THE DIETER'S JUKEBOX What's The Perfect Diet?

 WEIGHT CONTROL AND THE DIETER'S JUKEBOX; PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS


How a diet with 100% success rate is possible!



Am I serious about weight control or am I a comic or what!


This page is more for professional dietitians who have the resources to set up this plan...even so it also may have value for more common use, and it's just interesting to think about.


Also on this post I'll show you links and methods for more prosaic common methods of losing weight than the jukebox that have worked for me so I lost 40 pounds in 3 years..

As before on some of my posts I had talked about my idea of setting artificial limits with timer boxes like about how much money you have each week to spend on food in order to counteract the artificial surplus of food that's available here and in our hour.


One reason I found that artificial limits weren't as efficient as I had hoped was because I would rather lose weight when I have the time and the energy like to walk (where beyond an hour and 20 minutes you lose a pound according to Prevention magazine by new findings) and not when I'm not ready.


Artificial limits are not as efficient in this respect.



 In passing I also mentioned as you can see on my other posts, about the Dieter's Jukebox. Here I want to elaborate on this idea, it seems to be a way to have a perfect diet without almost new extra stress of hunger and with almost 100% effective value.


 


 By this idea you can't eat what you can't see so if you had all your food in boxes that had timers like the kitchen safe timer box 

you could basically lose all you want. 


 In truth this will be another form of artificial limit for weight control.


The idea would be that if you limit the availability of the food perhaps more reliably, then the whole thing about overweight decreases.

In addition I imagine using stress sensors to automatically limit overeating in times of stress by perhaps relaxing herbs.


 I tried a simple plan of the dieter's jukebox with just two or three locks and boxes for like a day's worth of tempting food timed out a few days.


 There were three problems as it turned out.


 First of all, Complexity: it's quite complex to keep track of what food you want to limit with only a box or two and to lock and unlock all the boxes.



  Second, Anticipation; There's only a somewhat large amount of food you can store for coverage, and basically I would find myself waiting with anticipation for when the box would open and then here again I've got too much food available! Not to be used for the other use; open other end, Open other end!


 A problem was about REFRIGERATION; timing out food in my refrigerator is a major part of it because the valuable food often spoils.

 

 I used a cheap timer padlock and I'm glad I used it because it's gone now to the big kitchen above.


 Actually I think the time just froze in my ice jukebox and it's a way cool audio time machine with a clunk!


 SOLUTIONS


COMPLEXITY..

In my more advanced plan, this is solved for the Dieters Jukebox, by buying pre-planned meals like Jenny Craig and and timing these out in the boxes.


The other part of the complexity about locking unlocking all the locks may conceivably be solved by something like remote controlled timer locks like for those who are professionally involved with promoting weight control.


 I envision for this use that you would simply program all your locks to lock and unlock at the right time from one central control app, you press the button and they're all set.


 ANTICIPATION/LARGE PORTION PROBLEM;


This could be solved economically by buying bags like book bags with zippers, where you put the lock through the tabs the zippers, 21 of them for three meals a day for a week.


Here if you're serious like me, I'm the brightest star around!..


 You can also buy 21 timers of some sort like timer padlocks or the kitchen safes.


The boxes with the zippers that you lock with the locks you could probably get for a dollar each online somewhere I wouldn't doubt.


 The padlocks are going to be more expensive at least $20 each like on Amazon.


 If you use this plan professionally or otherwise I would recommend that you would also use like snooze alarm timers to get you ready for when it's time to dish, by using the snooze alarm you can also postpone eating if you're busy with some other event.


I find the snoozes of value for this one in the middle of some other activity so that I can finish the activity and then go on with usual events if I'm not yet hungry.


This will make the jukebox for dieters more flexible and so more people will be able to stay with the diet.


 If you're professional you might want to add stand up comedy by adding jokes and memory tricks to each alarm so it's a nice surprise when it's time to eat or when you're ready to eat.


 Of course the jokes on the timer could be about all the value of being thin and all the value of paying you the dietitian, the cheeze filled Visas are all 100% up! (I spell cheese with a z since it has been linked to reduced lifespan and insomnia the Zs cancel the other Zs, fight fire with waves!


Another option here might be to use the alarm so it plays interactive learning software to reinforce the value of good habits and how being thin may be so valuable.


 



 REFRIGERATION


 This was one that got me for a while but the solution is to use locks with keys for the boxes that you put in the refrigerator and then just timing out those keys in turn with the timer box locks socks, finally found my socks they haven't disappeared into an implosion of another cosmos, at any rate of faster than light at my speed of light rest.


One other question is about why the dieting fan can't just go out to the store and buy more food.


The most advanced plan here might be to use software to control the car by sensors that sense if the person has any money or has just eaten and it automatically keeps the car from starting if they start to drive to the store.


 Even for dieters who don't own cars like the rich or whatever, they own horses, the method might be of worth if it also locks the door. 


 If I'm in Weight Watchers, let me out of here well no thanks, I like being lofat!


 Like the video zoom contacts each time the genie would blink she'll get more sweet dreams and rest and not have smash up in her Chevy  watching old movies!


 Another possibility to keep dieters from outsmarting themselves about food instead of the SUV lock may  be a simple mouth guard that allows conversation  but not eating when too much food has been counted from the dieter's jukebox for the portion method of buying preset meals.


 You may say isn't hunger-and starvation about food?


 Not if you're rich it's not!

 

 The real beauty of this method and the ultimate takeaway would be that you can make it a real small reduction so it's almost got no strain.


 As I say elsewhere I think the strain of being unable to talk is a main measure of the value or lack of value of a diet.

 

 If you've lost 20 lb and you start to not be able to talk because you're in such pain all the time then the diet will probably fail if it just goes on without limit until they eat.


 If instead you automatically lose it gradually by these methods then you're much more likely to keep it off.

 

 So even if the dieter is sort of inside the dieters juke box they may not say "help can't get out!", not if the portion control is set at most optimal times for the least pain and the most optimal payoff.


Another valuable way to improve this might be sensors that sense the dieters hunger and stress levels and automatically reduce the strain of reduced food at that point. The second mouse gets the cheese.. even a 200 lb mouse!


Of course as I say walking has a lot of value mostly compared to other exercises for weight loss as it's been found.


 I think of calorie restriction and hunger to lose weight as worthless, while walking for an hour and 20 minutes as Prevention says makes it so that you can lose just a pound here and there and keep it off.


 The Dieter'sJukebox is thus for calorie restriction but only relative to overeating.


The goal is never to be hungry at all with the Jukebox and lose all the weight patiently you might want with walking combine with sensible exercises at reduced level to maintain fitness.


 So good old fashioned methods of weight control are going to be of value at any rate just for good health and also I've already lost 40 lbs in 3 years, slow and calm may also win the marathon, and on and on.


 As you can see the dieters Jukebox is relatively expensive and complex but it might be the most effective like with 100% success rate of the diet.

 

 The high success rate is important because 25% of people who lose weight go on to pathological dieting and the diet success rate is usually low by other methods. 


 It's a bit more complex but it's more efficient. Imagine dietitians who don't lose two thirds of their business because they're not eating their profits!


If you're a dietitian imagine celebrity after  celebrity paying you lots of money and losing the weight and the celebrity's reputation goes up and so will you.


  Another advantage of this advanced dieters jukebox method is about reduction of malnutrition for those who are dieting.


Heart attacks and  blood sugar events and many other health issues such as arthritis could be reduced by the value of this method.

 

This dieters Jukebox would seem superior to most diets, including one I'd recently seen where they use a magnet to keep the person's mouth closed.


The DentalSlim Diet Control method has been devised by scientists in the UK and that the University of Otago in New Zealand. 


Using special custom designed tooth bands as if used by orthodontists the magnet limits the weight off fan from opening their mouth less than 2 mm so they can only eat liquid food. Some few cheated by eating liquid chocolate and fizz, other replied that this is easy and anyone could get "around" it!


 An uproar was ensuing, yet yeah without suing, as some have merrily dubbed it a "medieval torture device" like in Merry Old Rhyme or perhaps something like Bitcoin which Warren Buffett calls "probable rat poison squared".


 To which the researchers replied no more general pandemonium just sergeant pandemonium because it was not intended as a quick or long-term way of losing weight.


 While those in the two-week pilot study lost about 14 pounds each, obviously they won't be able to keep it off which is what the evidence shows and so the researchers were saying that it's only for people who have to lose weight if they're in need of weight loss like for health care if they're going to have an operation.


 This seems to limit only those people after they lose the weight and then put it back on and all the rest of us also. Works for nearly 100%!

 

 Despite what the researchers say about it being cheap effective and simple, other than the medical use it would seem to be just a sort of gimmick in a way.


 This would seem to limit talking other than saying YUM YUM, and a computerized method of the magnet lock might be viable however provided food that the person could eat was limited to a gradual method as I say above.


 One other thing I would say about programming the Jukebox is also about getting in the habit of being moderately stressed about food.


Mark Twain would say  we should have something that makes us uncomfortable each day so we don't think it's so unusual.


 As I say on my other posts limiting comfort foods and flavor with moderation can have a strong influence on weight loss, if also combined with other methods like using food substitutes which are like foods that keep your mouth busy like a smoker, as well as complexity of food flavor like a tomato which slows down eating rate in research.


DID YOU KNOW?


It's been found that the person who has food like watermelon or apples on their shelf are on the average 9 lb under weight on average, while people with a box of chips on the shelf are about 17 lb overweight.


 This seems to be evidence that unlike simple over processed foods, complexity of flavor has real value for weight loss.


 Natural foods like watermelon have complexity of flavor and this causes a considerable reduction of weight.


 At any rate if there is some discomfort each day about food, this  can be learned and become a habit with time so that temptation about food resistance becomes second nature.


 More particularly if your programming a Jukebox like this if you build it, I think the most effective way might be to go back and forth between more comfort foods and low doses of more healthful staples more commonly that aren't so extreme.


 This would make it so by actually exercising my appetite, I'm getting stronger about it like exercise will. Yes fat is a muscle used to push my stomach from the shelf, so far so good and so on.



 One main way I found to do this, because I had to take prescriptions that limited my vitamin c, was to eat a food like oatmeal pretty commonly with sweetener like lohan/ erythritol with no calories and good flavor and no side effects ever seen, etc.


 There was like a 2-hour 3-hour period every day when I couldn't take vitamin c foods with my prescription. And when I would eat stuff like oats during this time I got more and more used to the idea of patiently waiting to have a bite or more particularly I was limited in what I was able to eat without vitamin c and I thought more about what I was eating before I ate it and carefully weighed my options. The oats are quite satisfying since they're considered to be a staple with the  sweetener but not luxurious. Like Benjamin Franklin would say "Want and abundance are the ruin of man". Can we hope for moderation, and abundwant or wantance? RIGHT. The stress wasn't too great but it was enough to make me aware whether I was eating or not.


 I hand full of patience is worth of bushel of brains, and much easier to carry around!


 But if both are of value, lots can use the bushel for a lofat hat!


 So if you're a dietician and thinking of programming a  Jukebox like this, I would recommend to put in limits on availability not just the food itself but also the types of food on a regular basis.



 

 This is a goof I've seen that must have shipwrecked millions of diets, unhealthy food alternatives to eating unhealthy food!


 The jukebox might instead have like three options to choose from when the time was right and there should be sort of like a time of tribulation by the dieter to think about what may the most optimal and valuable for them at that time.

 

 In essence this will be a time to learn a bit about nutrition, and here again comedy and memory tricks could be useful to boost the value of this.


For example a picture of unhealthy food to be compared to what they're about to eat and questions will be asked like do you realize that you eat the bad food you may only live 30 years? Right! "In my next 70 years!"...


 And you also are helping people to eat right by buying the food that they can buy more by "economic vote". Awesome charity  here more worth than a thousand other nonprofits (even while they are good and great).


 One thing the idea where the mouth magnet is superior is about going in stores and availablility of food however.

 

 While the Jukebox would limit food around the house or the dietitian's office it still wouldn't stop people from just going to the store and buying food, right?


 More particularly food is real complex and often relatives will show up with surprises of nice food when they find out the person is on a diet just to pretend to be nice.


 The mouth magnet if combined with the Dieters Jukebox would limit all access to the food except when the food of the jukebox was in reach.


 An alternative would be to limit the availability of money to buy food and any attempt to buy food online or in the store would automatically be limited by the credit card.


 Otherwise if the diet crash and burn pilot goes to the store and buys a lot of food that's not healthy the mouth magnet will sooner or later allow them to eat it. The mouth magnet doesn't know what food is being put in the mouth. 


 If any food other than the allowed meals were around the house,   and if the mouth magnet only opened when it was time to eat it's still couldn't distinguish good food from bad without that food being locked down. 


 If for example by way of the mouth magnet method the food was put into bags ready to eat I could see no reason why the dieter or diet sabateur couldn't just try to switch the food in the bag if unlocked for cheaper food at the last moment in hopes of cheating on the diet.


 The mouth magnet method wouldn't limit buying behavior and I would think the most reliable way to distinguish one food from the other would be by the way of the Jukebox where the allowed food is locked down and the other isn't.


 More specifically I can imagine a sensor in the person's mouth that senses whether they're eating from the allowed container or not and locks the person's mouth if it's not.


 About relatives with gifts of food to those who are "in need!".. I would think that if they try to send them through the mail as mine have with regular events of this type a similar control method agreed upon with the post office and other delivery methods by computer could automatically limit this "weigh" in.


 The dieters box could also be combined with the mouth magnet method to limit any food from relatives or other sources in the house so that the mouth magnet does close down if that food is nearby and only when it's removed from the house and thrown in the trash does the food in the Jukebox become available to eat! 


 Here the mouth magnet is open most of the time but when danger is near it would automatically limit the advance when seen.


I would think there could be a special entry area for the dining room where the  Jukebox would be, and there will be sensors that would sense of any food is being brought in and automatically limit the appetize squeeze! 


