A Simple Safer Way to Counteract Parasites using Cayenne with olive oil to moderate it.. Cayenne is Strongly Powerful to Remove Biofilms by chewing them up.. the Parasite has Much Reduced Food and you starve it out..

A safe simple cheap way to remove parasites rapidly the result of my 15 years of search...

While I'm involved with lots of other events than parasites here's My story So Far about this..

First I want to say if you have parasites you're not alone.. the majority have parasites and the majority of people with CFS.. if you have residual covid, chances are parasites are in your future. if you go to the doctor as I did and the doctor says that most people don't have parasites as mine said to me, we would ask how parasitologists have any business at all. 

I live in this small town where there's no parasitologist for hundreds of miles and the doctor tells me this. Tens of millions of people in the United States have PM UT events where they can't sleep because they have to get up to go to the restroom two or three times a night.


 Superficially it might seem that you're in for an easy labor if you have parasites but I can tell you it's a minefield of the alternate Health herbs and most of them had bad side effects so here I share the ones that have the least side effects with my years of experience and that seemed to work the best. These may not work for you but here I list herbs like Cayenne or olive oil that may will work the best because they're safer and for the reasons that I believe they work I list here.

If this happens about UT issues when you eat dairy and you may notice that it also only happens at night mostly these are both symptoms that you really may have a GI parasite problem because most people have about 20 pounds of dairy residual junk in their GI the parasites like to hang on to. For this reason I tried DE Diatomaceous Earth as recommended by some. DE has had a long and safe history in agriculture according to sites like Livestrong.

Because DE is super absorbent and mildly abrasive the belief of many is that it will essentially sort of scrape out the dairy and your problem is solved because the parasite has nothing to eat much. What's for lunch? Not us!

So I took the DE challenge first without seemingly much good results so I decided to do the main plan with DE

for like three weeks at a time. Unlike the promise I had little change in my PM events. I did however have edginess because DE also absorbs out other herbs or prescriptions to some extent and I was noticing that I wasn't really as comfortable about this.

And on I went year after year searching for a way to stop these UT symptoms. At first I thought it might have been renal about the kidneys and so I was kind of surprised when it didn't show up on the tests.

If you can eliminate things like this and you still have severe symptoms like severe itching for skin parasites and they're also like PM and with dairy these are signs that you may want a deeper solution. All that's left after you failed everything else maybe not be the parasite or experience but rather removing it!

Finally though after about 25 years I had a bit of revelation..of course I'd had a lot of other revelations also but this was my favorite one about this. I had been using cayenne with olive oil for years for sinusitis. It's true that olive oil with this causes lots of hydration which is good for stopping parasites. I think it's because hydration gives oxygen to the immune system to defend against and give pause to the parasite.

We were in and out of the water every day in evolution before the invention of fire. So we're living in the tropics and we didn't want to be overheating so we go in and out of the water. 75% of the life of the world live by the ocean and 97% of the fish live within five miles per hour of the land well not sailfish.. water tells the parasite things are more natural and parasites kind of hate water..

But more importantly cayenne is strongly mucolytic. It's so dramatically mucolytic that it can cut through all the mucus in your nose if you have the sniffles in just a minute or two. I was using this trick to control my sinusitis for months at a time without more tending needed because it removes more of the area where the germs or other bad stuff can hide out.

So finally I tried cayenne with olive oil by mouth for the GI symptoms. While it's true that there is dairy stuff you want to remove the main problem really may be about biofilms in your GI. If you've heard of biofilms you may know that they are a creation like mucous created by bacteria for bacteria and for parasites. The cayenne seems excellent to remove the biofilm which removes the food which removes the parasite and the bacteria. Finally after 25 years I can sleep well again.

HOW TO TAKE CAYENNE FOR PARASITES

One caution is that cayenne can actually damage your throat if you take a lot of it by mouth. So for this reason I started to take it with vitamin E. Actually without the vitamin E containers but with the vitamin! Vitamin E is a great way to counteract the acidic nature of herbs like cayenne. As I'll say below you can use vitamin E to counteract getting cayenne in your eye. It's also a great way to use the cayenne or skin without burning your skin. Apparently vitamin E and olive oil don't stop the cayenne from biting through the biofilm even so they'll reduce your skin irritation to about zero if you use it for external use.

I take several vitamin E caps that I chew to release the contents to coat my throat and stomach for the GI improvement. Followed by some olive oil..you can get mild olive oil that has much better no flavor than miserable hearty flavor!

Next  pour the cayenne in your hand perhaps an inch of cayenne and then take perhaps five E softgels and disperse them into this batch of the pepper and then add olive oil blend them together in the palm of your hand and swallow..


FIRST AID NOTE;

When you're through be sure to wash your hands so you don't have cayenne in your eye. This can be extremely bitter to your eye otherwise..

For first aid if you get something bitter like an herb like this in your eye I recommend Vitamin E in your eye from the cap because it's strongly basic and extremely anti-inflammatory and puts out the fire super fast and cayenne can be strongly acidic.. so they counteract each other and you get real relief fast if you accidentally ever get something bitter in your eye.. note however that this is not substitute for a doctor's care especially in emergency like for first aid. One other option I haven't tried yet for internal use just be to use cayenne caps but due to the tendency for it to cause harm to your throat or your upper GI I would certainly recommend that you also take it with vitamin E as well as olive oil and to finish up you always want to also take some food like bread to cleanse out your GI by mechanical cleansing.

For additional defense against e.g. a large parasite I use two herbs that are commonly known to be strongly anti-parasitic, Pau d Arco and Indian Thistle. These are two herbs I found with my 15 years of research that are moderately anti-parasitic for example Indian thistle reduces parasite motility by about 87%. I've never had any side effects or symptoms with either of these herbs so they seem more like a food but they're also immune boosters so they give energy that's non-edgy and not like a lot of the earlier energy boosters I was researching for my health..

