatoes or the beans in the water and it needs no preparation with the timer.

The trick here like for restaurant food is to have calories from something like potatoes or beans plus the flavor by the seasoned salt and sweetener method you can add with the vegetables in which the rest of the food drowns out the flavor of so you can actually eat healthy without feeling woe. Just eating beans once a week reduces the risk of Heart Attack by 27%. You might think vegetables are bad but remember what else is there? Animal based and sugar foods will hurt you, and vegetables are essentially a fortress for self-defense in this food fight.

Of course it's not either or vegetables or other food because e.g. you can do this just sometimes for the best value.

You want both calories and flavor these are essential to eating vegetables because you want a dish you can stay with in enough comfort so you can eat right.  I just couldn't eat veggies without both..you need to be satisfied by calories and you need flavor which according to this Time Magazine is good for your brain health..

You may be thrilled with all the types of salt low salt herb blends because there are a mucho of flavorosos you can try that work well with this method! Just remember to only use a small amount of the salt blend it has enough flavor and is is good defense with a sweetener..

As I say Lohan sweetener is favored by doctors and it has lot better flavor than older sweeteners like saccharin.

I use Badia brand salt spices like this..my favorite is Sazon Tropical or tropical seasoning. Badia is a major Latin American producer of discount herbs and spices.

Click Here for the Amazon page if you like. This has a 4.9 star rating on Amazon. As you see on the label it has only about 3% of the DV of salt.

You may also want to try the Badia Ranch flavor lower salt blend. It has milk and buttermilk powder but its salt is as low as the tropical seasoning and it has a great flavor like salt. Perhaps because the tropical seasoning is more famous this has a price more comparable to potassium based salt substitute instead.

Another great find I found was Badia Jamaican Curry considered to be already quite good for your heart, and this has even lower salt although not quite as good a flavor. It's got a 4.7 star rating and only 1% of the DV for salt. This doesn't keep fresh quite as long as the others but it has value for general use.

If you might not have reach of these awesome flavors, you might like to try some business science research with the sweetener and other low salt blends like this, smoked paprika is great if you combine it with low salt in the jug.

These are also the spicy and salty flavors but you can also combine these in with Oriental Five Spice which has cinnamon and other sweeter spicy herbs. You don't want to overdo it with this option because cinnamon has been found to cause cancer.. perhaps like a lot of food low doses would be safe. In toxicology they say "the dose makes the poison" meaning if you bring it down to a low enough dose it's safe.

I found I could get much better control of my food and salt and sugar levels by buying food like potatoes and beans and just tossing them in the pressure cooker with the timer. This also works well if you add in vegetables for nutrition often you can't even taste because it blends them together, so this makes vegetables REAL!

Not only does it save about $10 a day off the potato chip rate of exchange!... or about $300 a month, you also find better health..

This is a great way to get control of how much salt or sugar is in your food without the flavor crystals!  Click here or you can see the same link further you like..

What Might This Replace.. "what I went through in my 35-year search to find this method"

Seaweed based salt substitutes may sound good but the ones I looked at had heavy metal problems.

I would see the commercial for the No Salt saltaholic is on the assembly line trying to shake the salt habit and shaking all around!

This will usually lead to a potassium-based salt substitute and not worth much for most and this is a dollar an ounce.

Seaweed-based salt substitutes are even higher in price..

I would see these sites recommending herbal substitutes and for flavor which is what you mostly would buy them for, and for me they were all just worthless. Herb after herb on a long list and they don't list one that has good flavor, and many of them are unsafe..

...turmeric has been outlawed in Europe, Rosemary and Thyme have no flavor if you ask me, and they can be addictive and have problems like alcohol because they contain thuja. Apple cider vinegar can cause liver and kidney damage, and like lemon juice it can damage your teeth because it's so acidic, and so on.

 For example I think garlic has horrible flavor (unless you combine it with something like milk powder or yogurt but this is hardly a salt substitute) and the same for oregano;

Mrs Dash and Italian spice blends have really bitter flavor in a few days although of course you could use them still for their herbal value in cooking but I thought of them as having zero value as a salt substitute..

Even herbal blends like Simply Asia umami contain shiitake mushrooms and this can cause nerve problems.

I found the Simply Asia to have a real good flavor (as much as I was aware!) so you might want to try umami blends without shiitake for more value.. you can go from super boring flavors like on the herbal salt substitute sites to many different types of great safer flavor by this method!

This also helps to cut down on sugar which is a major part of the problem about cardio..80% of seniors will have blood sugar issues which may lead to 90% having cardio..

A great treat is to eat something like blueberries which are actually good for blood sugar and combine it with some of the low han sweetener, or watermelon.. I eat watermelon on the half shell, and frozen blueberries which I think taste a lot better than the more dried out ones you buy in the produce section fof the petrified forest!.. and I also like frozen cherries because they don't have pits and blueberries and cherries are both good for brain health..

Absorption of Fat, Salt and Sugar, etc.

You may be familiar with fenugreek it's the herb that gives butterscotch candy its special flavor.

While fenugreek is advised with caution with those with blood sugar especially those who are taking blood sugar lowering herbs it also definitely limits the blood sugar spike after meals..

Fenugreek is considered to be both good for cardio and blood sugar as on this Medicinenet health page.