 It might seem each box of the Jukebox would also need to be refrigerated for keeping the food safe and healthy and this would be expensive, however as I say a method here to solve this could be to use typical padlocks to lock boxes like in a freezer and then the keys of each padlock are stored externally in timer safes like with timer padlocks, easy to find online that freezing also can't damage.


 


 If I was 200 pounds overweight by losing just 30 lb a year, in just six years the weight is down to an optimal level but without the talking limit..

I find that using food substitutes for example allspice sweetened with lo han/erythritol (Splenda) or Jamaican curry, make pretty good food substitutes. Other ways to do this for example are to eat green peppers and I would also think like health powders e.g. kale powder with almost no calories are some easy ways to use the food substitute method. 


You don't want your flavor to be extreme either bad or good, you just want to keep it low moderation and so with the food substitutes most herbs are not viable for this like for example, onion powder is far too bitter, and so is garlic, and so on...and so on my page I'll show you some of the herbs that are both moderate and flavor or enough to wake you up but not so much they zonk you down..




By this method you're not "should I eat or not eat" but rather you're like "here's this beautiful other alternative" like it was in evolution where we were eating healthy herbs because there wasn't enough food in reach.. here you're doing it because there's too much and evolution is more right side up.


Studies have shown in surveys three out of four say they feel comfortable before they go in the store to buy their food and as they leave only 1 in 3 are comfortable.


 My mother would always say if I was tired that perhaps it's a low grade inflammation.


 So to this kind of stress may have influence on the diet as you would expect.


It's been found that behavioral discomfort causes as much harm to your neural health as actual physical discomfort. 


 I think of it as a sort of hunger so you go to the store and you have this pain and it makes you hungry so you buy more food.

 

 With enough experience I've gotten to where I know more about this and so I found a method of limiting this influence and stores by use of special ear stops and other methods combined... When learning or listening to language, it's been seen that 4/5 of the events are just the pattern of the language and only 1/5 often have meaning.


 So it's viable to go in the store with the special methods where you can also hear through by limiting some sounds and not others to do reasonably well in the store.. better is to find ways to have good things to say to the people in the store so I always have this and I'll show you on this link or if you like click below at the end of this post....

Note that this is the method that works much better when you're not exchanging much information with the people, even so due to the advance of SR speech recognition though you may soon be able to completely filter your conversations to more optimally remove what you might not want to listen to as much and not just have a lot of good things to say as I'll show you how to make up your own comedy from sources like the news so you always have some good to say as I do, and also the best software I found yet with speech recognition for this....





Provided you walk two or three times a week for 120 minutes each not much heavy exercise needed- and I would say it's bad for your diet!..combined with tricks like mine, you can lose weight on a regular schedule. This is why in my belief, scientific study has shown that exercise doesn't cause weight loss, it's because science hadn't yet found what type of exercise that actually does work.


 I think of it as a "sensitive mechanism". If you tamper with the mechanism by trying to force it too much like by binge dieting or binge exercising, or as they found even just talking about being on a diet around your kids makes them more probable to gain weight... you're not making use of the viable event where you actually win more than you lose more reliably.


This is why I cover my mirrors because weight loss has been shown to be reduced or maybe not so reduced if you lose it for looks.


 So too I time out my scale with padlocks and the box to reduce the hype. 


My Favorite Appetite Suppressant, and Why it Works



If you're familiar with alt/complementary health, you may have heard of adaptogenics.


By definition adaptogenics are herbs or methods that help the body and it's physiology many ways without causing harm.


To famous examples of adaptogenics are panax ginseng and eleuthro.

 These are herbs that have been established to be safe and valuable for different uses.


 These are both considered to be fitness boosters and energy giving.


 Another adaptogenic that you may not have heard of is withiana, withiana like many adaptive genics has special characteristics.


 One of my favorites is that it's strongly neuro protective.

 In research when you're under stressed with withiana you literally lose only 20% of the neurons you lose when you're under stressed without withiana.


 In another value of withiana is that it causes relaxation.


It's scientific name is withiana somnifera which means it causes sleep or relaxation.


When you have emotional hunger you actually stressing your solar plexus the bundle of nerve fibers just below your heart.


 I found that really low doses of withiana, like say 1/10 the amount recommended on the bottle by the vendor Swanson Health, when dissolved in another jug and dispersed a lot with a labeled jug, this gives relaxation and when taken both by mouth and on the solar plexus reduces hunger quite a lot. My guess is that stress like emotional stress causes a feeling like hunger by way of damage to neurons of the solar plexus. For me, and while it may not work for you, I found that this is a special effective to take a bit before I go to the store so that when I come back with the food I'm not tempted to eat as much.


 This can hypothetically be also used for reducing stress caused by pharmaceuticals or OTCs you might take. (Please remember that I'm not a professional and this site is for entertainment only.)


 


 


 Remember with all this you NEVER have to be hungry even once almost to lose a lot of weight if you do it by walking and don't overeat either. The idea is to remove all your opportunities to over or under eat and then lose the weight by walking. I found food limits to help achieve this to be much improved by the food substitute and the flavor methods. 


 In the old days I would go through 8 times a day when I'm thinking "am I hungry?" when it would be a question and I wasn't hungry and then otherwise I would eat..


 Science has shown that a third of the time when you think you're hungry and you eat, you're actually thirsty..


 I like to combine the food substitutes with the food itself so it's more complex also....





Even so if the exercise is too severe it's not going to work.


 As I say this post is perhaps just for entertainment and some wild dietitians here and in other lands perhaps and I haven't needed the Jukebox to lose weight.  Even so there are a lot of people with stress who might see value out of it and wouldn't have to depend on the "mechanism" so much and hopes of losing weight just right over and over by more common methods.  


 The idea is that ultimately the Jukebox being safe, relatively cheap and 100% effective, might be another option to have in our weight control toolbox. And also because nothing else- even the magnetic bite crunch, doesn't work!


 Sort of like letting the SUV help you travel and not just walking, because a lot of people are just thinking constantly about weight control and can't, and this would completely remove their worry about it.


Or perhaps like Grandpa Jones on Hee Haw would say when they asked him "Where is your still?" And he said "I have it set up so it lights its own fire.. brews its own moonshine, and blows itself up when the authorities are around.. It's on the softwear!"


 For reduction about this method even while it's a bit synth it might  be a real value a lot of people, and a few celebrity dietitians, might use!


 These methods combined with complex flavors and lower levels of flavor but not too low, which have been found to have power for weight control, combined with the walking and no hunger, have been enough that I could lose a lot of weight and  no doubt I'll be able to lose more.


How I Reached This Level


This post about the Dieter Jukebox even as a plausible experiment "was not yet viable" so I looked at the odds after going through five diets over the years and I decided to patiently wait till science might have helped me, and sure enough it has and I realized a slower but sure method is the wise way to acheive this overall. Webmd tells us that calcium with a low fat diet reduces 67% of body fat.


I believe it's valuable to eat calcium with foods like natto also good for cancer which have a lot of k2 which changes your calcium from causing harm to causing good..


More about an  experience I had about K2 and cancer in a moment..


While K2 hasn't yet been linked to weight loss I think this may have major import to it because it's been linked strongly to calcium. My guess is perhaps K2 with calcium is much more powerful for this..


Natto the food has 90% more of the good K2 than any other food and if you buy it like from a site like NYture New York natto it's generally only about 5 to $20 a month which is much cheaper than tofu I was eating a lot of and you get like 10 times as much of the good K2.


 It's been found that 97% are k2 deficient and a healthy artery has 100 times more k2 in it than one that's damaged by calcium..


90% will get high blood pressure so it's probably in your future.


K2 also has a long list of amazing advantages.


I don't recommend synthetic k2 used in supplements because it's made from tobacco and not real. To me it felt poisonous. Often food sources are more valuable and who would eat tobacco, to make a cigarette lighter just stop the cough!


 When you buy real natto the cost is just as cheap overall as the cheap synthetic kind..

K2 and Cancer


You probably want to eat natto in moderation because 4 out of five will have cancer and natto is called a fibrolytic which means it chews up fiber.


This means it dissolves fiber and this is one of the ways that it reduces blood pressure rapidly because it dissolves the fibrin and as you get older fibrin clogs up your circulation.


 Another aspect of fibrin is that cancer cells hide out behind the fibrin coat and they have 10 to 15 times more fibrin where they hide out from your immune system and say "we're alright, your faith is well informed".


 So if you eat a lot of natto and K2, you're actually reducing the fibrin coat of the cancer cells  as most people will have and this may get them upset, making the cancer 10 times stronger if you take too much natto.


 I found this out with luck and a lot of pain but since most will have cancer there is the wondrous value of Avemar which is made from wheat germ and this can repair even a severely damaged immune system.


 It's been recommended by cancer doctors that 100% take Avemar, and I would think after covid in particular this would also be valuable. Presumably you will make more antibodies to the vaccine if you have a super strong immune system.


 Note that for 3/4 of the people who have cancer the cancer will get resistant and the immune system is one of the things that cancer often takes over so above all you may want to boost your immunity.


 There are few known side effects of Avemar, it has a toxicological profile of bread or vinegar.


 While Avemar is subsidized in Hungary where it was invented, in the US you can buy it on eBay for about 87 to $100 a month and the price hasn't come down presumably because of control in Hungary.


 So as I say I was taking natto for my cardio health, and Avemar for general health and my pain had been gone for years and apparently the natto cut down the fibrin coat and this seems to energize the cancer causing me severe pain.


 So I looked up online about how to increase the fibrin coat, and it turns out balanced meal or protein shakes increase it by 20 to 40% and combined with the super power of the Avemar my pain stopped immediately after about 14 days of pain.


 I was often saying before about cancer for the majority who will have it that reducing the fibrin coat and using the Avemar to then find the cancer cells more reliably by way of its super strong power might be of value in general with the cancer cells unable to hide out with the fibrin reduced.


And I thought for a while that this might  be an objection too to taking much K2.


I've been taking K2 the synthetic cheap kind and I didn't seem to have a lot of pain with it, and maybe the real reason for this what's because cheap K2 isn't even real K2...and the natto is the real K2


 How do I know when I've reduced the fibrin coat to the right level?


There are tests for this where do I sign up!


After I continued with my fibrin level reduced by the natto yet not reduced too much by the protein powder, the visible blemishes decreased more not less almost completely disappeared for the first time and this seems to be a sign that my immune system has gotten stronger and smarter not less so by my experience with K2.


In general it might be wise to keep fibrin in moderation, if you keep it too high the cancer cells hide out more and you'll have high blood pressure.


If it's too low the cancer cells may be upset. If you're in pain because of cancer you might want to consider drinking protein shakes in moderation.


And anyone with cancer might want to take Avemar. 


 Avemar may not be for everyone and is for use only with advice of a healthcare provider.


 To check your fibrin levels may be of value by this method.


And if the pain starts again of course I can drink protein shakes more often to increase the fibrin.


 This of course has risk but cancer treatments are not paradise. 50% die of the doctors mistake and two-thirds of common cancer drugs are carcinogenic, yes they are cancer drugs!


Also want to discuss about mangosteen and sugar.


 You may see these wondrous sites about how to much reduce cancer by limiting sugar.

 The idea is that cancer cells love sugar and when you limit it to go searching around for the chemotherapy and eat it and die.

 I'm not completely sure if this is true but if so a major value might be of mangosteen.


 Mangosteen (which webmd and other sites like Healthline say is likely safe for most people, while long-term safety is not yet known) limits sugar.


In addition to being a fitness and weight loss booster it's an alpha amylase inhibitor which means that it stops amylase from converting carbs you eat into sugar which means the sugar never reaches you.

Mangosteen is well known to be valuable to moderate blood sugar and so I take a small small dose of it with any sugar I eat and not only can this cause you to lose weight, it might also limit cancer.


 I'm not taking large doses of mangosteen because for instance it's liver toxic at high doses.


 But it works quite well to limit sugar wooziness I eas having as I say on my post here...

How I use Food Substitutes For Weight Control and for general health...


What are "food substitutes"?

 

These are foods like herbs, with almost zero calories, no fat, chemicals, or cholesterol, etc. much cheaper than "designer foods" which are supposedly used to heal specific illnesses or for health. Food substitutes are for general health but with "natural artificial" sweeteners or low salt added! for real flavor.


They're also cheaper than diet foods (which need industrial strength heat and pressure to remove the salt and sugar and this is why the prices of these are often so high).


 I thought of food substitutes and I searched on the web and all I found was about the designer foods which hadn't yet "been eaten so much by the rich!"





Now with the advent of sweeteners that aren't so poisoned or without flavor other than after taste wanted by no one but St Elsewhere "and his wife VISA!" it becomes possible to essentially make food alternatives with great flavor. 



In commercials the poor saltaholic is salting food on the assembly line, followed by promises of using the salt substitute for relief from salt cravings. Yet salt substitutes are not for people with high blood pressure because the most important kind that's been discovered, (potassium-based) cause harm to just the people who will get the most reduced use of the health promises of such commercials.


Elsewhen you would see promises that herbs would be any kind of a viable substitute for salt.


 This problem, about lack of flavor alternatives that don't cause harm would seem so bad that often people don't use healthy eating habits and instead opt for the 50,000$ triple bypass operation or with some combination of stints and angioplasty and then a few years later the high blood pressure heart damage problem returns.


 


By even adding these food substitutes right on  food without salt or sugar you may be able to cut down on salt and sugar itself.


This trick doesn't work as well as the food substitute directly eaten, but for some it might be of worth also.


I want to say one more thing here before I go on to describe how to make the food substitute.


And this is about a method I found of improving food itself when you don't eat salt or sugar.


 Since what you eat should be like 1/3 to 1/4 grains they say for good health since grains are both cheap and valuable, a way to eat grains without salt sugar fat chemicals or cholesterol is going to be valuable if you make it taste really good. 


Look on the chips shelf and be amazed!


These are foods that you don't get tired of so much. They're "staple foods". Except you want to remove all the salt and fat added by going to the source food. 


 A potato is a piece of sugar and so is a piece of bread, sugar damages your heart and circulation health every step of the way.


 What potato chip manufacturers do is take a 20 cent potato and add a lot of salt and fat to it and then charge $6.