More energy can be valuable like if you have to do something that makes you tired like just exercising for health and you don't want to be given a bad sign just for doing what you have to do of discomfort of your legs or whatever.

Note that while this site is about CFS Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, usually energy boosters may not be much value to you unless you first raise your blood pressure to moderation as studies have been found for example that all CFS symptoms stop when blood pressure is raised to moderation like by herbs like phenylalnine (Neosynephrin). Since you can't take Neosynephrine  long term be due to the side effects If you have CFS or long covid and you have low blood pressure you might want to raise it by using comfort foods and a super immune booster like Avemar that has the toxicological profile of bread or vinegar but that completely removes the virus that causes CFS supposedly and it can completely repair even a severely damaged immune system.

This was like night and day for my CFS the first day even with a really low dose and I used for years before I finally cured it outright by eating comfort foods and perhaps by using Avemar. These days I walk four or five miles a day as I started exercising about 25 years ago even with CFS and now I can usually walk long distances each day without discomfort or neural symptoms. The cognitive symptoms disappear when the blood pressure rises with CFS probably because you're getting more oxygen to your brain and most herbs for energy don't do this. So really the cure for CFS is first to raise your blood pressure to moderation and then only then to add on with energizing herbs like Indian thistle perhaps.

While I just cured my CFS presumably by luck because I was eating comfort foods to save money if I'd known that I was also going to have higher blood pressure later on I might not have eaten the comfort foods so much.

But I have no fear of this now because they gave me the prescription Lisinopril the most common high blood pressure prescription but also there's an MCT oil called Tricaprin that reverses cardio according to studies at the University of Osaka in Japan.

Also vitamin K2 as in natto is important for cardio health. You can buy powdered natto that lasts forever and isn't a brat or spoiled. You can take a small bit each day and a healthy artery without calcium clog up has 60 to 80 times more K2 in it than a damaged artery.

K2 may be important because it's valuable for endothelial health.. the linings of your blood vessels are considered to be one of the major measures of how old you are.

With CFS as with long covid there's major blood vessel damage with stacked and lumps of red blood cells including blood cells that are not round so they don't squeeze through out the oxygen as they go through the small blood vessels. And there are also issues with blood vessel integrity.

I've been sidetracking here a bit because this post while about parasites is also about boosting energy and 17% will have long covid and millions have CFS so I wanted to also say what I think about this. When do I get the most clicks when I type my fingers on the shelf!

While not nearly as powerful against parasites as the cayenne and olive leaf method Pau d archo and Indian thistle are both anti-parasitic and strongly anti-cancer.. Pau d Arco removes 3/4 of malignant cells in circulation in four hours and Indian thistle has shown astounding in vitro anti-proliferation events.

I think of them both as strongly anti-bad stuff sort of like what they say about garlic but more for real. To me they seem like superfoods.

At any rate due to the high rate of parasites people have in general I would think it might be good advice for almost everyone to take some kind of strong anti parasitic and the basic cayenne and vitamin E and olive leaf plan at any rate doesn't seem to cause any kind of harm and simply removes the food source of the parasite. I think for occasional use as needed this might be valuable for general good health.

For skin parasites an additional defense you can add on, is the above method for your skin except also with baking soda it's strongly anti- parasitic. You may not want to take baking soda internally however because it's going to raise your blood pressure. If you're younger or not salt sensitive you could probably do this once in a while. However 90% of people will get high blood pressure as they get older..
Of course just munching a bag of chips you get a lot of salt that day.

Ahh youth! Just skip the chips that day and no parasite which may be as much of a risk as high blood pressure in 40 years.. why wait to live it up at 65 mph..

Another good reason to use this method is because other methods simply don't work and I went through lots of nausea and other side effects that these seem to be without as much risk of..

As I say on my other post, the other herbs I went through, or methods like for example artemisium or zinc or mebendezol all cause constant nausea or even worse herbs like GSE can cause real nerve damage problems and most alternative health remedies other than this I've ever tried cause hormone or other damage... I mostly recovered from the damage by taking flax oil which is the best-known method of rebuilding neurons fast but also Lions Mane the herb is dramatically good for rebuilding nerves if they're damaged.. almost no side effects have been found by use Lions Mane even at extremely high doses for long term.  Experience has shown that maybe more than anything else if you can do more than this you might really at least want to try this method above of cayenne and olive leaf (and baking soda perhaps if your situation allows it). Parasites can be deadly but the solutions otherwise can be more expensive.. and you save more on celebration of a viable cheap safer method you can live more often with. Or you can live more often yet. 


Cinnamon


This is the strongest antiparasitic I've ever seen in almost 15 years of search, at any rate that doesn't itself cause harm. E.g. GSE or Bay leaf are both more strongly antiparasitic but both and many others e.g. graviola or artemesium are stronger for this but they also cause nerve damage unlike cinnanon. 


 But be sure to use only ceylon or "true" cinnamon. Cheap cassia cinnamon is strongly carcinogenic, and can cause liver damage and bleeding problems due to it's high coumarin or coumadin content. In addition other then putting on skin under clothes with a brush so you don't touch it and get it in your nose, you want to only buy caps to bypass your nose. Otherwise the fibers in the cinnamon can permanently damage your nose and lungs.


  Cinnamon used wisely is also great for blood sugar balance if you have problems with sugar. 50% have blood sugar issues and 80% of seniors will. Where there's a will there's a way out of this world as usual!


 You can't take it with you and some would say "they like more to help reach the hereafter", and me, I just want more to stay here!