Both Fenugreek and coffee limit absorption of food, I read "by the light of my coffee cup by up" to 87%. I tend to take these herbs together to limit absorption of foods on some days when I would otherwise "win weight!"

According to AI

"Coffee can significantly limit the absorption of certain nutrients, particularly iron, with studies showing reductions in absorption by 39% to 90% depending on the type of meal and timing of coffee consumption. "

The strategy of fenugreek with coffee might help to keep from absorbing fat or other harmful substances like salt or sugar when you want a treat because flavor is good for your brain not just your physical health especially if the pleasure doesn't harm it, self defense about celebration is often a pleasure!

In addition according to this Nature article, coffee acts like a good pro or prebiotic, increasing good bacteria in the GI. This has been seen to be help blood sugar and general health.

Experts say that it's important to consult with a doctor before starting probiotic supplements especially if you have any health concerns.

A POSSIBLE SIMPLE CHEAP MECHANICAL WAY TO LIMIT LOW BLOOD SUGAR CAUSED BY PRESCRIPTIONS OR EVEN, RIGHT! BY SUGAR

******

Disclaimer ..While I'm not a doctor and this is not professional advice I offer here a possible method that might be of worth for some people..
This side is not designed to diagnose treat or cure any illness..often the ideas of my site are still theoretical and I make no claim to the actual value of these events, other than as a possible basis of future research. You use this site at your own risk..

The AI says I'm a self proclaimed expert but I make no claim to being self-proclaimed or an expert!

I list supporting links to my claims like about how the duodenum may be a way to cure blood sugar, but I make no claim to the long-term safety or value of these methods. Each person's health situation is special and you have to decide what you believe about this and be sure of course to always consult with the doctor before making any changes in diet or exercise.

******************

50% of adults have blood sugar issues and 80% of seniors...

The duodenal sleeve is a cheap operation that takes 10 minutes and it's a small tube they put in the area between the stomach and the lower GI the duodenum. According to Discover (science) Magazine and the American Diabetes Association this cures 87% of type 2 diabetes and profoundly changes the chemical signal between the duodenum and the pancreas.. the timing of the signal determines whether the insulin reaches its target and you don't get hit by the insulin instead of helped by it..

50% of adults now have blood sugar issues..

The problem for sugar control is, while presumably safe, the duodenal sleeve operation often will cost 10,000. If you're taking a prescription that's unsafe for you, as about your blood sugar as 2/3 of seniors are, you may want to keep the prescription from giving you low blood sugar which doctors will often ignore.

I had a prescription that was doing this and each night I would get sleepy and unconscious before I would wake back up and then go to sleep again in a regular way and sugar would just zonk me out..

(I presume because low blood sugar is with a more technical lab method, not high blood sugar this might be why the doctors couldn't find it on the test.)

I thought of trying to take fiber like first celery before my prescription since sources like Prevention magazine say this is considered to be quite good for blood sugar by slowing down digestion by perhaps shielding my duodenum with all the fiber or ground up bean powder.. However celery is expensive and other fiber like bean powder is without good flavor and expensive due to the cost of bran (hey, it's health food!) on the web and inconvenient..

Finally I realized mastic gum might be of worth..according to this Medicinenet site, it's rather like chewing gum but has  proven worth for duodenal and stomach health..

This method sooths and coats your GI! As I say below this may help with weight reduction about insulin.. if you go out on a hot afternoon and had one too many slices of rum at Christmas and you're not wearing 20 lb of Christmas insulation!

While I recommend seeing your doctor before doing this for blood sugar it might be a good general area to be in for good duodenal health and blood sugar issues because of the duodenal connection as in the article by Discover Magazine a few years ago.

In essence this might seem to be a way to have your own enteric coated prescription even without using pill caps or other methods like this, at least as far as shielding your duodenum and your stomach might go.

One way mastic gum might be helpful for blood sugar events may be because it limits the action of H pylori in the duodenum. This NIH site says that H pylori has been much considered to be a cause of this about blood sugar.

So the H Pylori are eating away at most people's duodenum just as a stomach ulcer, and this may be involved with prescriptions that either may boost H. Pylori or directly damage the duodenum.

My hypothesis is that the gum limits damage to the duodenum by way of H pylori. Keep in mind that the duodenal sleeve operation cures most type 2 diabetes.

Pharmaceutical companies are spending billions on proprietary drug delivery methods like time released like this that the consumer often doesn't have access to because it's specific to that prescription. And of course a lot of pharmaceutical companies aren't doing their job by using methods of time released like this which can cause prescriptions themselves to cause blood sugar.

Of course using this method might also limit the absorption of your prescription at least into your duodenal wall. Continuing to take the gum at other times of day at a low dose might have potential value about duodenal health also since H pylori may be actually digesting your prescription and the gum limits this. Even so you may want to use probiotics.. my research is continuing.. my belief is it might only limit absorbing prescriptions in the stomach or duodenal area and if it goes past into the upper GI and further this might allow most of the absorption of prescriptions.

Another possibility not to be overlooked is just to use this method only a couple of days a week  to cure blood sugar,  where the duodenal sleeve evidence has useful residual value so even if most people have other prescriptions that are valuable they can still use them to hopefully resolve the issue.