 One way to stop the sugar poison is to stop into the source with mangosteen.


The WebMD site says mangosteen is likely safe for most people.

 Mangosteen is a rather wonderous herb that balances blood sugar quite well and also reduces blood sugar levels by 50 to 100 points if you eat it just before you eat sugar.


 Many people with blood sugar issues, about a third of the population, are starving because they can't eat foods with sugar for nutrition even though healthy foods like watermelon or peaches or strawberries are often healthy for blood sugar not unhealthy and not only this they don't damage your teeth.


 Mangosteen like most alternative health methods has some side effects that you should know about.


 For me it seems to cause mild edginess at higher doses so I kept the dose low.


 I also use the adaptogenic herb withiana to counteract this tendency.

 

 Withiana is so strongly neuroprotective that it protects your neurons 80% when you're under stress that you otherwise would lose.


 This is only my experience and may not work for you. You use this site at your own risk.


 I found ways to almost totally limit artificial sugar and still have these sweeteners and flavor and save my teeth for example by eating natural sugar (like oranges watermelon...) instead of processed sugar. 






 I take four herbs turmeric, ginger cayenne and olive leaf and these can dramatically limit toothache if you also use a water flosser (dentists don't recommend toothbrushes more than once a day because they damage teeth with small cuts that wear away with the nylon bristles. I originally believed that just not having the toothbrush with odor was enough and these herbs were certainly enough for that even without putting them in the freezer as I did to further reduce the bacteria. Even so because of the sharp edges it's not recommended to brush more than once a day by dentists). By combining first mechanical methods of completely removing the food from your teeth with the water wash combined with these herbs and reducing all artificial sugar way down without loss of flavor, you can keep your own teeth and I almost totally stopped all dental discomfort with no problem. More than 50% of the population will have severe toothache events at any given moment..

A trick I like for really great flavor of my grains that taste just like granola almost yet without any milk is to take common raisin bran, which has a lot of fortified minerals and just add it to the oatmeal and then add water.


Finally I add the sweeteners like lo han and erythritol as I'll say and add water instead of milk... this can be a major staple of diet for example for weight loss or for other health.


It tastes quite much like granola but you don't get tired of it like you do a lot of other foods because we ate grains so often in evolution.


 It has low sugar low fat low salt low cholesterol and yet it tastes quite good and is highly nutritious.


I note of caution though, don't overdo it, for example if you eat too much grain you'll get phytic acid which makes it so you don't absorb the minerals in those fortified grains.


This doesn't hold us true for processed grains as much however the phytic acid levels are low, contrary to what you hear on sites like the Weston Price site.


 (Even so if you eat grains often you might want to see their site because it says you can eat rye bread to counteract us because the rice has phytase an enzyme which chews up the phytic acid for reduction of problems like for example what's called mineral starvation mode that adults have not children who eat lots unprocessed of grains.)


I searched for three and a half years (more like 20 or 30) or more for this basic way to eat with pleasure without the collateral damage so I can tell you I have experience and have been alive  since I was a teen!


Another way to acheive good flavor without all the poison is by way of the Substitutes you can add on to the more simple foods.. for example cherries are great to eat but they simplify them so they taste so good, so what I did today believe it or not it's took my cherries halfway in, and ready to finish them but instead I took some  Jamaican Curry and sprinkle it on and it stopped my savings binge right away! 


So you see there are many foods that you can add your food substitute to and the method is to learn which is best for the simple food.


You're eating healthy while not putting on  weight by wedging the food substitutes in where they fit the best. No, not eating them all the time as the main part of what you eat but rather using them for the value of the food substitute so you can actually even tolerate them and eat right!


 For the food substitutes themselves to not overdo it I add complexity to the food by using other flavors and this will slow you down from eating as studies have shown... If you're eating more complex foods instead of oversimplified processed foods you lose weight not gain it.


This is why research is shown the person with foods like vegetables on their shelf way on the average 9 lbs less than most while those with the box of munchos on their shelf way on the average 19 lb more.



 



 What Foods I Use For This Substitute Method..


I use special green food powders with the sweetener for sweets and curry the herb/ spice combination for a salty flavor alternating in other times to use the substitute for both a sweet and a salty flavor and also healthy foods themselves that have no salt fat sugar etc...like perhaps lettuce or green bell peppers...


 Another trick is to use cheaper than Mrs. Dash poultry seasoning and then adding something like curry or the sweetener.


 Be sure however to eat your food substitutes in moderation, for example if you eat too much Mrs. dash you're getting thuja with the Rosemary and Thyme, and at high doses  these are addictive and can cause problems like alcohol. Mostly this problem about too much of one food substitute is solvable just by reducing them all and using more of the different ones. This is why it's best to use more than one Substitute, just general caution, who knows what they haven't found out yet about what, right!


I also like ahead in the marathon more of lettuce (which fills you up a lot) or even canned spinach, or tomato juice with no salt which is low calorie. Canned spinach has quite a bit more salt but it will do as a substitute when you are without bizology, the science of math savings, and who doesn't want to save up math, and for you my readers I hope I'll help multiply blessings, in more and more than moderation!


Herbs like dill weed powder are easy to chew but not without enough or to much bite, they crunch and bite through just right for good mouth feel and great flavor.  Dill weed with the sweetener added tastes like a delicious minty green bite rather like a York Peppermint but with none of the poison. You may say greens they're so yuck and they taste so bad and to should stay in the refrigerator. There are more solutions than having a super clean house if this is the sign of you having gotten 10 million clicks and a recording contract for MP3 songs you sang on YouTube in the heat in the wave! No more lightning strikes when you're clean out of the washing machine! I'll spin all the rest of the month!


 About the odor and having to wash the dish from what you haven't eaten this is easily solved by just buying green powders.


 But I found it tastes a lot better if you combine the green powders with other greens and SWEETENERS.


 SWEETENERS Make the difference! (Even so you want to keep the flavor level moderate and lower since reduced flavor has been found to cause weight reduction and more flavor causes weight gain). This is something new to science and mom hopes you see me here on the hi fi horizon, sure outwins lo-fi!


This is also a great way to cut down on salt and sugar if you use sweeteners that make you lose weight! like alllulose. I use the "In The Raw" formula that has, erythritol/ monk fruit/ stevia and allulose.


While you may have heard of stevia, you may not have heard of monk fruit Lo Han which is actually a sweetener that has no known side effects unlike sweeteners like sucrulose, aspartame, saccharine... or other oses on and on which either have problems like the MS epidemic or blindness for the former or cancer for saccarine as well as GI problems for all "the oses" ("wonder why they have this name").


 One good thing about monk fruit is it's the only sweetener I tried including sorbitol xylitol, all eight of them, most of the GI some of them unsafe, other than erythritol you can buy with it in the splenda sweetener blend, that tastes sweet enough without after taste.


 While allulose (multiply blessed sign here) like erythritol has mild GI discomforts, these are both considered to be easier to tolerate of the sugar alcohols and allulose in particular if used in just a small ratio in formulas like the In The Raw all purpose formula especially if allulose causes weight loss, seems so optimal!

 

 The In The Raw all purpose formula is  available in general supermarkets or online these days and if you can't get that I highly recommend the Splenda erythritol/ monk fruit 1/1 blend you can get for about $20 a month's worth at the same stores. The same formula is available on Amazon as Lakanto (Chinese). No after taste! Why wait for the soup of the day at the restaurant if it was Memorial Day 1987!


 If I have the jug why not have some dish with my flavor!


 For the main part of my food substitute as promised I use powdered greens.


These I buy cheap at the agricultural supply store near where I live. You might try basil, dill weed, or perhaps fennel etc. Fennel is rather tough to chew but dentists say that if we get food that's tough to chew on a child will not need braces each time, parents take note this is a way to have no more orthodontist cost. 


 These herbs are great when blended with the sweetener, but of all the herbs of tried only dill weed and basil go well enough with the sweetener to be viable.


As I say though other foods substitutes are viable including curry for a salty flavor and don't forget, other healthy foods can be a food substitute. For example green bell peppers or foods like lettuce or even corn without salt added.


 The main problem with doing this before the sweeteners were devised or found was that the only food substitutes you had were other foods like this and they just aren't as satisfying..


 Of course curry might be the one that actually has worth here, but I think of it as a miserable experience to cut down on salt sugar fat chemicals and the pleasure of eating by using just like this one herb to eat all the time.. Other foods or water which I found worthless for weight loss that don't have much flavor are tough to stay with without the food substitutes.


 What I wanted was a sweet flavor that wouldn't kill me and a salty flavor like curry  since I only live twice and I wrote my memwahs twice!


 It's like this empty space where food substitutes had not yet filled and the only other alternative was terrible foods more often. A dish feels an empty place in your life and so is wealth!


 Now with the science of sweeteners combined with this method of using curry also and healthy foods (and assorted Food Substitutes also) it's really more viable to use them. 


 If you just lived on curry you wouldn't be as healthy and when you sort of divide the burden the Food Substitute method becomes more viable.

 

 For weight loss as I say this combined with it can make you lose weight more reliably.

 A problem people wanting to restrict salt and sugar and fat and cholesterol and chemicals have had since the dawn of food processing is about finding alternatives.


 Potassium-based salt substitutes aren't viable for people who want to still have their cardio health..


 I use Badia brand jamaican style curry, it really is a salty flavor food substitute that's actually good for your heart and it only has 3% of your salt intake for enough flavor to be viable enough to be a real food substitute.


Even if this has a certain amount of salt you're not relying on curry only if you divide the burden with the other types of Food Substitute for the times when you do use the food substitute.  As well as eat a well balanced diet and get enough exercise etc.


 The food substitutes are for decreasing quantity to the optimal level of food but not decreasing quality of the food you do eat.

 




When in doubt just look up online for real low calorie foods you can eat for the basis of your food substitute.


Even so viable substitutes like dillweed or basil with a sweetener or curry for the salty flavor have been tough for me to find as I say as I've been searching for them for years.


 I buy the small herb bottles for just a dollar and blend them right in the bottle after I've eaten one or two and I have some extra bottles for room.


Do your research because all herbs are not equivalent and some may not gowith your health picture.


 For example I strongly recommend that you don't use sage, rosemary, or thyme because they are "thuja" and they cause problems like alcohol and are addictive. It's believed that Van Gough for example was addicted to thyme and this was why he had difficulties though it seems like "they weren't difficulties painting"! Some might wonder what Van Gough must have thought as he painted masterpiece after a masterpiece and got no credit. Perhaps he started singing that jingle, "Solid Gold, Starry Starry Saturday Night!"


  Herbs like cayenne are just not viable for a Substitute either except as in low dose because of flavor etc. when even so you might add in just a bit as I say below for general health value..no doubt you want to watch out and buy the herbs that are more like foods.


Overuse of herbs can give you a problem like polypharmacy (caused by "too any herbs") which is even considered an insurance risk.


 The rich part of this  neighborhood of health for me is not just the great flavor "wealth" you can find by blending your herbs of the right type but also that you can add in healthy powders of other types.


 For example in addition to my green powders I add rye flour which is known to boost prostate health and male libido and boost ut health with good events the first day about 10 ways that are often permanent or will endure for months or more. (You may not have heard of prostatitis but it causes more misery to more people than any other tissue of the body).


 To make the rye flour in the sweet flavored substitute not too sticky in your GI and clog up your GI one might combine this wisely with oatmeal which adds 

the right kind of fiber with the rye fiber and a nice contrasting flavor to the Substitute.


 Another herb I like to add to my food substitute is olive leaf powder, an herb with almost no side effects and about lots of advantages according to some. Only a small bit of these other herbs may be necessary and you're not taking a high dose like with olive leaf that can cause problems like low blood sugar (wooziness after sweets).


 Even so if you add in low doses of olive leaf or other healthy OTC's if you know what you're doing and you check on the web for interactions or side effects like this about low blood sugar and you hope to custom blend it to your own health situation, for olive leaf powder, you will be left with what's left and what's reduced and hopefully what's alright... for example about 30 advantages for olive leaf powder; bone density increases, it cleanses out and strengthens your heart, it boosts your liver, it's good for libido it makes a permanent structure that germs have trouble hiding out inside and so on... 


If you opt out of the delicious food substitute with no calories, no fat, no sugar, no salt, and all real value including chlorophyll vitamin c, there are enough nitrates in any green food  for heart health, and it's cheaper than most greens formulas.... You still might want to use a sweetener. (To stop spills while pouring I use a large juice jug with a whole punched in the top and tie the lid to the jug so I never spill it except through the hole and then pour in the sweetener with the funnel and it's easy to shake and apply to the dish. I tape the jug on the outside with paper tape and write in my fancy handwriting since I'm a painter with a dark artist pencil so that it never smears or fades and then embalm it with transparent heavy packing tape for durability. Spills can be a considerable limit over time; spills, drills, thrills, bills, ills, pills, and wills.. when you have good labels-you're in the store but not of the store! To prevent spills of herbs or like the oatmeal and raisin bran which often come in genuine pour proof containers!...First pour them into the large oatmeal container and then to pour into your bowl squeeze the oatmeal container so it's narrower to pour into your smaller bowl. This is much easier than lots of shelf control who you have to clean up spill after spill..). After the sweetener and perhaps an herb like kale then I blend in something like rye flour and a low dose of olive leaf so I remember to take it... 


Often I couldn't remember to take the most healthy herbs because I was living my life in general with all its complexity and events inventions and weight control tricks, math, science, music and inventions and involved with taking the herbs or methods that were necessary and improving on them.


This low level blending in with my herbs method makes it so while I'm getting flavor, I also can watch in the background for some of the essential general health values you or I might also want to tend to. For the herbs for health, blending with the sweetener in the one jug I use often at meals helps memory more automatically to be with the more general herbs for fitness, health or other value.


I don't necessarily recommend these green herbs I talk about above. Each of us has their own health situations and you use this site at your own risk.

To be the best I can with what I have where I am now, is not always something I can achieve for others, and these are suggestions about the food substitute and are not a substitite for the sweet nurse and her cute celebrations...



In evolution we ate green foods I presume because we couldn't get meat to eat moo of the time and some would call foods of this type more satisfying judging how the third world is now eating more like the Western diet.


  


I've learned to use food substitutes to basically derail my tendency to overeat sometimes.


A Food Substitute may be worth adding to your life not because there's not enough "as as it was in evolution" but because there is too much available at times for the opposite reason, perhaps because of the way we evolved, with more healthy results for us here and now as it was for millions of years for the same reason.




 It works quite well if you think of weight gain as at least partially a major sort of inefficiency.


Science shows that love is not about gene selfishness like scientists once believed but rather it's about efficiency.


In R&D for example, so much of it is! People eat extra because they mistake thirst for hunger 37% of the time!

 

 Each day I use the food substitute a time or two because I'm partially hungry but instead of eating I go to the healthy alternative.


 This doesn't make me more hungry if I was going to overeat, it doesn't increase the hunger, it only takes up the slack while to some slight gradual level this might be possible for weight loss over long periods if I didn't get greedy and try to lose too much too fast.


Another word for healthy food substitutes like this.. is vegetables herbs or mushrooms.


 We see all these recommendations to eat vegetables and yet we don't see a lot of people doing this as the main part of what they eat.


 But that's just what lots of food substitutes are and if we just can't eat them all the time at any rate like with exercise at any rate to when the marathon this is a method I can stay with. If I can't force myself to eat herbs vegetables all the time at least Ohio can do this much!


I would think the best way to lose weight is not by trying to force it like this rather, just by always taking up the slack. Exercising by walking two or three times a week for an hour and 20 minutes is helpful...if I lose quite a lot from time to time bit by bit leading up to major weight loss over months or years, so be it! 


The exercise gradually reduces it and the food substitute reduces "wasteful eating!"



Prevention magazine says moderate exercise like walking burns off a pound while walking for just an hour only burns off an ounce! This may be the only exercise that actually causes much weight loss and this is why people weren't able to lose weight by exercise. Most types of fast exercise are too strenuous to keep it off with the muscle pain and soreness and most slow or moderate exercise like walking doesn't do more than burn off 300 calories a day,  just the baseline to stay healthy. 


Research shows that if you lose weight for your looks you're more likely to gain than you lose. 


I would think this would not have been common before they invented mirrors in the 1300s. It's why us old people are so thin! And wise established and wealthy..hope so..


My idea is that the whoop of looking in the mirror makes you ask, how am I doing how can I force to lose more weight.. this won't work.


So if like me you're not out in public a lot you also might want to use a trick I use; drape all your mirrors with nice sheets including what I use a poly box lid taped over my bathroom sink except for when I want to see what outfits I'm wearing. You might even want to have your mirrors removed entirely. 

 

 Another trick I use to not look in the mirror itself is to tie a book like a joke book to the mirror and anytime I'm thinking of looking just sort of by habit I think of the jokes and memorize them by writing down letters for each word and then just looking at the letters and thinking of the words in loops.


Memorizing can dramatically improve your ability to reason research has shown, and by doing the word and letter loops and repeats it introduces memory to derail any habit I might have that I didn't want.


 For example 57% are now overusing their cell phone so I've taken joke books (and you can do this with any book you want to add more of your knowledge about) and tied them to my cell phone with duct tape, on the outer edge..

 

 


Efficiency can be of major import for all kinds of things. Using food substitutes can make it so that you can at least not gain weight if you don't lose it and it's more probable you'll lose it also if you essentially learn to understand your weight "with higher resolution". I never underestimate the worth of patience, and sometimes slow and  steady may win the marathon. In 3 years I've lost 35 pounds by the tricks and methods I use on the site and I may not be able to win and lose 35 pounds in a month like some health sites but it's more probable I'll keep it off.


In addition to making it so that if I'm thirsty and I don't know, I can just go for the food substitute for safe haven. Another advantage of the food substitute is while you're eating you often get this idea that you have extra helpings that won't...! The substitute tastes so delicious it's much easier to say no if you change the one over for the other sort of like the balance when you're at the wheel of your RV..


 Finally I want to say that webmd tells us that calcium with a low fat diet reduces 67% of body fat.


I believe it's valuable to eat calcium with foods like natto which have a lot of k2 which changes your calcium from causing harm to causing good..


While K2 hasn't yet been linked to weight loss I think this may have major import to it because it's been linked strongly to calcium. My guess is perhaps K2 with calcium is much more powerful for this..


Natto the food has 90% more of the good K2 than any other food and if you buy it like from a site like NYture New York natto it's generally only about 5 to $20 a month which is much cheaper than tofu I was eating a lot of and you get like 10 times as much of the good K2.


 It's been found that 97% are k2 deficient and a healthy artery has 100 times more k2 in it than one that's damaged by calcium..


90% will get high blood pressure so it's probably in your future.


K2 also has a long list of amazing advantages.


I don't recommend synthetic k2 used in supplements because it's made from tobacco and not real. To me it felt poisonous. Often food sources are more valuable and who would eat tobacco, to make a cigarette lighter just cut out the cough!


 When you buy real natto the cost is just as cheap overall as the cheap synthetic kind..


You probably want to eat natto in moderation because 4 out of five will have cancer and natto is called a fibrolytic which means it chews up fiber.


This means it dissolves fiber and this is one of the ways that reduces your blood pressure rapidly because the fiber and as you get older clogs up your circulation.


 Another aspect of fibrin is that cancer cells hide out behind the fibering coat and they have 10 to 15 times more fibrin where they hide out from your immune system and say we're the good guys.


 So if you eat a lot of natto and K2 you're actually reducing the fibrin coat of the cancer cells  as most people will have and this may get them upset, making the cancer 10 times stronger if you take too much natto.


 I found this out with luck and a lot of pain but since most will have cancer there is the wondrous solution of avamar which is made from wheat germ and this can repair even a severely damaged immune system.


 It's been recommended by doctors that everyone take Avemar, and I would think after covid in particular this would also be valuable.


 There are few known side effects of Avemar, it has a toxicological profile of bread or vinegar.


 While Avemar is subsidized in Hungary where it was invented, in the US you can buy it on eBay for about 87 to $100 a month and the price hasn't come down presumably because of control in Hungary.


 So as I say I was taking natto for my cardio health, and Avemar for general health and apparently the natti cut down the fibrin coat and this seems to energize the cancer causing me severe pain.


 So I looked up online about how to increase the fibrin coat, and it turns out balanced meal or protein shakes increase it by 20 to 40% and combined with the super power of the Avemar my pain stopped immediately after about 14 days of pain.


 Also often saying before about cancer for the majority who will have it that reducing the fibrin coat and using the Avemar to then find the cancer cells more reliably by way of it's super strong power with the cancer cells unable to hide out with the fibrin reduced.


And I thought for a while that this might be an objection to taking much K2.


 How do I know when I've reduced the fibrin coat to the right level?


After I continued with my fibrin level reduced by the natto yet not reduced too much, the visible blemishes decreased more not less almost completely disappeared and this seems to be a sign that my immune system has gotten stronger and smarter not less so by my experience with K2.


And if the pain starts again of course I can drink protein shakes more often to increase the fibrin.


 This of course has risk but cancer treatments are not paradise. 50% die of the doctors treatment and two-thirds of common cancer drugs are carcinogenic, yes they are cancer drugs!

On this page I’ll discuss how to counteract both toothache with the super sweet herb lohan and blood sugar issues like most may have with stevia. Yes SWEETENERS FOR THE SWEET or to STOP THE POISONED ONES AT ANY RATE may of worth, and here I discuss some other herbs I use in addition to the sweets with my 64 oz jug of water and to remember to hydrate daily and why I also use these herbs in addition sometimes.








"It was slow poison in 1578 and won't be so for you I hope..."


It's Possible I'm wiser or was or shalt  in 500 years!


Lo Han


For relief from toothache I use lo han, a sweetener with no sugar yet 200 times sweeter. You may have heard it’s good for toothache and no adverse events for lo han have ever been found in 20 years.

I found lo han can be used not just as a way to reduce sugar as a substitute. YES for toothache lo han actually counteracts sugar’s influence directly when blended with something like a jug of juice overnight.



You can buy Lohan with erythritol and a 1/1 formula  and these are the only two sweeteners I've ever tried that had no bitter aftertaste and that seem the most safe.  Lohan seems to be the best of all  of them as far as safety goes but it's tough to grow and harvest so 1/1 blends are often favored.


 Erythritol itself is considered to be better for toothache than xylitol.


 Xylitol like the other sweeteners has side effects and xylitol in particular causes something like liver damage that erythritol doesn't have.


Since most are dehydrated a simpler method I’ve found as I say below is just to blend stevia and/lo han in a 64 ounce juice jug with water a great way to hydrate with flavor. And as I’ll discuss this method has possible numerous health advantages..

Even so keep in mind that while stevia helps blood sugar several important ways it can also lower blood sugar too low causing general wooziness and tiredness. If you have these events reduce or stop the dose. 

Another option may be lohan and Eryrithritol as in Lakanto brand made in China you can buy on eBay.  Grocery stores now sell a 1/1 blend for the same cost (Splenda). While this costs $30 a month here in 2021 this doesn't have blood sugar issues and helps toothache and hurts it!

The reason for the high cost is that lohan is difficult to harvest and keep well. I want to update and say that for a while I was taking Splenda erythritol with lo han which they advertise as the most recommended sweetener by doctors. I thought this was rather expensive the same price as the Lekanto from online, but I think they finally lowered the price of lo han with erythritol to only about $7 a pound at Food Lion if you buy the In The Raw erythritol lo han blend. So it's finally mostly cheap enough I think. I think this brand has better flavor Splenda or Lakanto or and it's more crystal.



 Stevia like with dextrose as is usually sold has toothache issues and also causes low blood sugar if too much is used.

I list these improvements because 50% of adults now have blood sugar problems and half of them are unaware they have it. As you grow older your chances having blood sugar is 80% and your chance of having high blood pressure which is often caused by this will be 90%.

 New research has found that blood sugar can be cured 60% of the time with the so-called keto diet. This is a high fat low carb diet as you see discussed on sites like Web md and internet md! Well, old country is the nurse!


 If you're like me you really wouldn't want to go to all this elaborate effort to make a diet especially planned with just so ratios of carbs and fats. This would seem to take a long time. I was never much for dieting it seems tedious and slow if you fast.


 But here I can show you what I think of as a shortcut. ( As a reminder you want to ask a doctor before making any changes in diet or exercise and this site is for information only and you use it at your own risk.) 

My discovery (which has  worked for me and may not work for you) was a nice surprise for me and wasn't knocked out by sugar;

Instead of the elaborate keto diet with the proportions and ratios you might want to try tricaprin oil. 

Sugar can be serious business and 3/4 of people with blood sugar issues actually die of heart attacks or stroke.


So like so many what I was searching for was a way to counteract the cardio, and the sugar also if possible.


 Recent study by the University of Osaka and Japan has found that tricaprin made from coconut oil actually reverses cardio including the symptoms of a tight chest and tiredness etc and doesn't just slow down the progress as all that's come before it hasn't been able to do.


 But not only does tricapran do this but as I say if used as part of the keto diet it also cures blood sugar issues 60% of the time or more. And for those who aren't cured it reduces the need for the use of insulin and other prescriptions associated with blood sugar woes.


 As I say though while not much of a chef I can see the value of tricaprin and even without its awesome value for blood sugar control. 


 One way I am a chef and that I recommend for most people with blood sugar issues is to buy a pressure cooker and cook your own food without salt sugar fat or chemicals as you may like. I found the dishes I think are most edible as some are it was actually potatoes rice and food like lentils. Other foods like sweet potatoes or butternut squash I just couldn't use even with the pressure cooker. Potatoes or lentils you can actually use with erythritol lo han sweetener and it takes real good. This alone can already dramatically lower your blood pressure and blood sugar. And a cheap refurbished pressure cooker like I have will pay for itself in a week and you're getting $60 a week worth of cheap food money or more per week indefinitely from your job or whatever.

 The beautiful thing about tricaprin is if used with the keto diet an any rate it reverses both cardio and  often blood sugar too..

 My personal decision has been to just take tricaprin without changing much more than about the pressure cooker and eating other healthy food plus exercise and common sense.

No amputation, no dying of a triple heart operation for 50,000 dollars, good cheer, greater fitness for exercise ...tricaprin is a fitness booster!


 When I first found out about tricaprin I searched for the source online and nobody knew where it was. Then I saw a government site by the NIH and the source they referred to the research about was from california bay leaf.


 I don't recommend this as it's toxic even if used in cooking for thousands of years but WebMD says it has some toxic compounds.. I recommend that you stay away from bay leaf for tricaprin.


 Tricaprin turns out to be three kinds of oils capric acid caprylic acid and lauric acid. Usual  Medium Chain Triglyceride MCT oil contains only the first two oils and doesn't have lauric acid. All you have to do to get tricaprin is to find an MCT oil with all three oils including the first two plus lauric acid. This is easy to find at the top of the list on Amazon..Amazon has raised their prices recently and you can't sign out anymore so it's good for business I presume! Wherever we go there we Amazon!


If you just search for MCT oil with lauric acid this is tricaprin by another name. I haven't found it yet by the name tricaprin there.


 Not only is this MCT good for cardio and blood sugar or perhaps dramatically good it's actually also good for cheer as I say and it's even the nearest thing to natural tears like coconut oil except that it's like not having a lump of lard in your eye! And it heals your dry eye.


I had found other ways to try to defend for my blood sugar.. first I tried mangosteen as I say below but I found it to be rather edgy even though it drops blood sugar by 60 points for many people.


 More recently before MCT I had tried an herb called Indian thistle for for which I had no edginess or any other adverse events unlike mangosteen and more energy. Mice given indian thistle have greater pain relief and more energy and novelty seeking behavior than other mice.. the main thing I noted about Indian thistle is that it acts like herbal insulin and it's also an alpha amylase inhibitor.


This means that it stops alpha amylase which is one of the main enzymes that otherwise converts carbs over to sugar when you eat them. So you essentially stay upstream of much of the sugar damage. Indian thistle acts like insulin also.