I don't think it would hurt much because the gum is Generally Recognized As Safe GRAS and had shown few or no adverse events. I only take about 1/20 of a cap and this seems to completely stop the blood sugar symptom by chewing the gum near sugar with other herbs as below but 2 hours before or after I take the prescription perhaps 3 hours exactly to keep levels of the prescription constant. You may want to minimize your dose and only chew the gum near the time you might eat any sugar.

You may want your prescription to be sugar as some still will like for nutrition about oranges or other foods that are essential even with sugar! It's possible this might even help with sugar itself and not just prescriptions.

"She Overpowers Sugar By Her Celebration  in The  Frost!"

Mastic gum is valuable as on the Medicinenet link for toothache, high cholesterol and cardiovascular health all three of which are common with blood sugar issues.

Cardiovascular issues are the main cause of mortality with blood sugar events.

(Even so I found that for dental health methods like these usually aren't going to be nearly as effective as increasing K2 like by natto. Natto is a form of fermented soy that reduces the risk of Alzheimer's by 90% as in Japan where it's widely consumed and has a great cheesy flavor that's more cheesy than cheese if blended with a bit of salt or baking soda which protects it from mold. Like when Buzz Aldrin landed on the moon they asked him if there was any cheese and he said No bees! No trees! No cheese!

97% are K2 deficient and this is the underlying reason why people never had to have a toothbrush in prehistoric times. Toothache would have been without survival fitness in evolution and while K2 won't replace your teeth it will totally stop the advance of the toothache completely helping to remineralize your teeth because K2 is so important to calcium metabolism and it relieves problems that most people have about this. A healthy artery without calcium has 80 times more K2 than an unhealthy artery. While it takes 6 months for this improvement with natto other than by the turmeric chewing gum method this not only remineralizes your teeth it also stops the rest of the periodontal issues.

For those who have lost a teeth as seniors have somewhat scientists have recently found that we may have a third set of teeth that they inject the safe known drug for osteoporosis into the gum and the tooth from this third set grows in!

Since this is only preliminary research the best bet for most people for now may be just increase consumption of K2 as I say on this link or see the same link below for special how to if you'd like down the page.

Note that while you can't overdose on K2 too much natto may not be good because it dissolves fibrin which is the coat of cells that cancer cells have 15 times more to hide out behind. Most people are constantly creating cancer cells in their system but the immune system always keeps them in line. Even so for those who take too much natto, this may "upset the hornet's nest" and since there's now a cancer epidemic it's wise to only take a small pinch of natto each day as they do in the Orient. For dramatic short-term relief from toothache I highly recommend just taking turmeric and brushing your teeth with it or putting it into your chewing gum. This combination of turmeric with with natto especially with salmon or other fish which often have vitamin D completely shuts down a toothache more than just natto alone I had found. Even with K2 and vitamin D I still had some gum soreness perhaps 1/10 or 120th left over that the turmeric gum finishes off quite well. I was in "some discomfort but with no guarantees" life is more than rich but not as rich as out West!)

In essence use of the gum might seem to be a way to have your own enteric coated prescription with a simple cheap mechanical way to have a possible strong influence on blood sugar, perhaps even bypassing prescriptions most of the way for this particular advantage even without using pill caps or other methods like this which I found were tough to engineer at least as far as shielding your duodenum and your stomach might go.

I also found that using a really smaller dose of gum each evening before the prescription and water made it so it didn't absorb out so much of it and my blood pressure went down as the doctor would like and also the gum even works in the daytime after sugar to counteract the wooziness and this might work if you have an emergency about sugar but this isn't recommended because you don't want to absorb prescriptions out any more than you have to only with a mild effect like this with the gum and enough to stop the prescription from damaging blood sugar as I found when I will go to sleep with a more real sleep in the PM hours!

My belief is the mechanism for this was if I take the gum a half an hour before I have the prescription with the water it has time to coat the duodenum like it would be more naturally and also to "set". This might make a more solid area that the prescription can't go through to reach the duodenal wall even while after it goes through it can still readily be absorbed by the rest of the GI.

When I would take it like 5 minutes before I took my prescription it wasn't as good for the value and I would think this is because sort of like Pepto-Bismol it's like a sort of temporary duodenal sleeve operation so the prescription just slides through and doesn't damage the duodenum, even while if you take it at the same time it would seem to interact more with the duodenum with reduced value.

This might even have value for absorbing sugar but this can't be a constant thing and only if you ate a lot of sugar by luck because you may be absorbing out prescriptions which most people are on.

Like the Roux-en-Y another form of gastric bypass operation originally used for resolving obesity the duodenal sleeve operation can have a dramatic influence on blood sugar also.

One note about the gum is you want to buy a name brand at least the first time. I use Jarrow. This is more expensive but if you use a cheap discount brand you may get a counterfeit as supposedly a third of OTC herbs are. First at least I always buy the name brand so I can know what the flavor is and then I can see if the cheap brands are bogus. At any rate when you're using like 120th of a cap each evening like I do this will last you for years with the formula I bought for about $30. I couldn't even tell what the flavor of the cheap $10 brand was.

You may wonder if the keto diet, substituting fats for carbs might be better than this but it's highly restrictive and Webmd says studies show that it increases risk of heart attack and stroke by more than 50%.