  As I say my belief now is the MCT oil like tricaprin maybe the best for many of these issues at least till something like GE might cure them completely. And good fats can make you thin.


Another herb even so that I tried along with Indian thistle was pau d archo which blocks another one of the enzymes that converts carbs to sugar. But unlike other carb blockers like white kidney bean extract, these cost about $12 a year not $30 a month.


 I never had any symptoms or adverse events either with indian thistle or pau d archo.  And I offer this possibility and definite evidence that sugar can be neutralized and it's not that feudal to search for ways to counteract it if you took these herbs with sugar as I was for quite a while. 

 I offer my knowledge here as a possible option you might consider if for example you couldn't take MCT.

As I say on my weight control page I was dispersing my stevia in the jug to moderate the strong sweet flavor of stevia. As has been found complexity and low levels but never 0 flavor as in evolution has powerful influence on weight control.



My belief is the extreme and simple flavor of artificial sweeteners might be one of the main reasons or the reason they don’t cause weight reduction. Diet Coke and Pepsico can breathe a fizz of relief! To me stevia water seems a more delicious alternative to these completely synthetic compounds. And as I’ll say here stevia or other sweeteners if used in moderation blended with water has a host of other health benefits.



For dental comfort my all-time highest rating is a combination of a mechanical method of cleansing your teeth by using a flosser like waterpic to get you in the general area and then you alternate this with herbs I'll discuss herein like turmeric cayenne and ginger by special methods. These are not only not  super strongly antibacterial, they also heal your tooth. This is in contrast with cheap mouthwashes that have little effect while my dental health was dented a bit! You think of it like a competition and as long as the inflammation goes on you're losing more and more of your toothache comfort. Details and some cautions about the herbs below, these are also of value for blood sugar and general as I'll tell you why.


 This method of mechanical cleansing  to get the general area combined with herbal cleansing could dramatically improve as in slow or stop the progression of toothache so you don't lose your teeth. 


And I want to note that all sugar is not the same for your teeth.


 Canned sugar is like canned laughter, comedys use laff tracks from the 50s! I've swapped health for wisdom since I know more.


 Sugar from natural sources like watermelons oranges or apples are not only not harmful for your teeth but you can pick the right ones that are both good for your blood sugar and your cardio health.


Mangosteen, SUPER 

FATBUSTER,  FITNESS BOOSTER and More ( Please also note cautions).


 

 I was using all four of the above methods, including defending my teeth quite well. Even so since I had to eat natural sugar even while not eating processed sugar for nutrition I was still having some zonks after sugar. Even so the keto diet or at any rate my simpler plan of tricaprin has removed all this. For my remaining drowsiness sometimes after sugar I have a small bottle of pau d archo I carry with me and if I'm still drowsy just one cap wakes me well. From the energy I've already gotten and what they say about the keto diet I'm quite well expecting not to need pau d archo for long. It's also good for muscle soreness after heavy exercise which I've been doing more of with this herb. It's easy to relieve muscle soreness if you rub it right on your leg where it's sore. The keto diet works by using the shorter medium chain triglycerides or good fats which can make you thin and not burning glucose so it's much more efficient for your energy.

 Essentially by blocking the conversion of carbohydrates to sugar mangosteen is a way to stop the sugar from damaging every system in your body if like me you have to eat it and they recommend that you do you eat natural sugar like in low doses for good health.


 One thing about mangosteen is it's much cheaper than other carb blockers like white kidney bean extract. This is also named an amylase inhibitor by some but it never did anything for me. You have to take it with every meal and for the energy it any rate mangosteen goes on for days.


 Picture this scenario, the doctor can't find I'm having sugar problems so I'm eating sugar as usual just in low dose for the nutrients and zonking out and then I decided to try a really small dose of mangosteee with the watermelon sugar. Now instead of sitting down and exercising for 15 minutes in the chair as they recommend after eating to stop blood sugar spikes I'm suddenly awake I'm suddenly feeling like more active exercising, walking around! 

Even with a low dose this energy goes on

.. mangosteen is a fitness booster and it works for two days.


 Even so in this optimistic scene there are some cautions I found (you may find more.).


 One problem is mangosteen is indeed energizing but it seems to be a bit too energizing and I wasn't relaxed and this could last like a day.


 You may have heard of the solar plexus the area where the nerve fiber bundles combine between your GI and your upper torso.


 The ancients and some old old teens believe this is the seat of consciousness although it's marched up to the higher levels of the audio FM area.


 I found that using mangosteen at low dose with the herb withiana is a great way to counteract edginess caused by different herbs before when I was researching them. Withiana is strongly neuro protective. When you're under stress it saves 80% more neurons than you lose by the stress.


Withiana like other types of ginseng is known as an adaptogenic.

Adaptogenics are herbs or methods that help the body many ways without themselves causing harm. (They tend to be both "safe and helpful".)


This is what ginsengs like eleuthro or panax are known to do. 


Withiana, also known as indian ginseng on the other hand is both helpful and safe, and unlike eleuthro or panax it's actually relaxing.


 The scientific name for withiana is somnifera meaning it causes sleep or drowsiness. I got around this taking it super low dose.


 About the solar plexus this is an area where a large number of nerve fibers meet, and when you think about it, this is just where you feel when you feel edgy like in some social events.


 So my belief is when you're stressed by social stress or hunger or herbs like this use of mangosteen, you're actually losing neurons in your solar plexus area. And this may be why withiana, here also used at a much lower dose, than prescribed by the business vender!.. seems to work just great to counteract the edginess of mangosteen. It seems to work great as an appetite suppressant perhaps for the same reason if used on this the area around your stomach.


 A large number of people are taking prescriptions as they get older and a lot of them are stressed by them like for example if they miss a dose.


 In healthcare science an improvement of two or three percent is considered to be a major major advance.


 And if about a third of the people like the older people are constantly being stressed by their herbs or prescriptions this may be a major event because even 3% influences the lives of millions of people.


 I would think this might be worthwhile not just for weight loss but also for about a third of the people part of the time. This way they don't have to take time out every time they miss a prescription for like 3 hours.


 Another caution for mangosteen is that if you take a larger dose you may find that it causes GI difficulties that can be real uncomfortable because it makes it so you can't go to the restroom.


 The simple solution here is to take it at a low enough dose like perhaps two days out of three as I do to bypass this issue



 I went to the emergency room the first time because I'd read on the web that it can be hazardous but the nurse said that it wasn't but still you don't want to ever have to go through this so I made sure that I take mangosteen with something like flour to disperse the dose way down in the bottle.


 These are the two main cautions I found with mangosteen for the time being. Mangosteen seems to have a lot of potential like for weight loss fitness and counteracting sugar poison which damages every system in your body otherwise, with some hazards, (there may be more. WebMD says it seems to be safe for short-term use and if you're only using it once in a while it is super low dose this may be viable though I make no claim here to your own value of the herb. On the one hand you have the risk of GI discomforts and the edginess, but on the other hand it can stop every major system in your body from being damaged by the sugar and also cheaply.


 They are often cautions about methods like these and it's not surprising there are some, it's your own decision about the worth of this however, this site is mostly for entertainment because I'm such a comic right!


 


 




So these 6 methods, non sugar sweeteners used especially on staples like grain to make them comfortable enough while essential, water cleansing, cheap herbs that are easy to find, if you quit all processed sugar and use natural sources instead, Plus mangosteen and exercise that it gives with the herbs that counteract the mangosteen, you can stop all the damage the poison is causing to your body. Natural foods uncanned or undried like watermelon, peaches,  pears, cherries, apples, or other natural sources of both sugar and nutrition are actually good for blood sugar all day if it's more doses say a thin slice of watermelon and natural sugar also doesn't harm your teeth. Watermelon reduces bad cholesterol 50% and both body fat and plaque in blood vessels like 37% in a Perdue study, and natural sugar used with these methods can dramatically reduce the discomfort of toothache.


If you’re like me you can "drink the juice..why not drink a watermelon" AMAZIN BUT REAL! and perhaps also brush and floss by this method of using lo han and your teeth will completely show almost no sign of discomfort.



So lo han and these other methods can be used both to defend indefinitely, and also to defend your teeth!


 By combining these methods you won't even have to brush much although it's recommended and you can completely bypass the whole toothache problem and keep your teeth.


 Natural sugar if you eat it in low doses once in a few hours is not as much of a problem because in evolution, this wouldn't have favored survival of large scale evolution if our teeth were so damaged we wouldn't have survived.

  

 

This"non problem" may be major news since it may save anyone from dentures and it’s estimated that 50% of the population have severe dental issues and that 97% will have cavities at any given time.


ABOUT VITAMIN K2 AND D3 For Toothache Relief in 6 Months (turmeric and the water floss might hold you well while you wait)


In addition to these other methods like turmeric and the water floss reducing sugar by saving money and eating with the pressure cooker instead of some amateur chef in the food processing plant who hopes to charge 10 times the cost like potatoes for potato chips, another great method to save your teeth indefinitely is to start taking vitamin K2 more specifically natto which is the fermented soy treasure not the junk food soy which is trash.. well if you go through a rich neighborhoods trash bin you may not find much soy but you may find how much better magazine to read..Natto has 90% more of the good K2 than any other food known and you may want to take this with vitamin D3 which will boost its value of taking the calcium from your arteries and giving you heart problems and instead putting it in your bones and teeth were belongs.

You don't want to try the cheap synthetic K2 which is made from tobacco and I think is poison. I tried also a brand called New York Natto which is really stinky natto for $70 for 3 weeks before it became rancid. I tried ghee from India and the price of it was rather holy cow with quite little K2 I presume. Later I did find that natto is the only food with 90% more K2 than any other food known.


 Instead of this I highly I recommend getting natto powder which might last year 20 years for that same $70 worth and you only need to take a small pinch of it every three days because it's long acting and it's perhaps not safe to take too much either because it might be a blood thinner. (Pau d arco is itself a blood thinner and super immune booster and people who take blood thinners are twice as likely to survive covid. This is why I take K2 as the Japanese with only a low dose only every three days or so with a small pinch of it and I've had no sign of blood clotting problems that sometimes go with K2 and natto like this if taken with blood thinners. Even so a healthy artery without calcium buildup has 60 times more vitamin K2 in it then an unhealthy one according to sites like the Weston Price site. 


 Weston Price was a minister who went to Africa in the mid 1950s and found that they didn't have all the illnesses of aging like toothache or high blood pressure, blood sugar issues, arthritis or depression because they were seemingly all consuming enough vitamin K2 each day from the green foods they ate.


Currently in the United States 97% are deficient in K2 and 57%, of vitamin D3 and D3 and K2 both work much better together because D3 alone will damage your blood vessels not help them as in vitamin A and D milk. Another food processing jingle saved from us.


 About K2 from natto for toothache and the other benefits as I say you don't want to take too much at the start and just take a bit every three or four days or more perhaps if you're not taking blood thinners as I am. You could also take tofu which is sort of like the cow of the field but I found the flavor not to be that valuable I can buy more at the fat store station. It may take 6 months to a year for the K2 to reverse toothache calcium loss and remineralize the teeth. In the meantime cheer up you won't be wincing when you smile turmeric will make a dramatic difference in the comfort of your teeth and gums especially if you take it with cayenne and other herbs like olive leaf to boost it's dramatic anti inflammatory powers especially for toothache. 

 You also have a biofilm on your teeth and turmeric dramatically disrupts biofilms which is how bacteria can hide out and your antibacterials or breath rinse won't stop it.


Biofilms are involved with about 80% of inflammation like toothache or conjunctivitis blood sugar, cardiovascular events or otitis prostatitis dermatitis etc and you can find sites with the long list of safe biofilm disrupters to also knock out parasites which most people have if you take them also with anti-parasitics. Here's a site that lists biofilm disruptors.

Most these methods like olive oil or herbs such as garlic and cumin or turmeric are natural ways to go to the source of the problem.

 This is why so many people are taking antibacterials or antiparasitics and getting no result other than more resistant parasites and bacteria. Not only that anti parasitics are often poison and you can see why using safer biofilm disruptors and using the much lower dose of an anti-parasitic or antibiotic may be more optimal.

If you do have toothache you might use the herbs like cayenne and ginger and these have completely stopped my toothache pain.


They're both wound healing and strongly antibacterial and combined with turmeric and Olive Leaf, OL they bind your gum back to your teeth and help heal it.



Dentists now recommend only brushing once a day and changing your toothbrush often. Why is this so.. because you might think only about bacteria. I thought so too and I had this solved I thought by using these herbs on the toothbrush and then storing it in the freezer. Even so it turns out this is not enough because of your toothbrush.. according to the site on the link It has small edges of the nylon that cut into your teeth and erode your enamel. So dentists recommend not only that you brush only once a day to not damage your teeth but they also say to change your toothbrush often because of these edges.


(One measure of the superpower of the herbs for antibacterial use is that later on I found that the herbs are so powerful that that there's no odor of bacteria on my toothbrush the next time I use it like with months and months of use.)



This is where the water floss defense becomes more amazing! 


You can remove much more of the food on your teeth than brushing anyway and it doesn't damage your teeth with the small edges. 




So you have to wait after you eat sugar or other acid food that cuts into your teeth to brush but I won't have to lounge around  in a cushion if I use the water flosser, I rest when I'm slow asleep!



Voila.. or, if for some who can't carry a tune in a bucket-vwahlah!



When I first combine the water floss to get in the right general area of mechanically removing the food for the germs and then using the herbs on the flossers, this dramatically reduced my dental discomfort to almost zero, and if you only have the start of the toothache problem this may save your teeth indefinitely if you also use the little tooth picks to go between your teeth with the herbs and stimulate your gums and defense from where the germs try to hide.



I recommend using both the toothpicks and the floss on the other end of them after dipping the tip in the herb or the tip of the floss so that you can reach more area to clean. 



You may find that just doing the brushing without the toothpick, or both without the floss each leaves you with a sort of soreness you find otherwise when you don't add the herb and then use all these methods.



 I use these methods often and you'll find that the herbs are a major boost.. far more effective than like wimpy breath rinses.



You'll find relief from your toothache the first time you use it but you may want to use it more frequently to stay ahead of the discomfort and how it damages your teeth, otherwise constant. It takes two or three go rounds to completely remove all the germs and you want to stay ahead of it.






 This dramatically improves and presumably mostly completely stops the progression of the toothache! There seems to be no need for anyone (including even those who can't afford surgery) to be in constant dental pain.



Of course with the dentist is even better and you want  to ask the pro in addition to this method.



This may be a maintenance method and also useful for first aid but the dentist is really who will decide.



The herbs reduced all the pain for me, and the water spray by first removing all the food from the germs is a boost and with no risk of side effects.



WHY THESE HERBS?



 Turmeric, ginger cayenne and Olive Leaf or highly valuable because first of all turmeric has been known to be wondrous for toothache and it's strongly strongly antibacterial. It's also wound healing and experts say to think of a toothache as like a bruise and treat it like a bruise and this will bind your gums around and help them heal as will cayenne Cayenne increases fibrin which helps to heal the wound.



Cayenne boosts circulation which helps all other herbs work better including these and it's also antibacterial.



 Ginger is wound healing and Olive Leaf has a long long list of about 30 amazing advantages. 



OL does have one disadvantage I know of and that is that it lowers blood sugar but this is only at high doses.



 




I bought lo han liquid drops and on my other post I spoke of how the lo han alcohol has bad flavor. At any rate I tried it earlier and forgot why I hadn’t continued with it, perhaps soap operas calmed me up! I found some more of the liquid the other day and the real problem is it isn’t as sweet as they say. Rather; it’s somewhat sweet and sweet enough that I wanted to just use the whole jug before it was gone!



So it isn’t as sweet as sugar in this form yet sweet enough like junk food and it’s gone more than junk food even is from my life… I’m alive enough to be health concious, a good sign, where do I sign up!



A year or two later my sister bought me some Bob’s Red Mill Lo Han Vanilla Protein Powder in a Chrstmasy splurge month of frost in a heat wave and the flavor was sweet enough to use as a sweetener but it also isn’t so good you use it up right away.



 As you cleanse and brush be sure to go between your teeth with whatever method you use etc because otherwise the bacteria are building up there even if you can’t feel them and otherwise later on you will.



If you’re considering dentures, you may want to opt out. As I’ve gotten wisdom, I decided to save my own teeth because dentures just don’t have the bite of real teeth and they are expensive.



And of course you can use lo han with part of your own dental plan and regular visits with the sweet dental 18 if she’s just filling in!



I also want to discuss a way I use to get an even more powerful effect than lo han...



Ginger plus Ceyanne/Olive Leaf, and also brush and floss etc with the lo han all these blended well.



All three promote wound healing, for example ceyanne and ginger bind the fibrin in your gums to make your gums wrap more tightly to your tooth  and experts say to treat your toothache like a bruise.



In addition all three are strongly strongly antibacterial and all are strongly cheap!



Cayene and ginger (used with each other) are considered wonderous for skin health and healing, and are strong enough even for eczema, that is, staph. They are more than strong antibacterials; they also heal a wound deeper in.



Even stronger for eczema or toothache is turmeric. Turmeric has been used for hundreds of years in India for this but it's been outlawed in extract at any rate by the EU.



You want to use the minimum amount of turmeric for this. I had symptoms like edginess after like a year or two of use at high dose, and this completely stopped when I lowered the dose down.


 I think this may be by way of liver toxicity because when I used herbs like ashitaba (A carrot relative that makes a great flavored relaxing tea) and avocado oil which are very strongly liver protecting and this stopped my discomfort.



Since stress often causes overweight, special use of withiana on the solar plexus maybe a powerful way to boost diet success, especially if combined with methods like walking which has been found to burn off a pound if you walk for an hour and 20 minutes rather than just like an ounce for an hour.

this may have major health value for millions who may otherwise have to live with nausea part of the time at least, as I had to sometimes go through while I was doing the research to find these herbs which have no such issues as much. (An improvement of health care of one or two percent is considered to be major health news influencing the lives of millions of people.) Since I've had eczema and also low blood sugar caused by prescriptions I wanted to cut down on my turmeric use for these uses if I could still also use it for toothache.



I found two methods to much reduce my turmeric use so I can still make use of it with what's "left of value"..



 To cut down on general use of turmeric for eczema instead of turmeric or the other herbs, I learned to use Polyurethane foam like sew foam which is used for crafts and upholstery with a polyester backing so that it's not flimsy and flop around it's not only great for a nice vest to make out of the patches but it also kills most bacteria so I make cozy warm boots out of the memory foam and put them into like Neos over shoes which are waterproof shoes that have a rubber sole that's durable.Neos overshoes are large enough to make a half inch so foam booty to put inside of them without  your feet so super tight.



These might last 3 years or IN definitely if you only wear them indoors for cozy warm dry feet in winter.



This type of sew foam kills most bacteria including staph.. I use it to reduce my turmeric use by using it to cleanse my skin and making like leg warmers and mitten liners which not only makes mittens like oven mitts which are already cozy and warm and great pocket liners, they also don't wear out and your hands are toasty warm but it also stops the spread of the germs because most people in like video rewinds put their hands to their mouth like three times per minute.


 If you have eczema cheer up because you can use these herbs combined with washing each day and changes of your outfits like twice a day can have dramatic improvement in eczema.  


 Even better than the herbs is is using them sometimes and combination with more often omega-3 Fish oil you put right on your skin.



The other trick I used to reduce turmeric use to more essential levels to also use it to reduce the blood sugar influence on my duodenum as I say below for reasons related to what the American Diabetes Association says about how to doudenum (The tube between your upper and lower GI) in particular the duodenal sleeve operation is valuable to cure 87% of type 2 blood sugar problems.



Like an editor makes a long story short here I'll summarize and say that you may want to bypass the duodenum with blood sugar lowering prescriptions.. these over time combined with bad bacteria in the duodenum may be eating up most people's duodenum.


 A good trick may be to use enteric coated caps to stop the necessary herbs from also causing harm to your duodenum, but I also found that turneric, ginger and the other herbs when used them daily also seemed to cause harm to my throat like I couldn't speak as well.



I searched for a cheap way to replace the duodenal sleeve operation which somehow has gone up from a simple 10 minute operation that cures blood sugar for only $5,000 with a plastic tube to an $11,000 operation, perhaps to pay doctor's fees!



At first I thought why not just take turmeric in capsules made from empty capsules I bought on Amazon to bypass my throat which was sore because of the turmeric down to my duodenum with that prescription which also makes it absorb better by the the herbs as they're also good for digestion..



Even so I got edgy with turmeric after about a year, don't try this in your own county!  



 Now instead I decided I want to bypass the duodenal sleeve and the duodenum cost also with a mechanical way of removing the herb from my upper gi to then heal my duodenum deeper down.



Finally I started taking my prescriptions and putting them in enteric coated capsules that you can buy on Amazon for about $30 for a thousand, this would seem to make it so you can bypass your duodenum if the claims by the vendors on Amazon who are selling this are true.



 Some of the customer reviews say they don't work..



If so you might try more expensive medical sites you can see they're selling enteric capsules that might really work..


I bought my own capsule making machine to make the capsule to make the capsule! 


 But when you think about it this won't work because you still have to load all the capsules into the machine one by one by one.


 Thus older and wiser and having almost won the Publishers Cleaning House when I take out the trash!..


 On I went, with size 0 caps that I put around the outside of the usual standard caps I bought on like Amazon, and this more completely seals the turmeric and other herbs from my throat yet it still reaches down to my middle GI to hopefully resolve the issue. 


 I also take it with vinegar because now it has two coatings and this may make it so that it won't dissolve before it reaches the duodenum otherwise.


 Note also that vinegar is considered to be good for blood sugar.


 One problem about vinegar itself is that it's acid and may harm your teeth.

 

To solve this if you like (this is not medical advice and you like this on my site at your own risk) you can just buy vinegar caps and take them with the herbal caps for the duodenum.


 Certainly vinegar and these herbs are not for higher dose or long-term use because for example vinegar has been associated with kidney and liver issues.



So these two methods, polyurethane foam like for itching and enteric coated capsules to put your prescription in, (you want size OO or OOO for a 1/4 inch tablet) might be useful in general to counteract the stress to the duodenum that many types of prescriptions and OTCs can cause.



 These are both relatively simple mechanical methods of keeping turmeric from causing harm and reducing the dose of turmeric I found.



Even so as I say it's more powerful for toothache even than the other herbs.




 



For toothache these are strong antibacterials, also much the same for cayenne and olive leaf used together. Ceyanne boosts circulation in the area used and this may help other herbs/methods get in deeper. You may find brushing your teeth with cayenne and olive leaf helps sinusitis since it circulates so well it cleanses up into your nose. This helps to give the healing power of other herbs like Olive Leaf without stress to your nose or getting it in your eyes by the strong power of cayenne like other types of peppers being a bit too hot.



Unlike manmade antibiotics, germs may never get resistance to herbal antibacterials since they contain thousands of compounds that are so complex germs never get resistance, and this is why there were few super germs in evolution.



“Disease, other than parasites, is (no not are me thinketh!) virtually absent in living evolution.”


Good first aid if you ever get bitter herbs like cayenne in your eyes since they're acidic is to use something like vitamin E caps that you put in your eye and this counteracts it dramatically. 



I don't know if this is perfect first aid but it really gives strong fast relief if I get a bitter herb in my eye. And vitamin E works real well for dry eye also.

ABOUT GENERAL SUGAR DEFENSE



Sugar isn’t gone and more is needed than a dental defense about sugar.



Sugar has been proven to be a slow poison, with damage to virtually all the events in your body in some way.



Just as with the lo han sugar defense, I use stevia both to reduce sugar and to counteract it!



Yes, stevia doesn’t just replace sugar, it seems to counteract the damage itself I was having.



Stevia works by significantly lowering blood sugar, increasing insulin sensitivity, and levelling blood sugar levels. In lower doses up to 2-4 mg a day per kg of body weight stevia is considered safer.



Even so stevia may not be enough if like 1 in 3 you have blood sugar problems. It’s considered a bully that takes more than one method combined to face it down.



I was using the formula, Ceyanne, Olive Leaf, Ginger for strong strong antibacterial and healing power e.g. for sinusitis, gingivitis, and a bit of otitis, the best I’d ever come to a cure in more than 10 years of research. And I was using them for a while for the duodenum as I say for blood sugar. This helped a lot e.g., turmeric with berberine shows many signs of positive blood sugar improvement!


Right! And berberine counteracts insulin’s evil twin glycogon.



Turmeric is the super anticancer relative of ginger. I was using turmeric in this formula for a while with olive leaf and cayenne and ginger, but while it's safe perhaps to use turmeric short-term for blood sugar since it's super valuable for this I don't recommend it long-term because EG it seems to cause neural harm at high doses for long term. 



Instead I take ginger cayenne and olive leaf and this is almost as effective for blood sugar, since as I say ginger and cayenne are both wound healing and strongly antibacterial. Ginger is considered to be a relative of turmeric also but it's probably better for longer term use if I must.


A problem about ginger and turmeric is that they are throat irritants. I assume they really could damage your throat if you take them long-term internally like for blood sugar.


 For this reason I bought empty gel caps and started taking them with ginger and and the other herbs. Even so since there were a bit of the herbs on the outside of each cap I decided to try something like coconut oil on the outside of the cap and also swallow a small bite of coconut oil to coat my throat from these herbs and this stops the cough that otherwise might be unsolved.


 This also worked for vitamin e and both vitamin e and something like coconut oil without much flavor actually may be good to counteract different types of bitter herbs or for example also something bitter like garlic.


 I always wanted to learn to take garlic for my health and finally I realized that powdered garlic is far too sour so I use the moist stuff that's not so sour and as recommended on the web I added sweetener to it, and combining this with the vitamin caps helps.

But the best way for garlic turns out to be to combine it with olive oil you can get now without the bitter flavor.


This counteracts The acidity and bad flavor of the garlic and makes it so if you add sweetener garlic is finally viable so you can stay with it.

Often the trick to eating right is finding healthy foods and finding ways to tame them like this. More celebration than reading Food Finds!


 Vitamin e caps in your mouth, olive oil (non bitter) and coconut oil are all good ways especially with sweetener to counteract bitter herbs.


These are good to have on hand for first aid if you get bitter herbs in your eye especially.





While I considered this herbal method to be reasonably safe since the herbs are considered good for general health, using these herbs for external antibacterial healing power may be of value.



Even so FENUGREEK cures diabetes in laboratory mice. So I started with fenugreek which has few adverse events..



I know four things definitely about Fenugreek (there are probably more research recommended all situations are special, mine is nearby)..



It’s the familiar flavor scent of the candy butterscotch..



 



It boosts male libido without influencing prostatitis..



It reduces absorption of anything else you eat (perhaps for weight loss)



It lowers blood sugar..



My discomfort seemed about low blood sugar which Fenugreek seemed to have solved (wooziness after sugar). So low blood sugar may not be an issue..





Even so while I’m a laboratory chipmunk in R and D here, and I’ll let you now how this turns out! Be sure to do your own research. Knowledge is power or at any rate V8 is a jug of sunshine in bottle!



PS No, as far as I know fenugreek really doesn't work for blood sugar that well. I'm continuing my research with it however.


 



 I also use low doses of chitin (the second most common polysaccharide found in nature, and a common food additive that shows many positive markers for blood sugar) now and then it cleared my sugar wooziness up fast. Stevia has seemed to have real value for my low blood sugar, (woosiness after sugar) even so as with lo han for dental health I found this alone was not enough to counteract sugar in general. Here too I take ginger/cayenne/olive leaf to counteract this.



As I say elsewhere, this seems to work for use perhaps a few days a month to get me in the general area of no wooziness after sugar because as I say these are strong antibacterial herbs.



By my comments above as I say recent research has found that putting a plastic tube in the duodenum, the area between the stomach and upper lower gi cures 87% of type II diabetes.