While in a moment I'll discuss herbs I was using after I tried the gum, good news is I may not even have to use these herbs after using the gum for about 3 weeks before I took my prescription even at a cap of 120th the dose of the gum. I'm not sure if it's a cure but it shows real Improvement without even using other herbs.

Hopefully this will be a cure for blood sugar because of the value of the duodenal sleeve. I don't know yet if this is permanent maybe only for a while but I'm quite impressed with the results. Perhaps like those who have the duodenal sleeve, I can cure my blood sugar by this method. Even while this is preliminary as I say might be of value for a lot of people..

For the time being I make no guarantee but I may need no insulin no "diobesity", no sugar crash, and problems like cardio risk or risk of blindness and so on..

It seems easy and simple just to have the gum in reach by my couch and instead of fighting fire with fire and taking out sugar to fight sugar and measuring my blood sugar levels it seems simpler just to take the gum and not pass out. I bought off just a little bit of my chewing gum and I recommend if you try this that you of course see your doctor but also he may say to use the minimum like just a bit.

AN UPSTREAM WAY TO STOP ABSORBTION OF FOOD INCLUDING FAT SUGAR AND SALT..

A way I have found to hopefully bypass these events indefinitely  is not so much carb blockers as a way to just limit the absorption of the food after I've eaten it.

As I'll discuss below fenugreek the herb found in butterscotch candy combined with coffee reduces the absorption of food by more than 87%. By this method I'm eating the usual foods I could eat anyway for nutrition but also limiting the absorption of the food "upstream" not by blocking the conversion of carbohydrates to sugar but rather by blocking the absorption of the food itself.

This may be more effective or a lot more effective for me at any rate than even blocking the conversion of carbs to sugar by amylase Inhibitors like mangosteen or withiana (herbs).

And while this seems to work the best of anything I tried other than the gum sometimes this is only by my experience and you use this site at your own risk.. and not intended to diagnose or treat any illness or health issue. See your doctor before making any changes diet or exercise for safety.

One thing I note about these methods is that while  my blood pressure doesn't go up when I eat something like peanut butter as it was before and while limiting the absorption of the food will also limit its nutrition this might be one sort of tool in our toolbox so I can eat more of these foods although I wouldn't all the time. Certainly I can say that just as conventional blood sugar treatments have limitations like about adverse events of prescriptions or cost like Wegovy these are not perfect methods.

While these methods might be useful for dieting or defense against blood sugar or blood pressure events, if used in moderation stopping the absorption of food may have value because of our ability to moderate so that part of the time we can eat other foods without more "limitations by starvation" while continuing to eat "more healthy foods" as usual for the common nutrition that they give us.

The idea is that while food is poisoning a lot of people if we moderate it then at least we get the best use of the food we can for nutrients without so.much damage for using this as another tool for better general results.

I certainly found it was better for me not to pass out because of sugar and to know that damage is going on just for having a bit of a splurge with a simple bag of chips. Flavor has been found in research to be good for brain health so it's not surprising that a lot of people eat for pleasure at any rate some of the time. Laughter is exercise at 200 mph! Like when you cough at the old world concert audition!

While the fenugreek and coffee combination are a cheap simple way to stop the absorption of food if I want to like for safety and while this doesn't absorption seem to limit absorption of prescriptions that are already in your circulation, and this does seem to limit damage by fat salt or sugar it also has the drawback that you're not getting the nutrients from the food that you're eating even though you're getting a comfortable feeling in your stomach and the flavor.

So I tend to use fenugreek and coffee perhaps just once a day and use the other methods like some herbs that are amylase inhibitors I'll discuss below that are also cheap and I've had no side effects with them either.

One really great thing I found about decaf coffee and fenugreek, is that after I take them with food (and you should never take fenugreek on an empty stomach) it does have really one good effect and that is that it gives a really good feeling like a cognitive boost.

If you think of coffee with its cognitive boost and you multiply this about three times this is how it feels it's quite noticeable and it lasts for hours (for me at any rate..this may be because it might be interacting with my other herbs or some other unknown reason I can't guarantee it but it's a real pleasure).

It's been said that coffee makes it so that you can make mistakes much faster! But this is decaf and it has the cognitive boost and the considerable euphoria for me without edginess..

I asked AI about it and one thing about coffee is even with decaf is to some extent about how it reduces absorption of iron.

The bot recommended that I take the coffee and fenugreek with vitamin C which boosts the absorption of iron, and also speculated that my good feeling was from how both fenugreek and coffee lower blood sugar.

I wonder if my euphoria is somehow from the way that coffee is a good way to boost GI Flora as I say below and also this combined with a fenugreek might be the cause. Most of your neurotransmitters are in your GI so perhaps it's boosting by way of paid endorphins!

In any event I've adapted a more hybrid method of just taking the coffee and fenugreek once a day with vitamin C or perhaps twice and this gives me a time to feel good just for feeling good each day what else is so labor saving. Feeling good is sort of a strength to have and fenugreek and coffee tend to make me often more fluent in foreign languages! Foreign and near. This is the first herbal method I've ever found in about 25 years of research like with other herbs for health that reliably seems to cause a good feeling without edginess or cost or risk of side effects.

Coffee and fenugreek have been known for thousands of years. For fenugreek the long-term effects are not well known other than a high-speed caffeine vending machine, where my yawn is a blur! And of course coffee does reduce absorption of iron and it may be more valuable for feeling good to use fenugreek with coffee then actually even to limit the absorption of salt fat and sugar except for more emergency use when you thought you just had to have a splurge, on a savings binge! If it's in the store they have it!

I find that with fenugreek and coffee alone though I have no "adverse events" from salt sugar and fat, lower my dose!.. even so with coffee and fenugreek I end up being more hungry as time goes on.

So fenugreek and coffee while they seem to make me feel real good I favor only as a hybrid method and the rest of the time I use the gum for the PM absorption of my prescription reduction and also the other herbs I'll discuss that only limit more the absorption of sugar by way of amylase.

As I say though I'm not an expert and you use this site at your own risk.

Here for sake of completeness I want to list some earlier methods I've been using recently so perhaps not after I learned about fenugreek and coffee to stop the absorption of sugar or fat salt and cholesterol presumably also. My Xrays  haven't looked fat!

Here are the herbs I was using before I found this out, remember it's possible however you may never have to use these by this method if using the chewing gum and other methods as by your healthcare practitioner combined might the most optimal.. even so you must decide and you use these methods on the site at your own risk..

Four Other Herbs I use For Blood Sugar Events and Why I Consider Each May Be of Worth

While the gum was good to at least stop the prescription from causing me harm this isn't enough to completely remove the problem like when I would eat an apple or an orange.

So after I eat sugar for the rest of my defense I'm taking three herbs.. withiana, fenugreek, and Indian thistle..

Withiana

Withiana or ashwagandha is also called Indian ginseng and it's an adaptogenic.. adaptogenic means that it's been found to cause many positive health events yet without any harm to physiology.

The important thing about withiana other than its general positive effects on blood sugar by many markers, is about how it's an alpha amylase inhibitor..

According to this NIH government site, withiana limits the metabolism of sugar right from the start by way of alpha amylase. This is one of the main or the main sugar absorption pathway where otherwise carbs you eat are converted to sugar.. as I have found this is a major major part of limiting sugar damage for food you must eat for example.

And this would also be about some of the foods you might eat for pleasure part of the time for your health generally. Actually food like processed food or comfort foods that are not necessarily the same (or how could we be here twice as natural from evolution) are like giving your brain a smile and reversing the frowns in your brain health.. this behavioral value is why so many people are eating comfort foods even while often causing them harm.

Fenugreek

The second herb I take with withiana is fenugreek which you may be familiar with because it's a main ingredient in the flavor of butterscotch candy.

According to this PubMed site fenugreek is also powerful for limiting amylase. Also while I can't confirm this I read somewhere online once that fenugreek has been found to cure blood sugar problems in laboratory mice.. I asked AI about this the Being search engine and they said they couldn't find this on the web. Even so it does have valuable signs against blood sugar and some sources recommend taking fenugreek for blood sugar at least for the reason here I would say because of its power as with withiana against amylase. About the possibility of curing blood sugar fenugreek still might have potential because according to this site (Science Direct) fenugreek is good for wound healing as in healing the ulcer of the H pylori.

Another possible way to heal this type of wound might be by chitin a common food additive that has shown great potential in wound healing.

While I continue to take fenugreek part of the time in hopes of perhaps the blood sugar cure I don't take it as often because it's also known to decrease absorption of anything you eat or drink and this may be good for blood sugar or weight loss because it profoundly changes the metabolism of fat and sugar.

Bing copilot AI says that usually fenugreek limits absorption of sugar mostly and not so much prescriptions.

Even so you also may want to limit fenugreek if you're taking blood thinners. These have been found to reduce death by Covid by 50 percent and while you may note that this site is about CFS chronic fatigue syndrome for those with CFS this may not be as much of an issue because CFS has high blood viscosity and blood thinners may be useful to cleanse the blood.

 Indian Thistle

The third herb I've taken with sugar with the other two herbs after sugar is Indian thistle also known as sphaeranthus indicus.. according to this NIH site it shows many significant positive events against blood sugar issues. It's also good for cognitive health and is actually a fitness booster. It causes increased seeking behavior by mice and it would seem they're not seeking to be edgy!

I've never had any cognitive issues with these three herbs including the withiana which is moderately relaxing. Its scientific name is withiana somnifera, which means causing sleep.. it's been patented and used for an extract called Sensoril that's used for relaxation and I don't find it nearly as relaxing as being unconscious, which is a great relief about sugar! It's positive for defending against neural issues as with blood sugar.. under stress you lose neurons but withiana helps you save 80% more..

Indian thistle also doesn't cause anxiety, because it's actually a cognitive and fitness booster in addition to being anti-cancer.

These four methods have been dramatic for me against blood sugar issues..

If you have a prescription like a lot of people do drawing you down with low blood sugar when you take it you might want to consider this simple mechanical method of counteracting it with gum.

I found that the other herbs while pretty good were not enough to totally counteract the issue concerning the symptoms of any rate and only by combining the herbs after sugar with also preventing the damage to my duodenum with the gum was there a dramatic improvement.

It's been said that blood sugar problems are like a bully to face down and it takes relatively complex methods like this resolve these problems. The gum alone is probably not going to be nearly as good as these other methods combined as far as I know.

Mangosteen

One other method you might appreciate if you have blood sugar is about mangosteen..according to this NIH site mangosteen has a powerful positive effect on insulin sensitivity.