The duodenum sends a signal when sugar is eaten to the pancreas and it sends out in-sulin! This counters the sugar and if the timing is right there isn’t a lot of insulin or glucose left over in circulation causing harm.



 But if the signal from the duodenum is off about the time event this causes both toxic insulin and glucose to be left in circulation. My belief is that  the duodenum has a buildup of bad bacteria when it sends the signal and this throws the timing off. This may be how antibacterial herbs like these are found to limit sugar.



The low blood sugar I had seemed to have several things like it was related to bacteria as a sugar inflammation of the duodenum;



I would eat sugar for days sometimes and only then would the tiredness of the low blood sugar start. This seems like a bacterial inflammation like toothache. Why does it show up only with some foods not others? Sometimes it would be right after food, other times days. You may know from toothache it may seem to be solved for a few days by some anti lo han brand breath rinse, my favorite if my labor day of rest! Only then after more sugar the pain would be severe with toothache, perhaps also with the duodenum and sugar.



Second, blood sugar herbs with signs like lo han, chitin, turmeric with ginger, or ceyanne with olive leaf all have strong antibacterial value.



Note that fiber is considered valuable for blood sugar, Prevention magazine says its the health cure of the century, I don’t have to cure health! While I found that fiber might make some dent in blood sugar and is hardly a cure all if not more! even so it would be like brushing your teeth except with the duodenum and as you may have found many experts say toothbrushing and flossing do next to nothing. This seems to be a bit extreme even so much truth is said in laughing like the Nitrous O2 boost the nurse knocks you out with! So toooth the degree brushing and flossing are of value, or stimulation of your duodenum for blood sugar are of value this about the bad bacteria in the duodenum and how sugar would inflame both would seem evidence in favor of how blood sugar problems are caused.



Other events were about how I was taking prescriptions that cause low blood sugar and I was getting really woozy after taking them each day and then I started to take the cayenne and ginger with capsules you buy them and fill your own and this stopped these from presumable duodenum harm. (The reason for making my own herbal caps is because ginger turmeric and cayenne are stressful to your throat and you don't want this so you can talk real well, real good..) Best for me if any rate may be the enteric coated caps for the blood sugar lowering OTCs and memory foam for warm cozy hands to reduce use of turmeric. NOTE These methods may not work for you and this is not medical advice and you can use them as you like but I make no claim to the safety of this method or other methods on my site for all persons involved and you use this site at your own risk.


 I continue to use low doses of turmeric for duodenal health since this seems to me to be perhaps the next best thing to the duodenal sleeve for me personally other than the methods of reducing turmeric generally.



These are some of my favorite methods I've come up with and they're here for information and I decided to use them as I found them but they may not work for anyone and this was a decision I made for myself and you have to make your own decisions based on what information you have.



The method I'm using to improve my blood sugar current is to take the caps of turmeric and ginger and the other herbs to help to heal my duodenum by the same method as to duodenal sleeve operation  just as I want to heal my toothache, and it's done it quite well indeed for this..







Blood sugar is complex and it also involves cellular changes like insulin resistance, this may be why the duodenal sleeve only cures 87% of type II diabetes.



Another possible answer here is about why antibiotics or herbs like this work somewhat well for blood sugar but don’t solve it even so like the duodenal sleeve.



This would be because like the toothache where the gums and teeth are damaged, for most the duodenum is damaged and sugar allows the bacteria to flourish.





Pasteur on his deathbed said, “the territory is all the germ is nothing”.



Diabetes has been considered incurable and ongoing to catastrophe for many. The reason the use of herbs I believe only helped me somewhat before the duodenal herb or later Fenugreek method! may be because like with the toothache, antibacterials like a breath rinse only kill germs and don’t heal the damage of the tissue like the gums. This is how healing herbs like cayenne and olive leaf or turmeric and ginger may help more than mere antibacterials which themselves give faster relief if I was woozy while “waiting for the cure” or at any rate what I think of as real control. I consider these healing herbs that have indeed helped my toothache only for use like once a week since while all four, ginger/turmeric and cayenne/olive leaf are considered good for general health and digestion this isn’t natural and as I say e.g. turmeric isn’t for long term use since it causes liver problems. For liver health avacado oil is considered to be strongly liver protective.  However I found using turmeric with other herbs that it's strong enough that I don't have to take it often.



As you see ways to solve or control toothache in general may be of worth for solving duodenal inflammation, what applies to one may work for the other. Both are about sugar damage to a surface, and bacteria.



A Cheap Simple Sugar Defense Is Possible...



One alternative for the duodenal sleeve that may be possible in the years ahead might be a biodegradable cap you swallow that either goes in and perhaps uses small lasers or something that coats the duodenum with a perhaps permanent layer of polymer like the duodenal sleeve except all you have to do is swallow the OTC cap you buy cheap at CVS and you're cured of blood sugar. 



This might be much cheaper than the duodenal sleeve operation and as easy as going to the store or for maintenance of the duodenum.



If you try these herbs and methods like ginger/turmeric and or cayenne/olive leaf plus lo han for toothache as I have, you may see what I consider to be dramatic improvement in a few weeks compared to any other herbal method I’ve seen in more than ten years of research since these are super antibacterial herbs but they also promote healing in ways no cheap breath rinse can match.



These herbs are powerful and methods but as with the water spray remove the food you can't do this with your duodenum without the duodenal sleeve other than workarounds like I'm using here such as the  memory foam and the other trick of enteric coated caps to reduce the influence of blood sugar lowering OTCs or etc.



If you try this with your toothache about the herbs and the water spray you may find that it works dramatically for toothache.




 If you actually could go down to the duodenum with a water spray like this I would assume you could get just as good results about your blood sugar in general. 



 Even so I got much improved results like I got from my toothache before I found the water spray with the herbs.



So the herbs seem to help my toothache about as much as my blood sugar but a mechanical way of removing the sugar from the gums and teeth with the wave or the duodenum might be the real most valuable way to achieve this.



 The duodenal sleeve operation by some doctors is 11,000$. 



Perhaps soon by volume sales the cost will go down and these blood sugar issues will be solved.



As far as I know now this is the truth about both toothache and the duodenum and the sugar events.





If you also have low blood sugar like I had you might then want to try these herbs for the duodenum if you like.



It’s been found that the duodenal sleeve operation which takes 10 minutes  causes profound changes gi flora and fauna, and using strong herbs that do this like these I use, ginger/ cayenne and olive leaf, may work by the same general method as the sleeve.



Ginger is considered to be good for digestion, and it helps the liver numerous ways and Olive Leaf has about 30 amazing health advantages e.g. it builds bone, strengthens immunity, boosts and cleanses out the liver, strengthens the heart and is a true antiviral and costs just 2$  or so bottle at stores like Swanson Health. A lifetime supply is even cheaper on eBay.



One of few or perhaps the only known side effect for Olive Leaf is low blood sugar, and while this might not work or even be unsafe for some this seems to be solved with stevia for me as I say. I had no more problem with this with my low blood sugar before stevia than with flax seed oil..Not perfect just yet but not impossible to tolerate as I had to then.  As in..I know this works well for my low blood sugar but e.g. this might not work well for those with higher blood sugar (hyperglycemia) or go with some perscription medicines. And keep in mind these are complex changes and may or may not be for be you.



These are still only partially of worth. While they definitely stopped the wooziness after eating sugar  eating lots of sugar isn’t recommended at any rate.



 



Why eat sugar when you can blend it with stevia and lo Han, right.



They cost a bit more but you may save more lives yours I hope and love creates an us without harm to a me, and if you are the you who youses common sense about yor life and health, you are worth more.



Turmeric boosts immunity, and like ceyanne Olive Leaf, and ginger, it’s considered to good for emotional health (low dose) especially with pepper (Even so pepper isn’t of as much worth with immune boosters since it causes the allergy or pepper sneeze so pepper is for use only sometimes.) Certainly I would say reducing sugar damage by these methods would seem to also be good for cheer and health in general.



These methods, these herbs some days a month for toothache fenugreek to solve sugar damage like blood sugar with stevia most days have worked well for me to “counteract sugar”.



The strongest antibacterial herb of any type I’ve seen with no side effects felt either that I found is the wonderful immune modulating/boosting herb from SA, pau d archo. If I sometimes felt woozy from sugar while I was in the healing process this stopped it fast and dramatically as if indeed related to the duodenum bacterial events.



A problem here is about how these herbs also kill good gi flora and fauna unlike Fenugreek for blood sugar, so as I say these herbs are for short term use only and you want to use a good probiotic with like kombucha hours before the use of the other herbs and use them only for a few days a week. I had flatulence with the herbs for Blood Sugar but probiotics solved it well. Even so because of this issue, I use fenugreek for Blood Sugar and the other methods only for external use/where strong antibacterial healing power might be of most worth.




I would tend to assume that it's true that often prescriptions that cause low blood sugar do so by damaging your duodenum either just by adding more carbs, boosting the bad bacteria there or damaging the duodenum by some other event.



As I say while ginger and cayenne may heal the duodenum they may not be for long-term use since they might cause harm to GI flora and fauna.



Another problem is also about ginger and cayenne also causing stress to the throat and this can change your speaking voice somewhat.



I tried taking them with like oatmeal to mechanically cleanse my throat but this seemed to reduce their value against the wooziness. 



PS. I tried a pill making machine to make my own caps but it's not much more to just make my own because you have to take all the empty capsules 1 by 1 to place them in the machine and this is hardly much easier than just putting the herb into a jug cap and then filling them by hand! 



Makes cash the old-fashioned way by spending it, right!



As I continued with this I found that while taking ginger and cayenne caps with the prescriptions that are known to cause low blood sugar completely stopped my wooziness, just didn't work for drinking lots of juice like pomegranate which I want to take for my health.



Therefore for the time at least I'm researching increasing my dose of my cayenne and ginger caps and see what I get there.



I'll let you know what my results are later. 



Your best option might well be the duodenal sleeve as I say. At any rate a low dose like a cap of ginger and cayenne are not enough to resolve the issue of more sugar even though it works quite well apparently for me about this as far as it has gone.



 One option I'm going to try is Ginger Cayenne and Turmeric in the cap first at low dose. With turmeric as strong enough for eczema by the Indians so it might even do the trick for low blood sugar even perhaps with just a bit more turmeric in the formula.



 I may let you know in a later edit of this post how it turns out.



 




One advantage of taking ginger and cayenne with my other two prescriptions and the OTC is that most people absorb only 1/10 of what they eat and OTC cost me about a hundred a month, where I'm getting about $10 worth of the OTC.



Ginger and cayenne while both are strongly antibacterial also improve digestion. Cayenne boosts other herbs and ginger boosts digestion. So it seems you're actually getting more value out of your OTC while at the same time damage to blood sugar is reduced.



As I say this is not for long term use or high dose with cayenne and ginger and you want to ask your doctor if this is safe to do with your particular prescription in order to minimize risk of interactions or adverse events and so on.





While these are for short term use, lo han may be the exception since it’s antibacterial like for toothache as you may find and has seen no adverse events of any kind in use over 20 years since it was in general use, so you might like lo han for more general use like daily to maintain your defense.



Note that here while I hope for the best and optimost by these events for you safety isn’t guaranteed and keep in mind that you use this site at your own risk.



 



While ginger and olive leaf are considered good for digestion and turmeric/ginger, and cayenne/olive leaf are considered good for health in general with few side effects, this is more my own experience about blood sugar and it’s important as I say to see your doctor before making any changes in diet or lifestyle especially if you have diabetes or other health issue, and events are a celebration at any rate for you I hope! I’ll try my best to make all the cosmos do well!



And I take the stevia each day and the other herbs just once a week before fenugreek or so since more research has been done about stevia and I tend to have more general faith in stevia for this type of defense.



But the result seems to be that if we must be involved with at least some sugar like for nutritious foods that we can’t do without, it can be “evened out” and we can have it our way, have it our way, and find celebration of old hamburger jingles and singing mice like the Bee Gees who eat white paint if hamburger cheese makes their teeth yellow!




HOW TO CUT DOWN ON SUGAR AND SALT



If you must eat foods with sugar and salt some good tricks are to eat fewer of the foods with sugar and use the lohan/erythritol one-to-one blend (I recommend Lakanto brand). It has no bitter aftertaste and is real sweet.



Combining your natural sugar much reduced with this has real good flavor.



To reduce salt like with canned foods I simply open the can soak the salt out with water and then perhaps add some of the lohan or other sweetener for a great sort of somewhat sweet and salty flavor.


 


This makes it so you can actually eat your vegetables without real yuck. If the odor bothers you try powders like vegetable powder, they stray fresh much longer and are often cheap and healthy.



For bitter foods like garlic, They often have health value so in order to stop the flavor from causing nirvana in an outbox I combine it with something basic like rye flour and adding the sweetener. The rye flour also makes it so it doesn't clog up in the jug so you can't even use it otherwise.



The trick to eating right in my opinion is by reducing salt and sugar and increasing nutrition and to make the foods that are healthy comfortable enough to eat like with sweeteners. (Remember chefs and cooking). And by using powders you can also reduce the odor and you don't have dishes to wash.



You may read on the internet where it says that if you have canned food with salt you should save the salt water because it has valuable nutrients. I think if one of the valuable nutrients is high blood pressure what a relief for high blood pressure!.. I finally realized after years of being detoured by sites like that that for salt at any rate plants in evolution disliked poison salt. 



So in the can there's not nearly as much salt inside the vegetables as in the brine around them by osmosis as in evolution, and if you soak a food for example like almonds with salt on them, almost all the salt is completely removed.



This trick works quite well for salt but not for sugar since plants had sugar in them in evolution but if you just cut down on your sugar foods with sweeteners and also add sweeteners to your foods with salt removed you can have the benefits of both reducing sugar and salt and have quite darn good flavor, almost amazing and how so fatso!



Most people resolve to eat right four times a month and don't even do so once.





And this trick of removing all the salt and much reducing the sugar not only stops harm to health (sugar damages your heart health with many complex reactions every step of the way) it also makes it  comfortable enough so you can eat your vegetables and get the nutritional value of doing so...