Mangosteen was moderately good for my blood sugar but not like removing the damage caused to my duodenum each evening by the prescription.

Even so mangosteen has been seen to reduce blood sugar by as much as 40 to 60 points in just a few minutes.

While I never had any symptoms of side effects with this and when I had symptoms like tiredness even though I hadn't eaten any sugar recently and the general area I was in about this it did clear up my blood sugar rapidly and for days even before I found out about how to defend myself against the prescription with the gum, the main problem with mangosteen was that it causes neural harm like edginess..

This could be a serious issue so I took cautions to take it in a real small dose like 1/20th of the cap and with the withiana to protect my neural health.

With withiana for neural health the second way of defending against this I found was to take a low dose of mangosteen and take it only once every 3 days after I start to get generally tired by way of sugar if I needed it even with the gum which perhaps I don't need as much.

Mangosteen is so powerful against blood sugar that I only need a really small dose and only every 3 days and I definitely don't recommend taking a higher dose due to risk to neural health. So I take the mangosteen in a real small dose and it lasts for 3 days once I do this.

Finally in addition to reducing the dose of mangosteen and also taking withiana more commonly I highly recommend blueberries because they're also good for brain health.

I like to reduce my other foods that have sugar like oranges or apples and eat more blueberries than these  because it's good for blood sugar not bad like a lot of other sweets you can eat..

This may also help much with weight loss because insulin turns out to be the main fat storage hormone.

One treat I just love for the flavor is thawed out frozen blueberries (howso!) with oatmeal and nonfat powdered milk like Swissmiss you can get this and it only costs a dollar a day if you ate it for all eight meals to get calcium. (Prehistoric we may be if science has found how eating more small meals each day is better than three large bites. A hamburger so old you didn't season it you dusted it!) I combine this with Splenda Lohan sweetener which is the brand most recommended for safety by doctors and it has no harm or change to blood sugar.

This dish is truly a tasty treat and it's actually good for blood sugar because of the blueberries, which are good for this in low to moderate amounts.

By eating the Swiss Miss powdered milk you're also defending against the vitamin D deficiency that perhaps 75% of people with blood sugar have. Otherwise this can cause problems with calcium like toothache and bone density. Mastic gum is considered to be quite good for toothache too.

And if your cholesterol is high which is typical with blood sugar events mastic gum is also good for this as is also on the first link I list on this (Medicinenet) page above about the values of the gum.

These methods are far cheaper than using herbs like kidney bean extract which is $30 a month as a carb blocker. I bought the withiana, fenugreek and mangosteen at low cost just from Swanson Health Online a large discount Health supplier I've been doing business with for 25 years.. Indian thistle is also quite cheap when you can buy it direct from India, you have to wait about a month to receive it but you can get a year's supply cheap.

I found this method works by using the mangosteen and the gum to get me in the right general area about my blood sugar and I could also use these other methods including withiana, indian thistle and fenugreek after sugar to then remove the issue as far as I can tell..

The doctors weren't able to find it because it's low blood sugar I presume and this method of using these herbs is the result of 13 years of my research about how to solve this..

Absorption of Fat, Salt and Sugar, etc.

The strategy of fenugreek with coffee might help to keep from absorbing fat or other harmful substances when you want a treat because flavor is good for your brain not just your physical health especially if the pleasure doesn't harm it, self defense about your celebration is often a pleasure!

In addition according to this Nature article, coffee acts like a good pro or prebiotic, increasing good bacteria in the GI. This has been seen to be help blood sugar and general health.

Experts say that it's important to consult with a doctor before starting probiotic supplements especially if you have any health concerns.

Finally, note that Calcium can reduce your risk of blood sugar issues by about 21% or so ..

Here's a quote from the American Journal of Nutrition..

"Recent results generated from the Coronary Artery Risk Development in Young Adults (CARDIA) Study suggest an intriguing and exciting negative relationship between calcium intake or dairy consumption and obesity and insulin resistance syndrome (IRS) in young adults (). In this prospective study, 3157 adults aged 18 to 30 y were followed for 10 y. Dairy product intake was negatively associated with the cumulative incidence of IRS, including development of obesity, abnormal glucose homeostasis, elevated blood pressure and dyslipidemia, in overweight, but not in leaner participants. The investigators estimated that each additional serving of dairy products was associated with 21% lower odds of IRS."

While I can't promise a cure Hope this is of worth to you..Good Luck with your search for good health!

Here's my post as promised about how I arrived at my belief about K2 like wondrous for toothache solving the underlying problem and also as a plus you can take it with putracine, a substance found in all living cells and this gives you the equivalent of a low-fat diet so when you take it with calcium like low-fat powdered milk as I do this makes it so that the calcium makes you lose 67% of your body fat provided you're also on a low-fat diet which the putracine allows.

CONSTANT FOOD COMBINED WITH OTHER METHODS TO LOSE WEIGHT

"A High Level of Constants For Sails and Chips!.."

 Author

 C. F. lawson

One good way I've found for reducing the chance of overeating is to buy foods for health that have low fat sugar and salt then add my own flavor like a lower salt and herb blend combined with other herb blends you can buy..

My favorite low salt with herb blend by far I've ever found with 35 years of search is the tropical seasoning by Badia, a major Latin American exporter of herbal blends or garlic basil etc. like this.

I researched other salt substitutes including potassium and seaweed-based salt substitutes but potassium based are not viable for those with cardio and seaweed-based substitutes I did a bit of research about, these have heavy metals and high cost and also cautions.

Tropical seasoning however or Sazon Tropical as they call it and I name it yum with my mouthful of dish, It gives you a real low dose of salt but with enough flavor to serve as a viable salt substitute. This is the one I found that works the best especially when you combine it with Badia Jamaican curry which is lower salt or also blend it with Badia smoked paprika you can buy them online on Amazon just $3.50 for a 8 oz bottle of it or so.

Not only by controlling your own food and using the pressure cooker so you save 4/5 on potato ships when they're on sail!.. this also makes it so you can exactly control your flavor.

Research has shown that low levels of flavor and complexity of flavor like a strawberry are both really good for losing weight. I would say this is not true in the long run and you want some moderate flavor or good flavor like the salt substitute. (Usual potassium-based salt substitutes are not worthwhile for those with cardio the ones you need them the most).

Another major major method I found with 35 years of search for controlling overeating and actually losing weight is to keep my food like potatoes or oatmeal constant with low moderate levels of flavor.

The idea is that if you keep the food constant you get more used to it and so you don't overeat that food..

You always hear the stuff about you know "You're so undernourished you should eat more".

But making your own food and eating vegetables as I'll show you how in just a second is a way to balance this edit with your own audiovolume!

By keeping your food constant you have moderate nutrition if you're eating healthy food, and you can also gradually change how constant your food is if you want for optimal nutrition..

For weight control this is high on my list.

Also note that when you have a new food that has flavor that you might want to try like like for nutrition, the timer padlocks have a special value because you can turn them off until you get more used to the food or tired of it to some extent and this has real value for weight control.

As I say getting a new food source can often destabilize a diet because all these treats are in reach and the diet says bye-bye as the person gets used to the food. But once adjusted to the food a diet can restart, or better yet with the timers I don't have this sort of procrastination about th diet that just goes on forever if  the dieter "whoever they may be" doesn't do this.

Please see my post about using timer padlocks here on this link or see this timer padlock link below if you'd like!

I finally tricked myself into eating vegetables which are either in addition to the general foods like potatoes or grains or something like salmon for calcium vitamin A and D and omega-3,  and with it lower cholesterol.

I read about people who say for green foods you should just eat all you can stand everyday. There's no way I can do this it''s a pain.

Instead what I do is eat the main foods for calories that I also control so I don't overeat because they're constant also.

But to eat additional vegetables like veggies the trick is to add flavor after you've eaten them or for the more unpleasant food  for example alternating a bite of flavor with the bite of the dish and eat each in moderation.

You hear all this stuff about how garlic is supposed to be so good for you but you try to eat it and it's got terrible flavor. For this flavor even you can combine it with coconut oil this dramatically puts out the fire.

This is another version of the same trick for the more extreme flavor but for most of the time you just have moderate bad flavor like greens or carrots with a simple dose of sweetener like Splenda Lohan a sweetener which is most recommended by doctors or with a dose of the salt herb blends.

For more flavor yet you can combine by alternating the sweetener with the low salt blend, of course like frozen blueberries frozen strawberries etc they're great because you have a time delay before you thaw them out the next day and so you're not overeating at that time. And the blueberries or strawberries when you combine them with the Splenda.

One great flavor I like is watermelon with the Badia Tropical Seasoning on top just not too much!

I think it's important also even with these flavor  substitutes to have a regular rhythm and only eat at those times because if you don't you're not aware of when you're eating or when you're not as much and this can lead to loss of computational value.

As I say elsewhere if you have your dose of salt for the day already known and you reach the toxic level for your blood pressure you can just switch over to the sweetener with your food for what food you might eat for the rest of the day.. This is much cheaper than a $50,000 heart bypass operation and you're exercising more than the bank!

Why pay more for life insurance so by the time you die your life insurance salesman can live wealthy!

The salt substitute substitute as above from the herb can be a major boost to this event because you're not adding salt fat sugar or calories much and this removes the woe of eating veggies from your mouth!

Most people throw away about 40% of their food uneaten. I I presume they're trying to find this trick, they haven't thought that eating vegetables was so bad, they just hadn't figured out a way to do this. Over and over they may try till they find this trick..

"Ancient science was not pseudoscience it was just a primitive form of science waiting future improvements.."

In other words my hopeful future improvement here  is that eating moderate flavored vegetables is worthwhile, you just don't want the bad aftertaste of worth for good health!

By doing this and preparing your own food with the pressure cooker where you can save a lot of money you also are finding a viable way to eat vegetables. Only 10% are getting enough vegetables or about 7% of the poor.

Complexity of flavor is a major advantage for reducing overeating as I say because like eating a strawberry science has proven you notice sooner that to stop is more valuable than overprocessed foods.. it's sort of a speed limit sign for staying moderate.

For foods that are tempting to eat for example I like milk powder a lot, I also blend in and complexify not just with foods that make it more complex but also like the trick with alcohol where they put a bad flavor in it, so it reminds them not to drink so much, so too simply putting a herb in like oregano which is kind of sour reminds me of not overeating it, it's complex but also a bit sour.