SUGAR, SALT, BMI Control, WEB OVERUSE And Exercise- ALL SOLVED EVENTUALLY, RIGHT! AWAY!



Most people are discouraged about exercise to lose weight since by a simple measure they only lose about 360 calories in an hour of exercise and this is a bit more than an ounce.



Thus exercise for weight control has seemed "out of reach" for most... 



If Prevention magazine is to be believed at any rate, if you walk beyond an hour you actually lose at five times the rate and this is an addition to the 360 calories.



Since in the day you gain and lose about 5 lb with just normal value and cost of living, at five times the rate you would seem to lose a pound, so according to Prevention you might be losing at 32 times the rate, because your body is more efficient at burning calories with medium level activity!



Prevention magazine is an author in search of a health solution, or maybe the other way around, and they've been known to be wrong before, as about promoting fiber as the cure-all for a pre-declined credit card- and unemployment for some!



If this is true about losing a pound just by walking  somewhat more than an hour, an easy way to do this might be to merely walk for 1 hour and a half a week and the rest of the time I do stuff like usual exercise for half an hour a day perhaps with rest every third day.



If this is possible if both by reducing salt and sugar since both cause weight gain (and by using more complex flavors since simple flavors have been shown to cause overeating,   think of a strawberry instead of a bag of potato chips which is almost completely sugar and also lots of fat and salt) this will stabilize your weight because salt is also addictive in makes you gain weight.



If your way to stable and you use there's more than one hour exercise trick it seems like anybody could lose weight especially if you do it gradually. You might even only want to do the walk just one day a month and do all the rest of your exercise like for cardio without stressing your appetite.



It might seem like a treasure to lose a lot of weight fast just by walking,  but Prevention magazine says some research shows your chance of losing the weight is just 1%. 



We see all these attempts to lose a lot of weight and then they just gain it right back. 



I don't yet know, it may not yet be known if you can actually keep it off by the hour plus walk method, but as I say lots of exercise like just walking all the time can be stressful and not the  way to exercise to lose weight itself.



Consider what happens when you've lost that 30 lb in 3 months. Ahh you're feeling good and satisfied for having done the right thing. Then somehow, we would have known, the appetite starts to increase and it's just not satisfied, then what's this? The relatives show up with some general criticism and guess what a present of fat and salt and cholesterol and criticism. They don't know what for but can you guess what may be influencing it?



There goes all your weight loss then you've gained some more than you have before. 



(Once you get used to not eating salt or sugar and eating for value instead of comfort it becomes a habit. After about 3 weeks your salt sensors are reduced on your tongue and I got in the habit of like for example a too large portion that you buy at the store, I simply eat half of it for the health value like once a week and I gladly toss the rest in the dumpster.



I'd rather live right and have some nutrition than live dead! In addition taking out my trash food is also a good way to get exercise like with the Publishers Cleaning house! So this is my solution for the perhaps harmful food presents from relatives, One way is to tell them that I already have no food anyhow I don't need the presents but if they insist just say right and go along with them and then just do the right thing as soon as I can by tossing out the half of it that has all the poisons in it. These are easy to find, fat, salt, sugar and cholesterol if it's a trick it isn't well concealed.



And of course because I've been speaking of good healthy food to them to eat anyhow half of it is actually at least pretending to be of worth. 



An optimist is somebody who climbs a tree being chased by the lion and says wow what a great vision of the world like the trees and the streams and the ocean. And for any one criticism of anyone I always try to say three praises and if someone does something wrong I remember all the things they did right. So I hope to accentuate all the value by my relatives or whoever of the food that I received that is actually of worth.





So you might want to be more of a secret pie spy..



I'm not planning on greedy influence for losing weight with this walking method, I've lost 30 lb of about 3 years by more gradual methods. For real I would consider losing just a pound per month as long as it's more gradual since I'm a real comic!



Think of it as a setup against your chance to lose the weight. In essence, you have a small amount to wager that works. Small changes over longer duration maybe the only viable way. Nothing else works so concentrate on doing that well and just ignore all the rest.





One reason I was kind of averse to exercise is because it actually changes how well I can think or talk, my general comfort level. This is one of the reasons so many people don't like to exercise and it's hardly a minor issue.



But if I'm walking just like one day a week or whatever and still losing a pound, in a year if Prevention is telling the truth any rate, I've lost 52 lb. And, exercise like walking is an appetite suppressant so this might enable anyone to lose weight and keep it off.



Keep in mind that there's a basic level that most have to exercise because if they  don't burn off 300 calories a day they will have blood sugar and blood pressure problems buildup because of the way we evolved to run faster each day in order to find our food with our use of tools as they say after the time we evolved higher intelligence in evolution.



This is why even an athlete when they stop exercising will lose the exercise benefits in just a day or two and it's completely dependent on exercise. While you might lose a pound a week by walking like an hour and a half each week this is no substitute for exercising more often.



There's also no substitute for some vigorous exercise that builds cardiovascular health. Only raising your rate of metabolism is good enough to cleanse out your heart well even if only part of the month.



I myself have to clean so I strap on my backpack and my arm weights and this seems to have stronger influence at lowering my blood pressure than without the packs and it allows just 30 minutes not an hour (be sure to time your exercise hour so you don't over or under do it...I use a real clock so it's simpler and no suprises).



 This makes sense because in evolution we were often carrying things because it gave us an advantage over other life.



 Just cleaning my house has a strong influence on cleaning out my software couch..



I, like some, must clean my house (my realtor, her house is clean too, coincidence I think not!) and I have to exercise so I want to double them up to not waste time and have time for other stuff and with the packs and weights I use all kinds of stretches and bends that I wouldn't get with even a stair climbing machine, and this costs nothing or orbital velocity and no need to create more space!



In addition I want to exercise my memory by memorizing while I exercise and clean so I combine all three by listening to audio loops with the first letter of each word back to the word of what I want to memorize in loops and this is essentially a way to connect to the outside world while I seem to be limited by cleaning inside like in winter. The hour is bound by cleaning and exercising but you need  your improvements, otherwise house cleaning has been linked to depression and this needs not to be empty time but rather also listening to cool music and words like text to speech from online. I tend to alternate with the exercises so it's optimal.



If you have overuse issues which more than 50% have, a simple solution is to buy a cheap timer padlock and time out your router or all your phones other than the one that reads.



I'm online only 3 hours a week now and I never needed it in prehistoric times! Like the comic says, the internet is like reading the millionth page of the worst book ever, it wasn't a stone tablet! Who could type so slow! 



Just save up all your speeches and searches with speech to text in a program like I'm using now to write this, the Voice Notebook app, a sort of Russian  app you can get on Google Play.



I just do all my searches from this list back when I'm online by cut and paste and then save them to the Text To Speech program. Voice Aloud is a good app without the noid that always annoys us of the Google text-to-speech. If I listened to a lot of it like to make recordings this could actually become annoying. There are some beautiful words with Text To Speech apps now and there's no need to do without.



I first load to the Voice Notebook app which is both read and write and then bluetooth them to my other offline cell phone with the Voice Aloud which is read only but this is fine because it reduces temptation to overedit while the rest of the machines like the router are timed out.



While it allows search within the memo the main thing the Voice Notebook doesn't have Is a search of the memo list and so when I send it to my other cell phone I write all those memos lists and then I can search it by topic which is a valuable thing along with just the read only events of the Voice Aloud app. Sending the memo from the voice notebook out to the second cell phone also allows a way to make a copy that I save to the disk,  and I assume this would be invulnerable to hackers or even ransomware because the second phone with the Voice Aloud is never online and I use it  (my LG G5) just as a player a great jukebox. 



The phone I use with the Voice Notebook app Is the Google phone and it has the best speech recognition I've ever seen, or read! When you buy a phone look for one that says end-to-end speech recognition, like offline it's much better!



However you may be able to go in a phone like the LG G5 into settings and text-to-speech settings and there you find (not in speech-to-text where it says speech recognition) speech recognition, convert it to strong, and this may much improve your speech recognition even on a phone like the LG G5 if that's all you have handy.



Good speech to text is not just a luxury for social media it's an absolute solution IN SEARCH OF WHAT.




You don't have to use the timer for just 3 hours like I do. You can also reduce your overuse by e.g. timing out for the last 4 hours of each day or like every 3 days for the last 4 hours so you go to sleep and limit the overuse by sleeping at the end of the day. 



For sleep awareness by a method like this if you must, you might try passion flower which is a good herb for sleep and I've never had any side effects about it for occasional sleep issues.



Another sleep herb you may have heard of is melatonin, it has no known toxicity issues, but unlike passion flower it causes lower blood sugar.



The second level of defense to take the pressure off overuse even if you remove most of the hype by going offline and reading offline, is also to just time out your cell phones you use offline and this will give you more complete control of reducing the pressure of overuse.



The timer padlocks are superior to web timers in my opinion like apps because the timer padlocks are hardware and they're simple and reliable.



So much of web overuse is about reducing unreliability and unpredictability.



You don't want more headaches trying to set up your timer apps to reduce overuse if this is what you're trying to stop especially when they don't work, I found them stupidly complex to set up this is exactly what you want to stop, I gladly paid 20 to 40 more for a padlock...




This use of text to speech offline timed out with the timer padlock is much reduced in its tendency to overuse. You remove all the bells and whistles and you get to think of it on your agenda and not another click and another click and another click...



You get to pick your favorites and you see the links offline for a long time before you decide if you want to include them in your search list and there are some good reads,  No thanks, much!





Even if you don't have overuse yet the internet is still a concern because it's been found to remove your creativity (once it's gone it's gone) and damage your spatial reasoning and gray matter associated with planning and initiative, reduce your ability to understand your language like with spell check and grammar and it also slows down your ability to recognize nonverbal signals in conversation.



And just using the cell phone when somebody else is around automatically throws a wet blanket over the conversation.



Who can afford this? I sure can't.




The way the timers help is by reducing the randomness of site after site and randomness has been shown to have the major influence like in gambling. 



And by reducing the hype it makes it so that you're you're resting your eyes at regular intervals. 



Most people reading the website blink six times less often while offline, there's no telling what this is doing to your eyes and brain.



Resting both your eyes and your brain in steps seems highly therapeutic certainly considering the alternative.



This would seem no more harmful than using a word processor in the old days except you have the enormous value of the web to entertain, educate, and inspire.




A lot of people are reading their cell phone and getting dumber and dumber and this will make it so you're getting smarter and smarter because you have actual access to all the sites you love you saved offline to read with text to speech, but it's no more harmful to your eyes and your neural health than speaking, listening, and reading and writing...



If you have dry eye this is permanent and can harm your vision (and WebMD says myopia is dramatically on the rise). You may find by using text to speech and speech to text to write like this (social media is the main extra burden) it gives you enough rest between reading so much that it seems below a threshold level that causes the harm and so you may pull out of the delimma not reduced otherwise with more value, yet how so?!




Wise is more and merrier! Studys show the further south in the city you live the dumber your IQ.



 Whoever invents a cheap cooling suit will get real rich because thier smartness will go up, and the tropics would essentially become a sort of frontier, a vast area for billions made comfortable- and earned in cash..






...MORE ABOUT SUGAR DEFENSE...ANOTHER WAY TO TAKE LOHAN AND STEVIA



I was blending stevia and lo han with my sweeteners and food and brushing and flossing as above. I used it like toothpaste or breath rinse but with much more awesome results.



Not only does lo han seem to stop sugar toothache damage for me short term, if used for more duration I was even able to go like 2 weeks or 3 weeks between uses before I needed more, even with sugar. It seems possible it even might reverse the damage permanently or at any rate stop the progression. This seems like the pr for xylitol except it causes liver damage and for me it didn’t by any means “reverse or stop the damage” of  sugar when I tried it. I’ve been through all 8 of the main sweeteners and my experience tells me lo han/stevia and these methods are without the complications most or all of them have.



This is unlike all I’ve seen on or off the radio and stevia is known to influence blood sugar by how much you take, more gives more defense.



At any rate a simpler way to use both stevia and lo han is to merely use like 64 ounce juice jugs and fill them with your daily hydration wave event in the heat. It’s much easier to remember to drink your water since you don’t have to blend it with sugar foods to counteract it and so it’s simpler to both hydrate and use the stevia also each day.



If you get tired of the same flavor with the stevia you can add other flavors, or if you like it too much you can add a bit of bite with the Chocolate lo Han!



I use four packets Truvia stevia/erythritol in the 64 ounce jug for about 5$ a week. (Erythritol is a sugar alcohol and is considered the easiest of these to adjust to without the gi symptoms most of them have and finally the invention of worth is how it just takes a bit of eyrithritol to blend with the more optimal blend like cost and value). Truvia used to use dextrose (sugar) with the stevia but this seemed to cause them to not sell as much to me!



PS I didn’t know but the dextrose in the Truvia is actually good since it’s been found that sweeteners with no sugar make your body think it’s getting sugar but then without it you search for glucose and remove it from elsewhere where it may be useful, so actually a hybrid blend like stevia with sugar is more viable than artificial sweeteners alone.



 



ADVANTAGES OF some STEVIA not too much since it may cause wooziness if you use too much! Plus (more) LO HAN WITH WATER FOR 6-10 8 ounce glasses of water/day.

You may have read the research that shows that mice given sugar get dumber, and then given fish oil the mice get smarter again.



I found myself in this loop because I went to the doctor and told them about my wooziness after sugar, yet they couldn’t find it on the tests. Apparently low blood sugar is not as often found, and I’ve seen it said the only way of proof is an all day IV type intensive labor event, just loan me IV’s of cash, I’ll live 3000 months!



At any rate of R&D I was having real wooziness after sugar and my teeth often hurt, I was eating fish and flax oil, the best known ways to repair nerve damage that sugar makes.



As above, this is only a way to reverse damage after it’s done, but stevia and or chitin used in moderation seems to stop the damage at a higher level, no damage to repair if no damage or reduced damage done it would seem… stevia does this by changing an enzyme that controls blood sugar. Use no more than the recommended dose.  I would say flax oil and fish oil makes you smarter yet if sugar doesn’t make you dumber by way of stevia.