You can also modulate your simple or flavor with other foods that are good for health that you won't eat that often..

For example rye flower is good for UT health about nine ways that are permanent or of real worth.

If you blend this in with milk powder this reduces the flavor and also makes it so you remember to eat the rye flour without fail.

Another great trick I like to use is timer padlocks to time out the more tempting foods like milk powder with fat instead of the thin milk powder which is healthier.

To save on foods like this remember that powdered milk like Swiss Miss online Amazon is half the price of like Nido powder milk, and A good price for red dosage apples and potatoes in the bag potatoes is about $3 to 350 this can save you $250 a year knowing this.

I eat the red apples with the potatoes cooked in the pressure cooker and also oatmeal with the Splenda sweetener  which has a taste you don't get tired of for years it's defined as a staple because it's valuable to your health and fitness and you eat it and you don't get tired of it like other foods. This with the powder milk can literally give you a 25 to $30 food bill a week. Even cheaper is to cook beans with the pressure cooker which the reviews online say taste much better than can beans by far or anywhere the heck is far!

Another trick I like to use to control my weight is to buy frozen berries, like blueberries, strawberries, peaches mangoes raspberries and so on.

While these cost about $3 or so and for this reason I only eat them once every other day or so, the advantage for weight loss is that you have to thaw them out before you eat them so you tend to just thaw them out the night before in the refrigerator but you have to wait to access them and this makes it so you think more about whether you should eat them or not.

These I time out for a few days at a time depending on how much I'm repenting with how much speed!

Timer padlocks are available on Amazon and eBay for just 10 or $15.

The idea here is not just repentance but also giving yourself more time to think about what you want to do about it.

This is a sort of cooling off period while I wait for other events to be reduced if I want to improve on them.. if I'm on a diet I'm not stressed, not with these methods, and I'm not messing up the science!

The idea is to not eat when you're in a hurry when you might eat more tempting foods without the locks, and think this over.

As I say this is not a stressful diet.. If you're doing it correctly you're never going to be hungry once and you're never going to overeat once.

Another measure of the value of going to the store and buying constant food mostly is that when you return, your eating habits and your weight will not change for that day and  stay the same if you're doing it correctly.

Mice giving processed foods gradually switch over and then they give them a real strong electric foot shock and they go on eating the these foods without even thinking about Ohio!

So it is about the addictiveness of processed foods that you're also trying to overpower.. The idea that being addicted to salt fat sugar and chemicals is something everyone wants to do is just sort of myth that goes on, and by this a lot of people find themselves going to the store returning back and their weight goes up and then losing it later in the week and endless loops of keeping their weight the same.

Using the timer padlock in particular and these other methods is evidence that the myth of the addictiveness of food is absolute is only relative.

Lots of people lose weight all the time you can too as I have.

I'm no Richard Simmons and while he may have gotten thinner in the news, a lot of us would settle just to be moderate about this.

Another method of losing weight that I find highly valuable is to walk with step counting apps I use LG health and Google Fit with my Fitbit. This tells you how much to exercise which can be important for weight control because if you overdo it you're going to be more stressed and you'll gain weight and also when you don't walk so much.

Finally here I want to talk about combining calcium or watermelon with a low fat diet.

Watermelon reduces body fat by 37% and plaque and bad cholesterol in your circulation by 50%.

Putracine and the related compounds have been known to science since the 1600s, in every cell of the body, every living cell, and it's like going on a low fat diet but without food restriction.

In addition these compounds are good for behavioral health.

Putracine has been found to increase lifespan in many species of animal, both vertebrate and invertebrate. It removes your bad cells like fat, which otherwise clog you up as you get older, and makes better use of the cells you have left. I've had no adverse events with it whatsoever.. I like to increase the dose to 10 mg for days when I want to impress my audience! 3 mg is considered to be optimal because above this you'll build up tolerance and you lose the value, including your chance at losing weight and feeling as good as you can with it. Putracine is only $25 on Amazon so it's affordable.

Calcium doesn't reduce body fat without a low-fat diet.. however on a low fat diet it reduces body fat by 67%.

My solution was to take it with putracine and use these other methods to lose weight.

Even so it's a bit more complex than this and as I say on my other post, most people have wrong calcium due to the chronic K2 deficiency level of most people 97% are without, so to prevent harm as I say on my post, It may important to first take the right kind of K2 and D3 which goeswith it.

You don't want to overdo about milk powder even because it has considerable cholesterol and the calcium in it can actually damage your circulation with time.

Zinc cures angina as used by the zinc miners in Poland they have low blood pressure, and they have quite low incidence of cardio problems. Two problems about zinc are how it causes nausea, and it's not for long-term use because it can damage your immune system.

But for short-term use it cures angina if you have chest discomfort with eating powdered milk as I did.

The easy way to get zinc without nausea is to eat about perhaps 4 oz a day of pumpkin seeds and I found this version of zinc for me has no nausea.

As I say on my other post another way to reverse cardio according to the University of Osaka Japan is by way of tricaprin MCT coconut oil.

I mention these as a general service because high blood pressure is in most people's future currently 90% will have high blood pressure. For the rest of my tips this is two out of 10, see my other post about controlling high blood pressure if you like. These are methods you can add on to what your doctor's doing to help you for better defense.
